The evidence? I myself, an introvert who managed to get a national public speaking certification, and bring the name of Indonesia to foreign countries since college. Yes, I was previously an introvert, and still have that side to date! But remember yes, this process is not like turning the pages of a book. You need hard work and a high desire to be able to achieve the success you desire!
To achieve success in this competitive era, in addition to hard work and goodwill, soft skills are one of the important factors. Public speaking is not an activity designed for national leaders or celebrities anymore, but rather a recommended supporting ability for many people.
