THE PRINCE OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS

THE PRINCE OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS
eps.9

My feelings are mixed, the questions keep whipping about why? Whahuh? Andwhy? Until I was confused to think about this, my brain felt dead.

"What's wrong with Galang aunty?"

"Galang suffers from Leukaemia" replied aunt Melia on the sidelines of her sobbing that began to harden.

I'm stunned. Wh why? I keep wondering to myself. I began to hate myself who already had hatred for the man, for the man I should have loved, but in reality I was not there when he was fighting for his life.

"Le... leukemia?"

"Yes, Nadia's son."

My steps stopped when a room was in front of me. The room contained a human figure lying weak with oxygen attached to his nose and an infusion tube in his left hand. He turned his head towards me when a few seconds ago he found out that I was here, with his body seemingly unable to compromise, and fell back down.

I entered the room with very difficult steps and tears kept flowing. I could not stand it anymore, I could not bear to see him lying weakly helpless.

"Nadia?" The man exclaimed softly, I approached him and sat by the bed.

"What'sthis? Why are you lying?"

"Why are you here?"

"Take me, Lang!"

Galang immediately cried so. I immediately rushed to embrace her with worry, my eyes began to heat up, until finally these tears could no longer be dammed.

"Nad, I don't deserve you, look at my body now. Even to get up can't, then how can I take care of you?"

"I don't care how you are right now, I love you, Galang."

The man's eyes were glazed over, there was a sense of anxiety in his heart, I don't know what? But for me it doesn't matter, all I want now is Galang, enough of this charade.

"I love you too, Nad. There's no girl I care about right now except you, just you, and you."

"Yes, no matter how you are now I will not change, for you are the heart of my heart."

The air increasingly begins to puncture, when dusk has been present on the earth shows a reddish light or what is called sunset. I was in the park with a man I always loved, Galang Alvino. Now he looked at me intently when suddenly his eyes began to dim.

"Nadia, I love you." He whispered in my ear.

I nodded slowly. "Grass, me too, I love you too."

He also nodded slowly, with his gaze looking straight ahead. Until the king of the night began to say hello, with the moon and stars flashing toward us. I just wish I could be with him, until I'll finally part ways.
