Chapter 6: Eccentric young miss

The day changed, after going through a romantic night the feeling of happiness still enveloped the heart as if this feeling would never end. A bright morning, the sun shines brilliantly like never before covered in cloudy clouds reluctant to appear.

Reina paddled her bike to the store, leaving half an hour earlier than usual as she woke up earlier this morning. If you don't usually have breakfast, not this time. Wake up early, prepare breakfast, take a longer bath, also put on lotion and make up on the face. Today Reina is different.

Arriving at the store, he opened the Shop door with a key taken from the bag after previously parking his bike in a small parking lot next to the Shop. Reina changed into a uniform and made all the preparations as usual, only to be unaccompanied by Raya because she arrived early.

The clock on the wall shows at 8:30 am, Raya entered through the front door, just a few steps into the Grand Shop like the wrong person entering the room, confused and amazed. Usually at that hour they just arrived, although not always the same at least only 5 minutes different but this time when Raya arrived the store was neat and all the store supplies were ready in their respective places. Only the storefront is still empty because usually the cake does come 15 minutes before the store opens.

The most unusual one is Reina. Reina who usually just scrunched her hair today braided the side complete with a few adorned clasps, Reina's face looked fresher because she wore makeup even though only powder, eyebrow and lipstick only. And one thing was very different, Reina was wearing a perfume whose fragrance Raya could smell even when she was just a step into the Shop.

Raya gawked, convinced herself was it true that she saw the same person as the previous days?

Raya walked over, with a curious look. Looking at Reina's face up close, even watching her from head to toe.

" Who are you really Reina, or a new employee ?" Tanya Raya's.

" Good Morning "Reina answered with a passionate greeting and a smile.

" Reina, you were amazing today! "  

" Is there anything strange?, doesn't it fit?" Reina held her hair.

Reina's face reddened, She blushed then patted Raya's arm.

" Isshh you here, have there changed clothes " Said Reina who began to misbehave, smiling herself.

" Iyyaa, madameaa Hihihi "The Grand Speech whizzed into the back room to change uniforms.

The cake delivery car came, just after Raya came out of the dressing room.  Raya wanted to ask what happened last night, but did not have time because Reina was preoccupied with cakes that had to be immediately arranged into the storefront, as usual Reina checked the invoice and matched the type and amount with the one in the box.

The cake is neat in the storefront, Raya put an empty box in the back to be returned later in the afternoon. The empty cake box will be taken again by the delivery section, will be returned to the kitchen and used again for the cake the next day.

Reina and Raya finished tidying up the storefront, the store has also opened. 

Raya turns the closed sign into an open one hanging on the front glass door, while Reina puts a promotional banner in front of the window that is next to the glass door.

The store was ready to serve this morning, but the atmosphere was still quiet not much passed by just a few people who were seen passing by to jog or take their pets for a walk.

" Ahhh is finally done as well" Raya said as she spread out her hands. So did Reina, doing the same little stretching after completing a morning task that was quite draining and aching.

" Reina, did something happen yesterday? " 

" Hmmm "Reina responded with a clueless face, her mind was not yet connected to what Raya was asking.

" Any secret between us, come on tell me. Didn't you meet your old friend yesterday?" Cecar Kingdom.

Reina began to understand, with a face that began to blush He was preparing to tell the events of yesterday with Reino. But his phone sounded.

Kriiiiinkggg! The cell phone sounds loud.

Reina took the phone out of her apron pocket. Incoming call, from Jovan.

" Hello " Open Reina.

" I want you to drop me off today, I'll send my location to your phone" Jovan said in a flat tone.

" Not to your house as usual?" Ask Reina.

" No" Closed Jovan.

The phone disconnected, then a message came in. A chat contains the location Jovan referred to. Reina checked the map that went into her phone, the location was quite far from the Shop. 

Hmmm far away, it takes 30 minutes to get there even if it is not jammed. But what if I don't deliver it I'll get in trouble.

Some time ago Reina once called the owner of the Shop, He told about the customer who always asked to be delivered because the driver could not take orders. Sometimes he had to leave the store for hours just to deliver the order. When the owner asked who the customer was, Reina answered Jovan. The store owner just said do not miss a single order, every order from him must always be sent at any cost even though Reina had to leave the store all day. 

