The Stupid of Laweyan's Shoulder

The Stupid of Laweyan's Shoulder
CHAPTER 10: The Beginning.

Mesha rushed towards the living room to open the door. An unknown man stood at the door.

"Who is it?" ask Mesha.

"Eh, that's Ma'am, I was sent by Wiryawan's family.." replied the man politely.

"You go in first, Mas. I'll call my mother first."

Mesha opened the front door wider, let the man in, and he immediately called his mother.

In the middle room, Mayang was still busy checking his writing in the book. Mesha slowly approached his mother.

"Mom, there are guests he said the messenger from Mr. Wiryawan."

Mayang raised his head with a face full of questions.

"Yes, hold on."

Not long after, Mayang stood up and walked towards the living room, meeting the man earlier.

"I'm Tyo, Mom. I'm one of the housekeepers at Wiryawan's house, and happened to be sent by Wiryawan's family to deliver some goods, ma'am. I'll get it in the car."

Mayang nodded politely hearing the man's words.

A little while later, the man had already returned with several boxes and piled them on the table.

"Actually, this .. there are some signs of love from Giyan mas for his future wife, Ms.." then the man held out a blue box with silver ribbon. Mayang looked at the box in confusion.

"Nwbt ... Mesha ... here a minute, Nduk!" Mayang raised the volume of his voice calling out to Mesha who was stuck in the middle room.

Before long, Mesha was sitting next to his mother.

"What's up, Mom?" ask Mesha.

"This, said mas Tyo, le Giyan there is something for you," said Mayang while lifting the big box earlier.

"Ah, what is this, Mas?" ask Mesha.

"Open up, Ma'am."

Mesha opened the box slowly, then he was surprised. A set of premium brocade cloth so beautiful maroon and its pull cloth. And one small box contains complementary accessories.

"Well, lhah! Uapikeeeee ... had wanted to rent kebaya aja for the application event, lha kok even le Giyan, already prepared! Yowes, if so, we go straight to the tailor later in the afternoon, Nduk Cha!"

Mesha.

"Good, Mom. Because the mandate from my father's family has been conveyed, I beg you to say goodbye first."

"Ah, yes .. yes Mas Tyo, thanks yo .. say hello to my family Mr. Wiryawan."

"Paggih .. nggih, say goodbye first, pareeeeng!"

Mayang and Mesha deliver Tyo to the terrace as a form of homage to the Wiryawan family.

"Bejo you, Nduk. Your future husband is loman just like you!" said Mayang when they both entered the house again.

"Mmmm ...." Mesha assented lazily.

In the afternoon, when Bagas came home from the office, Mayang and Mesha said goodbye to go to the tailor Mayang subscription at the end of the village. The two of them walked together while enjoying the afternoon air.

After the sewer measured Mesha, Mayang quickly spoke.

"Mbakyu Tutik, so in three days can to?"

"Weleh .. I don't promise you, Jeng. But I'm working on it. What about three days? what a special occasion, is there a special event?"

"There is a tree!" Mayang arched his smile while glaring at Mesha who was sitting looking at the magazine.

"Just to, Mbakyu, I want to, increase the payment. No problem, it's important three days already."

"Yes, don't worry. When it's done, I'll drive you home! Just relax!"

"Wesss .. cucok, Mbakyu!"

After a long discussion, Mayang and Mesha finally said goodbye. They both remained silent throughout the journey. Mesha was still busy thinking, was his choice this time not wrong?

Meanwhile, at home, Bagas and Giyan were already sitting down chatting casually.

"Well, I'm home" Bagas said on the sidelines of their chat, when he saw Mesha and Mayang had walked on the terrace.

"Wahhh, there's a guest apparently!" greet Mayang, when entering the living room.

Giyan stood up and greeted Mayang with reverence, glancing at Mesha.

"Udah Daritadi, Le?" asked Mayang while taking a seat next to Bagas.

"Lumayan, Bulek ..." replied Giyan.

"Sir, please make tea for your masmu!" bagas' orders, to his daughter.

"So, no need Paklek, I just want to hand this over directly to the Mesha deck, all asking for the date of birth, full name and the name of the parents," giyan said as she held out a small box to Mesha.

"What else is it, Le? Tyo had brought a macem-macem."

"That's .. so we can communicate, Bulek. I also can not come every day or meet the deck Mesha, not nice to see the neighbors" explained Giyan.

"Oh, yes .. yes .. open it directly if so, Nduk," Bagas ordered.

Mesha was astonished, given Giyan is a new mobile phone. Then he showed Bagas and Mayang something in his hand.

"Le, nothing is too expensive,"

"It's okay, Bulek. As long as I can, anything I'll give to the Mesya deck."

Mesha rolled his eyes slightly irritated, hearing Giyan's words just now. He sat next to his father.

"That, my number is already stored there, so if the Mesha deck needs anything, you can talk to me directly."

It was not the first time Mesha saw or held such an item. But the one in his hands right now, was a new model. He was a little confused wearing it.

"This is what, Mas?" ask Mesha while pointing at an application with a conversation balloon on the phone screen.

"Oh, it's a chatting application, I also added my id there, you just write a text."

"Ooh .." murmured Mesha.

"Yes already, Bulek, Paklek, Dek. I said goodbye, it's late."

"Ah yes, yes. Sorry yo Le, if here only be taken," said Mayang.

Giyan smiled.

"What matters is that my purpose in coming here, has been accomplished, Bulek."

Then the Bagas family drove Giyan to the front of the house.

"No, Nduk. Less what le Giyan is, good job, handsome, loman, good, pinter. You're in luck!" bagas reassured his daughter.

Mesha. "Lucky? Yes time?" moaning Mesha in heart.

That night, Mesha's phone rang. Mesha hurriedly lifted him up.

"What's up, Mom?" mesha asked firmly after answering each other greetings.

"It's okay, Deck. Just don't know why, just split for a second, already miss."

For some reason, it was not happiness that enveloped Mesha's heart, but guilt.

"Dec? Why diem? Did you bother you?"

"Eh .. Not really, Mom."

"Hmmm .. We just met for a moment, it's okay, if we get acquainted like this?"

"It's okay, Mom."

"Mas wants to ask, Dek. First impressions see Mas, how?"

Mesha wanted to tell the truth, but his manners and serious posts taught his parents, stopped him. He decided to answer it with a pleasant word.

"Emmm ... Mas Gi is kind, friendly, polite, learned, and."

There was a happy laugh from across the street.

"Mas kira, mas nyebelin, so Dek Mesha lazy to talk with, Mas."

In his heart, Mesha wanted to say, "No, it's not you who's crazy, it's my fate! Why marry young, and go far! In the meantime, I need to find Zay."

Ah yes, Zay, remembering that name, Mesha's heart was like being sliced open.

"No, diem again. Males talks the same, doesn't he?"

"Bu .. Not that, Mas. Just ..." Mesha argued.

"It's okay, I can wait for your heart to open, and return your feelings. Yes, it's night, you rest first. I'm still working tomorrow."

"Mmmm ...."

After hanging up the phone, Mesha's heart became more and more unhinged. This was the beginning, the time to try to let go of his hopes of looking for Zay. Although Mesha had to endure the pain in his heart. He didn't want to feel guilty for Giyan, and her parents, if he rejected any of this. Can Mesha do it?
