Evelyn rested on the dressing table in the dressing room. His eyes lowered and looked at the palm of his hand which now contained dried blood and incisions. He lied to his sister Lily about hurting her. In fact, when Peter came, he could not control his body. Until his left palm became a victim to relieve pain that does not know where it is located.

Evelyn had finished wearing the dress and saw it in the mirror. But, suddenly Peter came and stood behind him. With a pale handsome face, he smiled at Evelyn. A smile that always made her heart peaceful.

“Peter—“.

Peter approached and grabbed Evelyn's body. Evelyn turned around and hugged Peter. But his body feels stiff. He could only close his eyes.

“Your beautiful,baby.” Peter's voice sounded in his ears. When he opened his eyes, Peter was gone.

Her chest feels tight, she needs an impingement. And his eyes were fixed with a nail clipper that had a sharp side at the end. Evelyn took it and hid it.

Evelyn used the reason for wanting to go to the bathroom, and after being in the bathroom she directly scratched the palm of her hand with the nail clippers.

Blood straight out of his hands, no pain ringing or anything. There was only a sense of relief that Evelyn felt when her blood came out.

Not long after, he came out after his blood was no longer in the bathroom. And hold his hand always after coming out. No one noticed it, not even Lily.

Flashbacks*

Evelyn neutralized her breath and began to open the dress herself. He didn't want anyone to know about this wound, or his mother would be excited. After she finished changing clothes, Evelyn came out of the dressing room and approached the three of them.

Faintly, he heard the laughter of his mother and Russell. I don't know what they're talking about until they laugh, but it makes Evelyn know if Russell really intends to approach her mother. Whether there is a specific meaning or not. The knock on his shoes that rubbed against the floor made them turn their attention to him.

Russell reached out his hand at Evelyn and pulled her sitting next to her.”Sit here, I'll change clothes.”ucap Russell with a smile, then switch to looking at Nancy.”I change clothes first, Mom. Will not be long.”ucapnya to Nancy who was embraced by her future father-in-law.

After Russell left, Nancy's face changed worried.”Are you really okay?” Nancy asked, holding Evelyn's hand, which was immediately pulled by her.

Nancy smiled wryly as she received Evelyn's cold treatment of him. He knew that his daughter was still disappointed in him. And he received her with a chest.

But, the reason Evelyn behaved like that was because she did not want her Momma to know if her hand was injured. She just doesn't want her Momma to be sick anymore if she thinks of him. It was enough for him to make it difficult for his family who had always been there beside him.

Lily sighed looking at the pair of children and the mother. She couldn't blame her sister Evelyn for being cold to their mother, she knew for sure that Evelyn had a reason why she did this.

Evelyn was not a child who could defy easily. In fact, Evelyn was the child she thought was most obedient to her parents. Unlike his who always protest if something does not work properly.

“He's fine Mom.” Lily represents her voice.

Nancy smiled understandably,”You look so beautiful in that dress. You know, that dress was Russell.”'s choiceNancy told Evelyn.

Evelyn looked at her mother in disbelief, didn't the man have no free time to choose a dress? Not likely.

Nancy knows if her daughter doesn't believe her words.”You can't believe it, honey. But, that's true. Russell didn't go directly to Bridal Boutique to pick out your dress, but he did e-mail the Bridal Boutique owner. And in particular, the dress is for you.” It was clear that her daughter understood.

Evelyn pensive, really? Why would Russell give her that dress, even specifically? Is this marriage special to him? Not likely. Didn't they agree that this marriage was only based on paper. They both agreed to this marriage because they had no other choice.

Evelyn's daydream breaks down when Russell joins them. His clothes have also changed like before, his shirt and black coat are always attached.

“We want dinner, do you guys want to join?”ask her questions to her future in-laws and sister-in-law candidates.

Evelyn turned her head and told Russell, the man had not said that before. And now all of a sudden she's saying they want dinner? For good shake. This guy is really something.

Nancy stumbled on her smile seeing the familiarity of those young men. It seems they are getting closer. While Lily just stared flat at the face of Russell who now looks like a man who is kasmaran. Lily wasn't sure if Russel was natural in his act, there was something he planned and I don't know what.

“No, we go straight home. Isn't that right, Lily?”Refuse Nancy subtly and turn towards her daughter. Inevitably, Lily simply nodded her head approving of her mother's words.

“Good. Then we'll just go out together.”

“I don't know if we're going to dinner.” Evelyn stared at Russel when hooking her seatbelt.

“I decided it myself.” Russell replied relaxed.

Evelyn's eyes are squeaking.”What if I don't approve?” tanyanya.

Russell turned his head and grinned, as if Evelyn's question was easy for him to answer. “I will force you in front of your mother. And you won't wince.” His words are true.

Evelyn snorted and straightened her body looking straight ahead without seeing the face of Russell who was now definitely making fun of her. Sucks.

Russell took him to a quieter eatery than the last time they had eaten together. Whether it's where, Evelyn doesn't know the most important thing is that it's still around London.

They entered and Russell ordered a large pizza pan for them as well as a cold drink.

“So, four more days wedding will take place. Are you ready?” russell asked Evelyn in her free style.

“What to prepare?”He didn't know what Russell meant.

Russell tilted his head at Evelyn, this woman in front of him completely relaxed, even when it was close to their wedding day, there was no anxious or nervous look on her face.

“Yeah, maybe it's your mentality to face me every day.” He said origin by putting his shoulder.

Evelyn grinned at Russell's words describing herself as unruly.

“Well, you do need a handler to tame a wild crocodile. “ His speech insinuated Russel who immediately got a sharp gaze from the man.

Wild crocodile? More precisely a land crocodile.! Evelyn's mind giggled amusedly.

Not long after the waiter came to take their order. A pizza pan made him feel hungry. Russell smiled amusedly at Evelyn's lips when she saw the pizza coming. His expression was like an impatient child wanting to eat her.

When the waiter was gone, Evelyn stormed the pizza and opened her mouth wide. Even Russell was just shaking his head at the childlike way Evelyn ate.

“Eat quietly, I won't spend it. If you want, you can order it again.”ucap Russell sincerely without ridiculing. She would actually order it again if Evelyn wanted to. But, one of these baking pans must be spent first.

Evelyn did not reply and only glanced at Russell's cynics for thinking the man was insinuating her. His mouth was full of pizza, and he needed a drink. As his hand moved to grab a drink, Russell stared intently at what he saw.

Evelyn is shocked when her hand is suddenly pulled by Russell and turned upside down.

“What is this?!” Russell looked at Evelyn. Russel showed me his injured palm at Bridal Boutique. Evelyn was so careless that she forgot her injuries.

Evelyn tried to pull out her hand, but Russell held her down strongly.

“Say Eve.! What is this wound?!”

Russell turned serious, even his face looked flat and hideous. Just this time, Evelyn saw Russell's serious face. Swallowing the pizza that was still in his mouth with difficulty because it was too dry and he needed a drink, but it seemed like the man in front of him was not paying attention to his being choked on pizza.

“Just scratched a little. Not a serious wound.” He said after painstakingly swallowing a lump of pizza.

“You sure?!”

Russell doesn't believe it's just a scratch, it's like a scratch on purpose. Does Evelyn think Russel is a person she can fool? Or, Evelyn has often lied to others ?

Russell doesn't know anymore, this woman there's something she doesn't know yet. His assistant did not provide accurate information. Of all the reports there was one that left it empty. Information that seems to be intentionally lost or deliberately covered so that others do not know it.

Russell was convinced, and he was determined to reveal it whether it was when they were together as a couple or before this marriage took place.