Reina had wondered why Jovan got such preferential treatment, even the owner of the Shop did not hesitate to change his employees if until Jovan did not get what he wanted, maybe because he is the number one loyal customer but if remembered again many other customers who are more loyal and have subscribed longer than him. Ah never mind, Reina no longer thought of that. He just wants no problem with his current job.

" I'm sorry, I'll tell you next time. There's an order from Mr. Jo I have to deliver it immediately " 

Reina hurriedly wrapped the chocolate cake into one small size box as usual.

" Young master again? " Tanya Reina helped put the box into plastic.

Reina nodded, then back to put on the training pants. Reina headed to the motor scooter that was always parked in front of the store, he wore a helmet, not forgetting to bring a cellphone and wallet in his pants pocket.

Raya helped bring the cake that he had put in the plastic earlier.

After some driving time, he arrived at a crossroad. There are two intersections that make him confused, he checked the map on his phone.

Reina remembered the route she had passed, sure enough she made a wrong turn that made her go wrong. Reina then turned the scooter around, returning to the road that had made her misdirected. He should have turned left, not taken the right. And sure enough not far from the turn earlier Reina saw a big hotel.

Like no stranger, well it turned out to be a hotel that was yesterday at dinner with Reino. He just realized it. Yesterday he just sat in the car, without knowing where to take and when he entered the hotel he did not have time to see the name of the hotel, his eyes and heart just focus on Reino.

Reina asked the officer who was standing guard in front of the building, but he was refused entry. The officer said the delivery man could not deliver food directly inside, only until the front door where the officer was standing guard. Reina insisted that the order should be conveyed to her customers directly. But the officer refused, and Reina called Jo.

" I'll call Jovan to take his own order here "Reina told the officer in the black uniform.

" Wait" she said just before Reina opened her phone.

" That means Mr Jovan? " the officer confirmed.

Reina nodded. 

" Then si. si. please come in, he was already inside waiting for "The officer arrived very friendly to Reina.

Reina then entered the hotel lobby, looking for the cafe in question. He looked to the right and left, down every corner of the lobby.

Reina found the cafe at the end of the lobby on the left side, next to the hotel elevator that she used yesterday to go up to the restaurant on the 20th floor.

Jovan was already sitting on one of the sofas inside the cafe, a sofa that was next to the window facing out. The cafe was just one table filled, the table where Jovan sat leaning back looked towards the garden outside the hotel. The park is quite spacious, complete with a pond with very clear water so that it can be seen fish swimming in it.

Very quiet, no other visitors or because it is still morning.

Reina walked towards Jovan sitting down, then stood before him. 

" This is your order Mr. "Reina put a plastic cake on the table.

Without looking, Jovan just glanced at the cake. The mood was not good this morning.

It's always so cold, but it's different. Am I the only one who feels that way. Jo's in a bad mood.

" Don't I tell you not to call me that "Jo looked straight at Reina. His gaze was so piercing, making him a little nervous.

" I'm sorry " Said Reina quietly.

Seeing Reina's reaction, Jovan tells her to sit down.

" Sit" 

Reina sat on the sofa facing Jo.

" Did I make a mistake? Like I wasn't late this morning. Though the place is far away, but I came as soon as possible" explained Reina, She felt a little afraid.

" I called you twice yesterday" Jo still stared at him with a sharp glare.

" Today was my day off, of course I didn't deliver your order "

" If it wasn't for the order, I wouldn't have been able to contact you. That so?"

What's wrong with her? Is this bad mood just because I didn't pick up the phone from her? So now it's crashing again? 

" I also have privacy, you know that. There's no way I work every day even on holidays I have my own plans, right?"

" You're weird today too, your appearance doesn't match your own "Jovan commented on Reina's different appearance today, in fact she was also commenting on Reina's performance yesterday.

Just as Reino and Reina were about to take the elevator, Jovan saw the two of them. At that time Jovan who was bored, after spending some time in the cafe finally decided to check in at the same hotel, he chose the hotel because the position was exactly in the opposite cafe. In addition, because it is also a hotel owned by his group, so he can enter at any time. Because he spent the night at the hotel, so early Jovan was already in the hotel cafe lobby which is located quite far from his home.

When checked in he saw Reina walking hand in hand with Reino, Reina had difficulty walking because she had to wear high heels besides that her legs began to hurt because friction with the shoes made her slightly blisters on some parts of her legs.

After the phone was not picked up, Jovan also saw all that, making him bad mood until now. 

" Is something wrong? " Tanya Reina ketus.

The officer who had banned Reina from entering noticed and approached her.

