The Ghost Story of LESTARI

The Ghost Story of LESTARI
23. Dutch Cemetery

"No Tom, so far he only dared to appear before Nilam, I think he was targeting the weakest Nilam, and also for what purpose. Near here are many neighboring houses, if there will be harm, Mother will run for help to them, so don't worry."

That's how Tomi's mother convinced her son not to hesitate to go to work.

Shortly afterwards, Mr. Dadang was seen reaching the front of the house with his car.

He does not usually park in front of the house.

Tomi who can see the arrival of Mr. Dadang from his position standing through the windshield of the front room is seen immediately towards the front door to open the door.

Mr. Dadang looked down from the car, he was carrying a medium-sized bag of black crackles.

The man in the driver's uniform bearing the name of the Cooperative where he worked walked towards the house.

"For Mr."

Mr. Dadang bowed to greet his superiors.

Tomi looks to nod and smile.

"Pak Dadang wait a minute, yes, I'm still not neat."

Tomi.

Mr. Dadang then handed over the bag of crackle he brought to Tomi.

"So I met Miss Nilam on the road ahead, she nitip it for Mr. Tomi."

Hearing it clearly Tomi looked at Mr. Dadang with a strange look.

"Don't joke sir, how could Mr. Dadang meet my wife, it's obvious he's sleeping in the room."

Mr. Dadang finally became a surprised substitute.

"But sir, really sir, for God's sake."

Mr. Dadang insisted that he had met Nilam earlier.

Tomi who was upset and felt Mr. Dadang was playing games finally dragged Mr. Dadang into the house and then headed to the room.

Tomi's mother, who saw Tomi drag her office driver, was forced to mediate.

"What the hell is Tom?"

Tomi handed over the bag of crackle that Mr. Dadang had given to Tomi, saying it was a deposit from Nilam for Tomi.

Tomi uncovers the curtain of her bedroom door, and soon Tomi shows Mr. Dadang if Nilam is still sleeping soundly.

Mr. Dadang gasped, shocked to see the fact that Nilam wife of his superior was in the room.

Mr. Dadang looked at Tomi with a confused face.

"But I really met Miss Nilam, she was standing near the corner of the road leading here. He stopped my car, he said he had business, so he told me to bring food for breakfast at home."

Said Mr. Dadang.

Tomi's mother who opened the plastic crackle given by Mr. Dadang was seen removing a pack of corn rice with salted fish and sambal, then there were two pieces of steamed purple yam that was still warm.

Mom looked at Tomi, the two looked at each other in confusion.

"Pak Dadang."

Tomi finally returned to Mr. Dadang.

"Yes sir."

"Is there anything strange about meeting that Nilam-like woman?"

Ask Tomi.

Mr. Dadang was silent for a moment, as if trying to remember. Then...

"He didn't mention Mr. Tomi by the name of Mr. Tomi."

Tomi frowned.

"He called you by the name of Mr. Damar."

The damar?

Why Damar?

Tomi was really surprised.

Who is Damar.

"I asked, Damar who is Ma'am? Damar my husband. Then I say, meaning Mr Tomi? I asked her that, but the woman who looked like Miss Nilam just smiled and left."

"Where to go?"

Ask Tomi's mother.

"To the small alley near the fork there is a bridge."

Said Mr. Dadang.

Already overwhelmed by the emotional responsibility of rising, Tomi finally took Mr. Dadang to a small alley near the bridge around the intended fork.

Although the day has begun to day and Tomi will definitely be considered an undisciplined superior, but Tomi no longer cares.

All he thinks about right now is wanting to solve all the mysteries about the ghosts that associate him with Damar and annoy his wife.

When Tomi just reached the road with Pak Dadang, there were three ojek that brought Bik Surti home with Ki Marta and also one more man younger than Ki Marta.

"I'll go for a minute Bik, I'll come back later."

Tomi said to Bik Surti that seeing Tomi will leave so decided to go down to talk to Tomi.

"Can't you just stay sir? Ki Marta will take care of Lestari."

Then...

"I just briefly Bik, just want to make sure the small alley near the bridge that is in the fork that the alley to where."

"The little guy near the fork? Mister going there? Wh-wh-what for? There's only a Dutch cemetery that's starting to go unkempt."

For the sake of hearing the words of Bik Surti, Tomi and Pak Dadang immediately goosebumps, especially Mr. Dadang, who was clearly just talking to his wife Tomi, suddenly he found that Nilam was in his room, and the woman who resembled Nilam who turned out to go towards the small alley was an alley to the cemetery of the Dutch.

"Ah that Ki Marta called Mister, it is better that Mister directly obey."

Said Bik Surti who saw Ki Marta who had entered the house looking out again from inside the house and waved his hand towards Bik Surti to ask Tomi to come in.

Not wanting Ki Marta to feel ignored, Tomi rushed to the house.

"What's really going on Bik?"

Ask Mr. Dadang to Bik Surti as the two follow Tomi towards home.

"There's an old waiter who still seems to live here. Actually he hasn't shown up in a long time, for some reason since Mr. Tomi and Mrs Nilam came, he's been so annoying."

Said Bik Surti.

"Him?"

Mr. Dadang is a little creepy.

Bik Surti turned to Mr. Dadang.

"Yes he, whom Mr. Dadang met yesterday brought a tasty flower of the night, the ghost resembles Lady Nilam and terrorized Lady Nilam all day yesterday."

Mr. Dadang feels unusually weak.

How not? He had just met and talked to her.

And if you remember, actually there is something different from the figure of Nilam he met earlier and also the one who yesterday brought delicious flowers at night.

Other than her appearance letting her hair down, the figure was also a smile and her gaze was like a little strange.

For the sake of remembering, Mr. Dadang felt the fur was sitting and immediately stood up.

"Sir, is he so bad? I'm so scared."

Said Mr. Dadang.

Bik Surti sighed.

"He's usually not evil, but if he turns out to be evil, maybe because he has a reason. That's what Ki Marta will find out."

Said Bik Surti.

Meanwhile Tomi who had arrived at the door of his house was immediately embraced by Ki Marta.

A man with white comfrey pants and a white top and a headband patterned with lettering that Tomi does not know what letters.
