Evelyn felt that time stopped in that second as well. She doesn't even hear Juli's cry of disbelief if her son dies. Peter's laughing shadow and annoyed face continued to be seen in his eyes. Evelyn doesn't believe Peter will leave her. In fact... His last request rang in his ears.

'Can you give me kiss, baby. '

Until the black shadow made Evelyn not remember anything anymore. When he opened his eyes, he was in his room.

'What was a dream ' he thought.

Evelyn tries to call Peter, making sure he's okay. But, the phone's dead. In a hurry, she came out of her room and met Momma and her Dadda who were in the living room.

"Darling, where are you going? " Task Nancy when she sees her daughter rushing out.

"Mom, I have to go to Peter's. He didn't pick up my phone. " The answer is riled.

Nancy changed her face sad and concerned. "Darling, Peter's gone, baby. " She said slowly. He did not want his daughter to pass out again like that time in the hospital.

Suddenly, the flash of the nightmare was recalled by him. So, it wasn't a dream? That's reality? The batteries.

"Then... Why are Momma and Dadda here? Let's go to Peter's house to bury him. " Evelyn said with her tough face. Evelyn tried not to cry. No. gabe. Notnot now.

Back, Nancy was not strong if she had to say this to her daughter. Thomas stands guard in the back if his daughter comes back down.

"They've buried her, baby. " Say Nancy slowly.

"What?! They buried her without waiting for me?! " Evelyn was shocked. He could not believe that Peter's parents were cruel to him.

Evelyn did not accept, she came out of her house in a hurry. Nancy and Thomas followed. When Evelyn got into the car, Thomas stopped her.

"You can't drive, Eve." Thomas blocked Evelyn's hand and pulled her out.

"I have to go, Dad.. " Shouted Evelyn.

"Okay, Dadda. With Momma. Okay.. " Said Thomas.

Eventually the three of them reached Peter's parents' Mansion. Evelyn came down in a hurry and entered.

"Why aren't you waiting for me? Why do you guys have to take care of me?! " Scoff Evelyn in July and David in the living room. They were shocked by Evelyn's sudden arrival.

Juli walked up to Evelyn, her face highlighting the sadness that was still felt. "I'm sorry, dear Mama. Mami doesn't want you back destroyed. " July said regretfully. He had no idea that Evelyn's anger would be this big.

Evelyn looked at the two with a disappointed look. "I'm his future wife, I deserve to see him at the last moment.!! Why do you have me.!! "

David rubbed Juli's shoulder, his wife crying regretfully. David felt guilty too. "I'm sorry, Eve... " Said David regretting.

"I will not forgive you.!! No. gabe. Would. Never was.!! " Said Evelyn pressing. He was so disappointed with their treatment. The last second should be missed and can not be repeated.

Evelyn turned around and went out. He jerks at Juli's hand trying to stop her. He got in the car and locked it. Juli knocks on the windshield and says she wants to explain and asks him not to leave. Evelyn was disappointed. He no longer wanted to see them.

Nancy and Thomas who were outside were looking at the scene. Juli and David love Evelyn very much, like their own daughter. They know very well how Juli feels and David sees Evelyn's disappointed look pierce their hearts.

"That's it. He will soon be alone. " Thomas muffled Juli's voice, still pleading with Evelyn.

"I beg of you, persuade Evelyn to forgive us. You know that's not what I mean. I can't hurt my daughter. " July said with tears in her eyes.

"I knew. " Nancy nodded in understanding. "He just needs time, July. " She said.

"Then, we'll excuse you. Let him go and you can meet him back. " Say Thomas said goodbye.

Thomas's car drove out of the July and David Mansion. They're headed for Peter's grave. Along the way, Evelyn just kept silent not speaking a bit.

When she reached the tomb, Evelyn saw Peter's still wet tomb. The tomb is not old and is new.

Evelyn's hand shook when she touched Peter's name there. He felt slapped when he saw that Peter was gone. But he still doesn't want to believe it.