Reina changed her face when she found out the person next to her was the hotel attendant.

Reina nodded.

" You know him?" Ask Reina.

" Of course, everyone here knows him. How could we not know the owner of this hotel "Obviously.

The officer did not hear Reina's words. Reina shook her head then went to pick up her scooter and returned to the store.

Reina opened the pouch while remembering what the officer said.

When Reina opened the face that was mixed, she was confused, shocked, wondering also a little annoyed left.

Inside the bag contained a pack of plaster. He remembered what the officer said. When Reina was about to run out she said "Miss, this was entrusted by Mr. Jovan" she remembered.

" It was very confusing again "reina muttered very slowly looking at the plaster in her hand.

How does he know I need this thing? Again, his actions confused me. 

" Pasterer?" Raya took the plaster from Reina's hand.

Reina continued her work as usual, the store was running as usual without any obstacles until the time was closed. Reina and Raya split up in front of the shop door, they walked in opposite directions.

Lina walked slowly down the sidewalk, She was tired. After walking quite far from the store he just remembered with his bike.

Reina looked around, He had walked far enough it would be very tiring if He had to go back to pick up his bike. But if you have to walk the distance enough to make his legs ache. 

Reina paused for a moment. Leaning on the fence of the crossing bridge, a fairly large iron fence. He looked at the dark night sky, there were no stars up there, it looked like it was going to rain. Reina then turned her gaze to the city streets that were still crowded even though it was almost midnight.

Reina suddenly remembered Jovan's words this morning.

Your appearance is not like yours! 

Jovan's voice rang in his ear, a word that irritated him this morning.

What's wrong with wearing makeup, isn't it natural at my age right now. No, it's not that. That's not the case, what right he has to criticize my appearance. Customer criticism of the waiter because his appearance is not in accordance with his wishes? How strange.

Reina let out a long sigh again, She was tired and even too tired just to vent her emotions. The rest of his energy must be saved to walk up to the kosan. Reina walked with a tired face and mind down the sidewalk towards home.

Reina was ready with all her work needs, before leaving the boarding room she remembered the plaster she put on her dressing table. He took some sheets and affixed to some parts of the leg that are still blisters, blisters that begin to dry become wet again exposed to water during bathing.

Arriving downstairs Reina frantically did not find her bike in the parking lot. Scratching his head, Reina searched here and there.

He just remembered, last night he did not go home riding a bicycle, but walk from the store to the boarding house. 

Reina was getting panicked, because she had woken up and no vehicle used to take her to the store.

Reina looked at the clock on her phone, 09.00.

Raya must have arrived at the store from half an hour ago.

Reina ran out, down the alley leading to the main road. His steps came to a halt, a large motorbike with someone sitting on it blocked Reina's path.

He thrust a helmet at Reina. Reina was silent.

Reina put on a helmet, then rode on Jovan's big bike. The motor is quite high, but with his posture is also high Jovan is very suitable when driving it.

Reina took off her helmet and handed it to Jovan.

" Thank you" Reina said without a smile, yesterday's annoyance still lingering in her heart.

" Sneakers are you!" Jovan, look at the shoes Reina was wearing. Then he just left.

Reina went into the store. Raya stood with a pose and mimic the face ready to interrogate.

" I'm sorry, today I came late "Reina rushed to change her uniform.

When Reina returned Raya approached Reina. He was prepared with a lot of questions.

Reina smiled at Raya who was starting to get engrossed in her hallucination world.

Raya saw Reina who was watching the car that only had two seats.

"  It's been almost an hour that the car was there, since this morning I arrived at the car shop it was there. But I don't see the driver coming out "

" Maybe he's a shop customer, who was waiting for the store to open "Reina said.

" If so he should have come down from earlier "

" Or maybe he's still waiting for someone "

" Was that long?"

Raya and Reina rushed towards the exit of the store to make sure.

But just up to the shop door, the car suddenly moved and drove away.

Someone in the car turned out to be a girl, a young girl who was only 15 years old. A high school boy, he was riding in his car wearing an elite school uniform that did not come from the area.

He drove the car in the direction Jovan was leaving.

The young girl stopped at the cafe opposite the Golden Maple hotel, the same cafe Jovan visited yesterday afternoon. He ordered the Ice americano and sat on a bench near the window facing the hotel's main gate. From where he sat he could see Jovan's motorbike parked on the VIP site. 

So some nights he stayed here apparently.

