The Ghost Story of LESTARI

The Ghost Story of LESTARI
4. Heartbreakers

Mr. Ageng looked at his maid, hinting for princess Soemitri to be brought in.

The maid Mr. Ageng immediately obeyed the order, shortly afterwards he returned with a very beautiful little girl extraordinary.

His face is like a puppet. His eyes, his nose, his lips, all seemed to be sculpted so perfectly.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira unknowingly stood up from his seat, flabbergasted at the beauty and poignancy of Lestari Doutzen, the daughter of Soemitri and her friend Ambrosius Van Doutzen.

Lestari, the young beautiful girl was bowed when Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira looked at her so fixedly. It was as if those eyes did not want to take a second off him.

The heart of Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira is so great, although Lestari is very young, but her beauty is so charming.

Until Soemitri who then realized the great Lord continued to look at his daughter, it seemed Soemitri finally said, saying,

"Mr Ageng Parta Prawira."

Soemitri's voice that called his name made Mr. Ageng finally gasp, as if he was aware of what he had just done.

The mature and obviously very mature man was embarrassed, because it was like being hypnotized over the beauty of a little boy who was not even fifteen years old.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira finally sat back on his great chair, looked at Soemitri for a moment, then his eyes again looked at Lestari who was now kneeling on the floor beside the Mother.

"I would be very grateful, if Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira gave assurances for the safety of my daughter, I would really do anything, even if it was to become a laborer in the plantation without my wages willing."

Soemitri.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira was silent.

His heart was turbulent, his heart was still pounding to see Lestari made it difficult for his brain to think.

Finally, Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira asked Soemitri to stay at Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira's house for tonight only, so that Mr. Ageng could think about what he should do to help Soemitri and his daughter.

Soemitri finally complied, he and Lestari with escorted by the maid Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira finally headed to the room behind the house not far from the well and the stables of several Horses owned by the Master.

And as the night crept, Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira turned out to be more calm and even more agitated.

The shadow of Lestari's face seemed to continue to be in her eye pelukan.

Her pink lips, though not yet smiling, were already so adorable.

Ah, Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira in an instant as if feeling the kasmaran, he was crazy about the young girl.

His loneliness after the death of the wife of the last two months makes it more uncertain.

It felt like he wanted to vent all his mountainous loneliness to Lestari, embracing her in warmth all night in place of his dead wife.

But...

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira realized that Lestari Doutzen was very young. If it is like a flower, it is still not perfect.

It is unfair and very unwise, if Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira forced himself to have Lestari even though under the pretext of wanting to protect him.

Yes, certainly with its very strong position, because of its proximity to several sultans in the land of Java, and its abundant wealth, Lestari Doutzen will be very safe if it becomes part of him.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira was seen pacing around in his room, with both hands behind his back he seemed to be constantly pacing erratically.

Until finally, he who had no power to think about it alone finally decided to leave the room.

Being in the room alone, in fact makes him as an adult man even become unbecoming.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira then asked one of his house guards to call Mang Dayat, a servant whom he had believed in for more than twenty years.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira sat on his great chair again, in the middle of the night blind, where everyone would have preferred to fall asleep.

Before long, Mang Dayat the trusted servant of Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira finally met the Master.

He came in a row still while buttoning his clothes.

Mang Dayat gathered, sitting on the floor of the house facing the Lord who was devastated.

"Master called me?"

Ask Mang Dayat.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira nodded.

"What's wrong, sir? Have I made a mistake I don't know about?"

Mang Dayat asked worriedly.

Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira shook his head slowly.

"It's not Mang, it's not your problem, it's my problem."

"What problem is it, sir? I'm ready to help, whatever it is."

Mang Dayat.

He is indeed very loyal to serve Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira.

From what was once only the guard of the horses belonging to the Master, accompanied the Master hunting in the forest, and finally escorted him when there was a business trip out of the area, he said, gradually Mang Dayat became a trusted servant Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira.

"Mang, I want to marry Soemitri's daughter."

Said Mr. Ageng with a heavy voice.

Unlike what Mr. Ageng Parta expected, where Mang Dayat would be surprised, it turned out that the servant showed absolutely nothing but a smile.

"Why are you just smiling so Mang Dayat?"

Ask Mr. Ageng Parta in wonder.

Mang Dayat bowled for a moment, then afterwards said,

"It is fitting that you wish to remarry, your wife has passed away after sixty days, no one will blame you if you want to get married again."

Mang Dayat.

"But Soemitri's daughter is still very young, I don't want to pick flowers that haven't been perfect."

Mr. Ageng Parta was so agitated, his heart kept pounding despite just imagining Lestari.

"Right what Master said, the girl is still very young, of course her age even with the youngest Son of Master is still seven levels below her."

Mang Dayat.

For the sake of hearing that sentence, Mr. Ageng Parta gasped.

Remembering he will finally figure Damar, his youngest beloved son who now lives in Cirebon to study at the padepokan Ki Gede Tirtayasa.

"You're right Mang Dayat, Lestari's age, Soemitri's daughter is even far below my youngest son Damar, so what should I do, I really have fallen for the boy, I want to marry him."

Said Mr. Ageng Parta.

What love seems to have intoxicated the mature and mature man. There was no way out for his heart problems other than to marry Lestari.

Have the flower completely, and enjoy all the honey that is on it.

"Sorry thousands sorry Mr. Ageng Parta, may I give you some advice?"

Ask Mang Dayat.

Mr. Ageng Parta of course nodded.

"Surely, Mang Dayat, say, this is the reason why you were called, because I need your advice on my matters."

Said Mr. Ageng Parta.

Mang Dayat nodded.

"All right, sir."

Mang Dayat then took a breath, before finally exhaling it slowly, and then said,

"Given Miss Lestari, the daughter of Nyai Soemitri is still too young to marry, what if Miss Lestari was placed in the paddokan Ki Gedhe Tirtayasa, where the daughters of Mr. Ageng Parta also studied there. After all there is also a young Master Damar, surely Miss Lestari will be safer."

Mang Dayat.

Hearing Mang Dayat's suggestion, the man he believed so much, Mr. Ageng Parta was seen nodding his head.

"Let me take Miss Lestari to Cirebon, Mr. Ageng please write a letter as usual as an important message to Ki Gedhe Tirtayasa."

Mr. Ageng seemed to nod his head again, as if so satisfied listening to the suggestion of the opinion of the servant.

"It only takes two more years to be able to marry Miss Lestari until she is seventeen, for a while you can marry another woman who is ripe to wait to have your beloved girl."

Mr. Ageng Parta quickly shook his head.

"No Mang Dayat, abstinence to me in two, if my heart has fallen to one woman, then my heart and my life will only be given to her. I will wait patiently until that day comes, the day the flowers are perfect and I can pick."

Said Mr. Ageng Parta Prawira.
