CHAPTER 15

Anin looks confused by the busyness of his mother and father who had been pacing back and forth. The father who was still holding the phone in his ear seemed worried about something, while the mother seemed busy cooking something in the kitchen. The meal time has been over since.

" Dek, you're not coming?" agni asked suddenly, Anin was very confused by her sudden question.

" Where's Brother?" askalanya. " This is how busy this is, where are you going?"

" To the hospital," Agni said in passing.

" Who's sick?"

" Om Adi, baby", said Mother. " Shan called, if Om Adi was in the hospital."

" Who bothered Shan, Om the same Aunt did not feel bothered," said Mother. " Have your Papa been asleep for a long time?"

" Doctor said what Shan?"

Shan was sitting limply in the waiting chair in front of the room where his papa was being treated. Anin who saw Shan coming out directly approached him then sat down beside him.

Anin never saw Shan like this, which he knew Shan always looks cheerful and always nosy to him. The look on his anxious face was clearly radiated. Even as Anin sat beside her, Shan was unaware of it.

" Shan...." Anin called him soft. Slowly Shan turned his gaze to this girl beside him.

" I'm sorry, I didn't notice your arrival."

Anin shook her head. " Don't apologize. Anin understood how Shan felt now."

" It's so unpleasant to see me like this, looking so weak in front of you."

" Everyone has his own weak side Shan, there are no strong people in this world. Sometimes showing it to others will make you a little relieved."

Hearing Anin's words made Shan stunned. The little girl he knew was now an adult.

" Anin, did you know that this saying of yours makes me even less willing to let go of you."

" Ha???" Anin looked confused by Shan's intention. Shan gave a small smile seeing the funny reaction shown by Anin. Anin who realized Shan's behavior then hit him repeatedly. " Shan is evil, Anin is already good with Shan, but Shan instead makes Anin upset," he said.

" Yes.iya..sorry." Shan deflected Anin's punch then grabbed both of his hands. Anin was shocked, she looked at Shan. Their eyes clashed with each other.

" Shan." That voice awakened the two men.

" Disti," Shan said. Anin immediately got up from her seat.

" Are you okay?" tanyanya glanced at Anin who lowered her head.

" Papa's not conscious yet" he answered. Disti looked at him sharply. Shan knew for sure what his gaze meant. " It's Anin. Anin, it's Disti, my friend."

" Sister," said Anin.

" You call him brother and I? just by name?" his protest.

" Yes," Shan replied firmly.

" I don't want to!" anin turned her face away.

" The two of you are the same, what are you making a fuss about" Disti said.

" I'm sorry brother" exclaimed Anin lowering her head. Anin's behavior even made Disti ticklish herself. The innocent child succeeded in making him fascinated.

" You're Anin, right, Shan's girlfriend?"

Anin was wide in disbelief as to what she heard from the lips of the beautiful woman. " No, Anin's not dating Shan anyway" Anin said quickly. " Shan, his girlfriend is angry" Anin said slowly.

" Who's Shan's girlfriend?? Me??" Anin nodded. Disti sighed. " Even if there's only one man in the world and that's Shan, I'd rather be alone my whole life."

" Hey Disti!! talk not at will! “protes Shan because of his chatter. The person laughed with satisfaction.

" Dear, what's so much of this?" Adrian came to them. Disti immediately hugged her husband. " What's up, baby?"

" Shan scolded me," he replied with a sad face.

" Hey Shan...."

" Your wife is lying."

" Wife??" Anin looked confused. Disti who saw Anin's confused expression immediately approached her.

" This is my husband" said Disti introducing Adrian. " I'm not Shan's girlfriend, Anin."

" Oh.'

" You know, I've been wanting to see you for a long time."

" Meet me?"

" Yes."

" Why?"

" Because there's a man who's depressed about being rejected by a girl and I'd love to meet her. That girl was the first girl to reject him."

" Disti...." Shan began to be unhappy with Disti's remarks which exposed all her secrets.

" I think we can make good friends" said Disti holding both hands Anin. Anin just nodded. " You are so sweet. Oh yeah, do you want to be my model?"

" Mo.model?"

" Yes, model. I like you, which is why I chose you to be my model."

" No.no..., Anin can't sister."

" You can, just relax I'll teach you, okay."
