The next day after returning from campus, Daffin and Cynthia will visit Elisa again at the hospital. Do not forget on the way to buy some fruits, at the proposal of Cynthia. He said it was good for Elisha who was sick.
"Excuse me, can we come in?" daffin's permission was half joking while opening the door slightly.
Elisha who had been daydreaming also shifted to the doorway, his smile immediately engraved to see the arrival of the two people. Elisha let him in.
"I'm sorry we just got here again, the new class is over," said Daffin.
"No, no, is there a test today?" elisa asked curiously.
"There's nothing, but there's a division of groups to do the job. You will be sick again, later you may have to meet with the lecturer directly to ask for other tasks," replied Daffin.
Cynthia then thrust the beautifully decorated fruit basket on Elisha. The woman looked at Daffin and asked, but Daffin just smiled and let. Finally Elisha received the fruit basket and did not forget to say thank you.
"Cynthia bought it for you, she said you must be in the hospital. Fruit is good too" said Daffin.
"Nyemil is usually a snack, why not buy a snack?" elisha asked a little protest.
"Hey you're sick, where you can eat carelessly. Can you eat the same doctor yet?"
"Here you go, this morning also eat porridge. Not too much, because it's not good" said Elisha.
"Eat him cepet cured, so you can eat well," said Daffin gave his spirit.
Cynthia then pulled Daffin's hand, making his girlfriend's attention turned to him. Cynthia said she wanted to go to the bathroom and Daffin immediately drove her to the bathroom that was still in the room.
After Daffin closed the bathroom door again, he approached Elisha's bed. Elisha said he wanted apples, there happened to be a fruit knife so Daffin could cut them into small pieces.
"You look happy with Cynthia, I can see that," Elisha said.
"Yes I am happy, especially this is the first time I have a relationship" Daffin replied with a smile.
"It seems that now we won't be able to get as close as we used to be huh, what a pity," murmured Elisha with a faint look.
Daffin then patted her on the shoulder, "Take it easy, I'm sure you'll soon have a boyfriend, too" his god made Elisha laugh.
If it used to be possible that Daffin would swish himself to say this, but now he was very light to encourage Elisha to have a lover again. Daffin can't keep looking after her, so maybe if Elisha had a girlfriend he wouldn't be too worried.
"Daffin, it looks like I'm going on leave for college" said Elisha suddenly.
"Huh? Why?" daffin asked in surprise.
"I have to go back to Kampung, maybe I will continue college in the next year" replied Elisha.
"Why is this suddenly Elisha? Are you seriously on leave until next year?"
Is it because of him too? Inner Daffin. Indeed, if he had made Elisha too sad to choose to dodge for a while, Daffin felt bad. Why come this far?
Elisha then held Daffin's hand, "Don't misunderstand me, I came home because I want to take care of the sick Father," he said.
"Yes, and at home no one can take care of him. Grandma's old too, pity she'll have trouble looking after you."
Hearing that reason made Daffin breathe a sigh of relief. Though he knew Elisha's relationship with his parents was not good enough, but Elisha was still a devoted child and respected both parents.
"What is your father sick? Why did it go that long there?" ask Daffin curiously.
"Grandma said the stroke, I got it this morning."
"Pity, may your father recover quickly and be healthy again. You are also patient to take care of him later, certainly not easy," said Daffin gave encouragement.
"Yes" nodded Elisha.
Daffin then just remembered something, he immediately went to the bathroom and knocked on the door asking if Cynthia was finished or not. His girlfriend answered already, and Daffin immediately opened the door. He moved Cynthia back to the wheelchair, then out of there.
"Now I have a stomachache, beware," Daffin's permission then goes into the bathroom, leaving Elisha and Cynthia there.
For a moment the atmosphere there was silent, occasionally the two women glanced at each other. It feels awkward to start a conversation, but when else, right? There is no Daffin.
"Cynthia, I'm picking up Daffin. Next week I will go home to Kampung, I will also take a few months off from college and will return to Jakarta if my father has healed," said Elisa opened her voice.
"Hm take it easy, without being asked I will try to take good care of him" said Cynthia softly. Actually he had eavesdropped from the bathroom, although not too clear.
"Alright I believe, after all he said himself that he felt happy with you," said Elisha with a wry smile.
Cynthia then ventured to look at Elisha who was sitting on the bed, the position of the woman was certainly higher than her who was sitting in a wheelchair. Elisha returned his gaze with a faint smile.
"You sure you left because of that? Not because Daffin's heartbreak prefers me?" Cynthia was not confident, she just wanted to be sure.
"It is true that my father is sick, but your assumption is also arguably not wrong" replied Elisha slowly.
"So you want to avoid Elisha first? Until you sacrifice your college?"
Actually Elisha did not want to be like this either, but he thought the decision was right. Elisha could not pretend to be okay seeing Daffin being happy with Cynthia, his heart ached.
With the reason her father was sick, Elisha could stay away for a moment and maybe there could treat his heart. Hopefully when he returns to Jakarta, he is fine and accepts everything. Elisha just did not want to be filled with feelings of regret continue.
"Just relax, my father is really sick. Later when I return to Jakarta, I want to see if you are still together or not" said Elisa melted the atmosphere.
"Are you going to be there long?" ask Cynthia.
"Maybe? Yes, until you recover, the pain is quite severe and someone must always take care of him."
Cynthia nodded softly with the finger of the hand she was playing with. It feels prestige to pray the best for Elisha, but if his ego continues like this their relationship when good?
"Hopefully your business there can be smooth Elisha," said Cynthia ventured.
