Grace of Love

Grace of Love
Still in the shadows

Ivar and Nindi were sitting in Edwin's room, which was Ivar's room. They waited because Edwin had not been married with a meeting that was rather sluggish.

Both of them were still immersed in their respective thoughts, still in shock at seeing such a woman who was so similar to a woman who had just left their lives for good.

Nindi saw how Ivar looked so confused, she seemed to feel treated by looking at his smile earlier. But he must also be confused because he is a nobody. It just so happened to be similar to his brother.

Not long before the door of the room opened, Edwin appeared to walk quite quickly into the room. Nindi greeted him with a warm smile as usual. A smile that could make his father's heart peaceful when he saw it.

"Hay dear, sorry Papah meeting is quite long. Have you asked Edo to bring you a drink?" Edwin kissed Nindi's forehead before sitting down, looking at his two children as if he were thinking of something else. Their eyes were so empty. Nindi's eyes couldn't lie to her father.

"Already Pah, Nindi had asked Edo to bring coffee earlier. Has Papah had lunch?" Tanya Nindi did not want her Dad to worry.

Edwin nodded. "Had son, Papah ate with your Mas earlier, he brought a subscription meatball. Papah likes it, good." Edwin answered happily.

Trying to brush off curiosity, let it go until they tell themselves what the problem is until it makes them very disturbed.

"Thank God Papah ate. This is Nindi bringing you a nice, delicious snack. He also ate two pieces." Nindi offered a small box containing cakes from the cafe. Nindi's breath sounded heavy.

"Var, why dumbass? Think what?" Edwin asked, who saw Ivar still look blank, finally could not stand it even though he had tried to hold back. She was hugging Jason who was still sleeping in front of her.

"Dude..." Ivar blinked, he just realized he was talking. "In ask Papah Bang." Ivar upheld his seat. Smiling at the Edwin he had just realized was sitting before him.

"Fuck, sorry. Ivar up until then Papah wasn't in the room." Edwin knew, it was no ordinary thing that was engulfing his Son's mind. It's not usually Ivar to daydream so deeply like this. “Papah eat first his cake Pah, very tasty. Ivar until the end of the two pieces earlier.” Trying to be ordinary even though Edwin was suspicious.

“Papah assume nothing because you are silent.” Nindi pulls Edwin's hand, trying her best to set her face so that Papah is not worried about their situation.

“Abang seems tired Pah, he has since daydreamed so.” Nindi shook her head with a smile. “Nothing, we are fine Pah.”

“Sorry to worry Papah, me and Nindi Ok Pah. Just tired because Jason cried to get out of the car. She's overheated.” Ivar spoke as he looked at Jason who was sleeping so peacefully in his arms.

"Thank God you're okay. Papah just wants you to know, papah asked you to come here because you want to ask about work, is it okay to talk about it now?" Edwin doubted his two children could be discussed.

"Why is the question so Pah? Of course I can." Answer Ivar with confidence. He knows a little about the company that his father currently runs, although briefly dirinyak much learning.

"You seem confused, Papah is afraid that it will add Papah confused to talk to you now." Edwin said with a laugh.

"Can Pah, what makes Papah doubt until it needs our opinion? Tell me." Pinta Nindi soft. He sat watching Edwin seriously.

Edwin outlined a project he had to tackle at the same time. With the same time dedline as the solution, he still hesitates to be able to complete it together or not. Choosing one of them is also impossible because both are equally loyal business partners, who have long established cooperation.

Not long ago Ayman also entered Edwin's room, they discussed at length about how the company should take the step at this time. Nindi grinned as Ivar so enthusiastically expressed his opinion, it was already fitting that he was sitting in his chair should be.

Nindi and Ivar agree, provided the company remains profitable in order to continue to grow better. The discussion that took quite a long time, the three of them were very suitable to lead the company together. Nindi Tengan mendo’akan for her husband to return to his safe place.

Upon completion, Edwin handed over a large envelope containing several certificates of wealth that he thought his children should know. Ayman and Nindi are only witnesses. They both felt they had no right to interfere. All were left to Ivar who Edwin could count on.

“Nindi and Ayman also Papah allow to help Papah take care of all this, this is yours.” Said Edwin who did not at all think the two were sons-in-law. They have been her children since marriage.

“Nindi take care of the kids Pah, and you guys. Nindi no longer takes care of anything else. Don't want Nindi to leave you for work. Nindi is no longer interested.” Since then, her dream has been to become a career woman.

"You don't have to jump straight in, Papah has people of faith who keep it all. Papah introduced the three of you to them, coming occasionally. Set your time so you can review the development of small businesses other than this company. They also need to keep an eye on Var, Mas." Ivar and Ayman smiled, they knew this was one way for Ivar to get involved, so that Ivar would slowly leave his risky, dangerous job.

"Once in a while Ivar will try to come see their work. But don't count on Ivar Pah." Edwin nodded. “Mas Ayman can definitely help Papah a lot.” Ivar throws a teasing smile at his Sister-in-law.

"Of course, just the occasional Var."

"Taraaa......" The sound of Luna entering with various tentegan with different colors containing food made all eyes on her. There was a little girl who also entered with a happy face was eating her favorite chocolate ice cream. "I came with a beautiful princess."

"Have you come home, baby? I'm not waiting for Daddy." Ivar is not told that Luna sent a message to Nindi to pick up Hanna.

"Sorry Bang, Nindi forgot to tell Brother." Ivar nodded, he also did not realize that he had been stalling for quite a long time due to his shock.

"I eat ice cream." Hanna licks him with a smile, Ayman grabs Hanna's bag still stuck to her back.

"Learn what today, baby? Is the supply over?" Ayman asked while checking the contents of Hanna's bag. He was so painstaking doing it. Hanna who is still cool with ice cream is not willing to answer her Papih questions.

Nindi was calming down Jason who was awakened by the noise. Jason hugged Nindi tightly, his smile so sweet after sleeping quite soundly.

"Sister Hanna bring food, Jason want? Want Nak?" Jason still hugged Nindi tightly, he was still not fully conscious.

Happy to see his family gathered like this, Edwin was happy to still have them all. Although still quiet because the Princess and her Wife are gone.

Hanna and Luna were enjoying the food they bought, this time there was no Abi who would usually always be by Luna's side.

"Sir...." Luna looked at Ivar. "Who is coming? Where's abi?" Not usually without Abi.

"Abi downstairs, still be with Dad to meet his friends in the lobby." Ivar nodded. "Let's take her to this door." Show it at the entrance.

Ivar smiled, Father's beloved son where he might be left to walk alone. Especially with Hanna, she just can't take care of herself.