The straight-haired girl with waist length was still staring at the hotel where Jovan had been sleeping for the past few days. Since that afternoon Jovan left because he was bored apparently he had not returned home, he spent his time in the hotel.

Girls dressed in elite school uniforms, have very beautiful faces, very white and smooth skin, sharp noses and plump eyelashes.

He opened his phone. Checking the empty chat.

He didn't even return my message.

Everyone in the cafe looked at the two working women who looked down in embarrassment.

Elsewhere, Reina and Raya were busy serving some customers who ate cookies on the spot. There are three benches filled.

Reina immediately checked her phone.

No chat or incoming calls from him. After thinking for a moment, he decided to call her.

Connected but not picked up, Reina tries to contact him once again. The result is the same, there is no answer.

" What's up, Reina? " Tanya Raya, approaching while carrying a tray containing empty cups from another table.

" I forgot Jo's order " 

" Haaaaa "Raya is worried.

" I tried to contact him twice, but there was no answer. What do you think I should do?"

" I think just take it to his house, the important thing is that you have delivered if the young master complains it is not your fault because He himself did not tell you where to take it " 

" Right as well, then I'll prepare the order first. This afternoon I drive you when the store is empty " 

Raya gave a thumbs up, sign agreed.

At 12:00 right during the day the store began to be quiet, when the lunch hour of this store was actually empty of visitors. Because it is rare for elderly people to go to the store in crowded hours - people go out to find lunch, usually they go to the store in the morning or afternoon when the weather is not too hot and not too crowded passing by.

Reina spurred her scooter, carrying a plastic bag containing a box of cookies containing 10 pcs of 4 cm square shaped chocolate cake. Before leaving he had a chat Jovan.

" Because I didn't hear from you, today I delivered an order to the house "As soon as the chat he sent, but there was no answer.

Reina arrives at Jovan's house, once again trying to contact but there is still no answer. Reina came in through the front door. Thank goodness he met the butler, as he was about to climb the stairs.

" Good afternoon, I will deliver Young Master's order "

Reina walked down the hallway on the second floor, towards the room at the end of which was Jovan's private room.

The door to her room was open, Reina thought maybe Jovan was sleeping in her room so she did not answer the phone and chat that he sent. Reina didn't knock on the door, she walked over, worried about waking Jo up.

Reina entered the room, as she was about to put the box of cookies She was shocked by someone lying on Jo's bed. A young girl was lying down wearing only a very thin nightgown. 

The shocked Reina accidentally dropped the tissue box from the table, the girl woke up from hearing a loud enough sound.

The long-haired, waist-straight girl with a sleepy face stared at Reina while still sitting on Jo's slumber. She was the girl who had stopped in the shop this morning, followed Jo and stopped at the cafe.

Without a word coming out of his mouth, he just stared at Reina in silence.

" Ma ma my pardon, I just delivered Young Master's order "Reina put the cake on Jovan's desk, I'm just dropping it off, then left without waiting for an answer from the woman who actually went back to sleep after Reina came out of her room.

Reina was half running, she was about to leave the house. He was still shocked, to the point of making him groggy and repeatedly dropped the scooter key when he was about to enter it. 

How could I see such a scene in the middle of the day. Fortunately, I didn't believe that directly.

Reina's mind was everywhere, the thought was that Jovan was doing something with the woman so she couldn't answer her call. If Reina had arrived earlier, He might have seen what He should not have seen. That's what's on his mind right now.

It turned out that the butler who had told Reina to drive straight to Jo's room was wrong, thinking, an hour earlier when he went upstairs and saw the door to Jo's room open he thought the Young Master had gone home after a few days of not sleeping at home. No one dared to enter the room, not even the butler, so he did not confirm the truth and only guessed.

Reina went back to the store. 

Raya saw Reina had arrived, not usually he came so fast usually for hours.

Reina returned without saying anything, She was silent but her face looked shocked. Raya did not dare to ask, she waited until Reina returned to normal.

Even though the room was located quite far away, it passed through several large rooms and stairs that split the second floor hallway.

Jovan did not answer anything, he just remained silent and lay down on his bed. While looking at the ceiling of his room he thought of something.

Until that night Reina's mood had not improved. He didn't say much today, and it lasted until the store closed.

" Reina, are you okay?" Tanya Raya hesitated. He wanted to ask that from this afternoon, but He waited until Reina who opened the chat first but until the time came for the store to close Reina was still a thousand languages.
