Commitment in marriage exceeds commitment in any agreement. Islam views marriage as a firm commitment, parallel to the commitment of Allah to His prophets. Therefore, the husband and wife must be responsible for maintaining the commitment that is said in Islamic kabul. Keeping commitment means seeking to care for the love and compassion that God Almighty God has placed in the heart, peace will be felt, but vice versa, if you ignore the commitment, it means wasting the gift that has been given so that peace is never obtained.
Maintaining a commitment in the household is difficult. Especially at the age of marriage is still young and quite vulnerable broken in the middle of the road and ended with the word divorce.
Entering a month of marriage, Lia and Agus are a newlywed couple who are still in a romantic atmosphere. However, it turned instantly into a month of doom for both of them.
In keeping with her promise last Sunday to deliver Lia a visit to her parents' residence. That day was precisely Saturday at 09.00 WIB he and his wife went to the village to visit his in-laws and had become second parents to Agus. In the middle of the trip, Lia told to stop for a moment right in front of her stop there was a fruit shop. The fruits were so complete and so fresh.
"Mom, how many limes is this orange?" Ask the fruit trader's mother.
"Ten thousand neng around." Answer the merchant.
"Yes Mom, I asked for two kilos yeah." Said Lia back and offered some ten thousand bills.
After buying the orange. They went back on their journey. Lia knows very well the likes of his father and also his mother. Therefore he bought the citrus fruit to be given to them as souvenirs.
Arriving at the Residence of Mr. Mamat and Ms. Sulastri. The house looks empty. "Maybe there's no one inside." Mumbled.
Geck...Geck...Geck... "Assalamualaikum, Mr. Sir. It's Lia." It's Lia." Shouted Lia from the Outside.
"Sir, Lia's rich voice is on the outside." Said Bu Sulastri to Mr. Mamat who was busy struggling with his chicken.
Back the voice shouted to Mom and Dad. The two made sure that it was the true voice of their son Lia. Immediately they rushed to stop all their activities and scattered out to open the door.
Clamps... Door opened.
"Wa'alaikum hail, Lia's mother's son."Exclaimed Bu Sulastri hugged his son tightly. Ms. Sulastri unceasingly kissed her daughters cheeks with anxiety. While Lia and Bu Sulastri embrace each other to release long-suffering longing. Agus greeted Mr. Mamat with great reverence. He apologized to Mr. Mamat because only today they can visit (Signal Mode). Father who did not understand Agus' words chose to be silent and answer him with a smile. With a rather stiff movement, he demonstrated to Agus that he would come in and sit with him. Understandably you become clumsy because, this is the first time he interacted with her.
"Let's sit down Lia." Invite Ms. Sulastri to take off her embrace.
Before sitting Lia greeted his Father with Takzim and vice versa Agus also greeted Bu Sulastri as he had done to Mr. Mamat.
"How are you guys doing there?" Tanya Mr. Mamat opened the conversation while Ms. Sulastri passed to the kitchen and made drinks for her two children. Do not forget to also include snacks as a drinking companion.
"Alhamdulillah good. Mr." Lia answered excitedly.
"Oh yeah how is Mr Ridwan there?" Ask Mr. Mamat back.
"Alhamdulillah Mr. Ridwan is also good sir."
"Oh yes, Mr. Ma, there is something you should know." Exclamation Lia suddenly made the curiosity of Bu Sulastri kumat. Spontaneously, Ms. Sulastri approached her daughter. While Mr. Mamat responded with a casual expression.
"What the hell is Lia. The story." Rengek Bu Sulastri on Lia. At the same time Agus just sat sweetly beside Lia watching those who were talking.
"Pak Ridwan has lied to you about Mom."
"Lying about what, Lia." Timpal Mr. Mamat.
"About Agus' education. Sir. At that time Mr. Ridwan had told Mr. right if Agus finished Elementary School and did not proceed to a higher level of education because Agusnya did not want to."
"Yes. That's right." Mr. Mamat Justifies.
"The problem is that Lia only found out after Agus told Bu. Agus Engga had never been to school. Even to read and write, he could not. All because his father does not love Mom. He's just camouflaging in front of everybody that he loves his son and he doesn't. He ignored sir."
"Oh yes sir there is another one that makes Lia surprised. The woman who has been called Pak Ridwan's wife is Pak Ridwan's second wife aka mother Agus added."
"Well, same kid himself, baby. Don't maybe dong." said Mr. Mamat in disbelief.
"Really sir. Lia not lying. Apart from the incitement of the mother, he continued, the strong reason he was not schooled because Agus was disabled. Though Mr. Ridwan people are capable and adequate." Answer Lia explained.
"If your own child is ignored, you may be ignored." Mrs Sulastri interrupted the conversation.
" Yes that's what Lia was afraid of Mom" said Lia sadly.
"Lia, just calm down. Your father and mother will not let that happen to you" said Mr. Mamat calming.
"There's nothing saying same mom anyway. Don't hesitate to tell a story." Said Mrs Sulastri.
"Jeez Lia had forgotten that Lia bought a favorite orange mother and father." timpal Lia thrust a black plastic containing the citrus fruit.
"Thank you, baby." Said Mrs Sulastri.
I didn't realize time was passing so fast. The scorching sun through the glass of Mr. Ridwan's house. The time of Dzuhur prayer has arrived. Those who were engrossed in chatting while enjoying the meal that Bu Sulastri served rushed to finish it. Hurried Lia and Bu Sulastri take ablution water to perform Dzuhur prayer. While Agus and Pak Mamat went to the mosque which is located not far from their home.
After the Dzuhur prayer, Lia told me back. This time the issue was different.
"Mom, Lia doesn't know if this is worth telling or not. But, Lia has no place other than confiding in mother." said Lia seriously.
"What else is Lia. Tell me about mom. I think it's more serious than it was." Said Mrs Sulastri guessing.
"Yes ma'am, this is more serious. Lia not so good, ma'am, if the living born is borne continue to be the same Mr. Ridwan."
"Loh, that's it. Emang Agus does not work." Ask Ms. Sulastri.
"Engga Ma'am. My husband works everywhere. He was at home with me all day. I never saw him go to work."
" The time. Know mother. Mr. Ridwan once told my mother that he had a workshop."
"Engga Ma'am. It's all still in the plan. He knows about machines. But free ma'am if you do not cultivated the skill will be extinct."
"This can't be allowed. Your father should know as soon as possible. Because it's about your future." said Ms. Sulastri a little upset to hear it.
"Mom, don't talk about this with me. Lia was afraid that I was angry with Lia because I had complained." said Lia to prevent Bu Sulastri.
Without even hinting at Lia's words. Ms. Sulastri looked for Mr. Mamat's figure and immediately told her everything.
"Ware me." Lia said as she saw Mr. Mamat and Ms. Sulastri speaking. It was seen that the face of the father changed immediately to become grim, furious, and upset.
"Just finish sir. This marriage is not healthy."
I don't know what happened next Lia doesn't know.