Nancy and Thomas just looked at her daughter crying beside Peter's grave. They were so sad to see the condition of his weak daughter.

"Come darling. We home. It's afternoon. " Take Nancy when the time has shown it will be evening. They've been in the tomb too long.

"I'll stay here, Mom. " Answers are wiry.

"No darling's. We should go home. " Said Nancy in her weak voice. She felt sad to see her daughter who still wanted to be with Peter.

Nancy suffocated in shock to see Evelyn lying unconscious. Thomas swiftly carried him into the car. They went straight to the hospital, seeing their daughter's pale face.

Evelyn blinked her eyes when she heard a knock on the door. Wiping away her tears, Evelyn came to the door and opened it. It turned out that his assistant was knocking on the door.

"What's wrong? "

"Sorry non, there's Miss' parents downstairs. They want to see Miss Evelyn. " Said his maid.

"All right."

After that the maid left before bowing her head and going to the kitchen. Evelyn was still in the doorway. He thought his parents must have come because they wanted to persuade him.

Evelyn did not know how to, in her heart still engraved Peter's name but, seeing the look in her parents' sad eyes, made her not bear.

Evelyn closed the door and walked down, the living room. To meet his parents who were waiting for him.

"Darlin.. " Nancy stood up when she saw her daughter coming.

Evelyn ignored Momma and sat down in front of them. "What's wrong? " Task her to the point.

Nancy bowed her head sadly when her daughter ignored her. Thomas was sad to see that. He looked at his wife who was still standing and clasped her hands. Interestingly to sit and rub his back to be more patient facing their daughter.

"Darling, everything we do is for your good. " Said Thomas looking at his daughter softly. Thomas was a strict and cold man. He is not a man who will spread his charm to all women. "Killness? What good does Dadda say? " Evelyn was still not in deep thought with her parents.

"Move? Peter is my future husband Dadda.. " Say Evelyn staunchly with her stance.

Thomas and Nancy exhaled tired. Their hearts ached to see their daughter become like this.

Evelyn staggered, she stared blankly. His heart was always torn to shreds when he remembered that Peter was dead.

"Momma's convinced that Peter wants you to be happy. He'll be sad to see you like this. Momma knows Peter loves you very much.. "

"Love? " Snorts Evelyn when she hears him. "If she loves me, why would she leave me Mom? Why didn't he take me away? Wh why? Why would he leave me like this?! " Said Evelyn rising. Again her tears wanted to come out, but Evelyn held her back.

"All is the destiny of God, dear. We can't stop him. " Clearly Thomas.

"Destiny? So, this matchmaking is also destiny according to you?! " Cynical Evelyn.

"Darling, this matchmaking is the best for you. You have to go on with your life, and we want you to have a partner. We can't always be there for you, there are times when you have to be married. Russell is a good guy, I'm sure it's because his parents are our best friends. " Nancy told her daughter.

Nancy and Thomas smiled happily to see their daughter consent to this matchmaking.

"Alright darling. We'll say it with both Russel's parents. They must understand this. " Said Nancy with her smile.

"But, I don't want them to know my past Mom, Dad. Keep this a secret from them. You guys can?! " Evelyn said with a sharp look. He did not want his past to unfold and make him weak.

"OKAY. We concur. " Say Nancy agreed. Thomas nodded his head.

After that they both went home and just left Evelyn in that apartment. This apartment is the apartment of himself and Peter. Actually this apartment that bought was Peter and given to Evelyn for them to live in during their engagement. The plan, after they are engaged and married, they will live in the Mansion that has been prepared by Peter. But, all of that now is just wishful thinking that never materialized.

Here, all the memories of the two of them were still lingering in Evelyn's mind. All places contain memories that always appear. On the sofa, where they always hug while watching TV. In the kitchen, Peter always pranks when cooking, and always steals kisses. Laugh at them, Evelyn always hears.

It's hard to forget those memories. And now, she has to get married? With a stranger? It's really a nightmare.
