Chapter 2: The White-coated Prince
The round clock on the wall of the store showed at 06:30, this morning Reina and Raya were busy arranging the cake that had just been delivered by the production section. The store only sells ready-made cakes, and for production in a separate place, a special kitchen that only the owner and some staff are allowed to enter, even Reina and Raya Pun never knew where the location of the kitchen had been all this time they only served directly in the store.
Today there is a special order from a hospital, order the cake for the seminar so Reina and Raya have to come early to set up the shop early because they have to prepare a special order after that. The store is open at 09.00 am, and they only have 2 hours to prepare 500 packages before the store opens.
“ Are all her cakes complete?” Reina asked the skinny, dark-skinned driver who delivered the cake from the kitchen.

Raya and Reina began to tidy up the special order cake, starting with arranging the arrangement of large boxes according to the type, while Raya arranged cardboard boxes for the cake. Reina checked the number and types of cakes ordered, there are 5 types of cakes and 1 bottle of mineral water for each package. The delivery driver helped tidy up the large box where the cake was empty from the kitchen and then put back in a special delivery car.
“I should go to college, and work in front of computer” Gerutu Raya.
“If you go to college, what major will you take?” Reina asked, amid the busy filling every box of packages.
“ Because my ambition is to be a rich man maybe I will major in business” said Raya fiery.

“ I have an appointment, but I can't keep that promise” Reina said as she poured mineral water into each box filled with cookies.
“ Appointment?” Raya is getting curious.
“Do you remember, when I first became a part-time employee here. I said, I work here because I have a promise to keep”.

They completed the order on time, the cake that was previously in a large box has been moved to a cake box made of cardboard as many as 500 packages. Reina looked at the clock on the wall of the store, the clock showed 8.30 time they delivered the order because the order is quite a lot today the order is assisted by the driver from the kitchen.
“ Partner hospitals near the junction is it?” Tanya Reina checked the address sent by the cake.
“ Big hospital around here is just that I guess” He replied while staying focused on driving.
The hospital was already visible, emblazoned with the name of the hospital in front of the main gate. It says Hospital Mitra Pusat. Cars enter through a special rear gate for delivery cars and hospital operational cars, the main gate is only for patients or guests who come.
Arriving at the parking lot, Raya, Reina and assisted by the driver rushed out the package and arranged one by one on the trolley. After the amount was appropriate then the two of them rushed towards the elevator which was at the right entrance. The driver waits in the parking lot , Reina and Raya who take turns pushing the package into the freight elevator. Pressing the elevator button, they headed to the 5th floor.

“ Here is written the seminar room ballroom 5th floor, maybe the big door was” Show Reina while looking at the small note she brought.

Doctor Monika's hair was broken, making her a little distracted and then she tied up her long wavy hair.

Reina saw her reflection on the large glass attached to the ballroom wall, She touched her face that looked a little dull from fatigue, while she felt a little inferior. Reina patted his cheek, He tried to refocus on what he was working on.
Reina helped Raya move the package from the trolley to the back of the table, where hundreds of piles of modules will be distributed to seminar participants today. Reino is the name of the boy he has admired since childhood. Inside the elevator Kingdom was stunned, still unable to believe what she had just seen.

Reina giggled at the words Raya.

Reina chuckled as Raya still chattered convincing Reina of what she had just seen was real not imaginary or fabricated. As soon as Reina's feelings that had been disturbed by the name Reino returned to normal, the innocent and sometimes muddy Kingdom became a medicine for Reina. That's why they complement each other for 3 years together since working part time at the cake shop.

It was time to open the store, they returned with the usual routine of work in the store. Fortunately that morning was not too many visitors, so they could relax for a moment after the hassles of this morning.
“If every day we get this much order, maybe in one year we can go abroad for vacation”. Raya stopped her sweeping activity and turned her body to face Reina who was wiping the window. “Holiday to abroad and stay one week in hospital”. Reina Canda.

Reina and Raya laughed together, a tired laugh as if it just disappeared.
As they laughed, the shop door opened, a person with a stocky body and round glasses walked in. Reina and Raya simultaneously greeted the person welcome.
" I want to take order” He said as he approached the storefront.
“Have ordered before Sir? Reina asked kindly with a smile.
" My dad said I'd just take it here”
" Dad?” Reina was confused, but she tried to remember some short messages that entered her phone.
Uh! Reina remembers a short message last night, before taking a shower she had time to read a message on the phone that turned out to be from Mr. Tomo, that tomorrow his son will take the order.
" Ah, means you are Brother Dito?”
“ Right, from where do you know my name I haven't even introduced my name”
" I owe a lot to him, maybe your father did not tell me much about me who was very helped by you and Mr. Tomo”
Reina hurriedly wrapped up the order as usual ordered by Mr. Tomo.
“Did Mr Tomo not come today?” Reina asked as she put the cake box into the plastic.
“Daddy has stopped, and I replaced it from today”
“ Oooh, so Mr Tomo is no longer working?” Raya approached and stood beside Reina.
“ That's how it is, for health reasons Dad decided to quit before his contract expired, instead I'm the one responsible for completing his” Dito explained the conditions that occurred.
This is the first time Reina met directly with Dito, all this time she only heard about Dito from the story of Mr. Tomo. Dito is the son of Mr. Tomo, he is a shy child, more down when talking. In addition to the shy Dito someone who easily sweats so he always carries a handkerchief anywhere to wipe the sweat on his forehead. Once the order was ready, Reina prepared the total bill at the cash register. Dito picked up the plastic cake that Reina handed him and headed to his car which was parked in the next building. Therefore Raya and Reina did not prepare the cake as usual, every time they see a black car parked across the street they already know Mr. Tomo will take the order then Reina or Raya will rush to wrap the cake.

After Dito left the store, Reina and Raya continued the work that had been delayed earlier. On the sidelines of his work wiping the window of Reina so remembered Mr. Tomo who was meritorious to him.

Her mother had terminal cancer, a long-standing illness but never told anyone, not even her husband. For 20 years their marriage has not been blessed with children, because he knew his life would not be long so he decided to adopt children, feel to be a parent at least for the rest of his life.
Only after 6 months after his mother's illness was revealed, the mother died. Her husband, who could not accept the reality and became like a dazed man, often went home at night and came home drunk. Sometimes beating up Reina for no reason, after the departure of her mother Reina's life changed drastically, no more happiness no more affection. Even so, Reina still tried to be patient and survive the changes to her father. Until one day on the day of his graduation, his father was waiting at the door of the house holding a large knife, looking at the ruined shop as if the father had just gone berserk. The people around were clustered but no one dared to approach. They all hinted that Reina would not come closer, but Reina stayed close to her father.

Reina's father pushed her to the ground. The frightened Reina tried to get up, slowly walked back and then ran away. As Reina was running, she could hear her father roaring - roaring at anyone who tried to approach her, as well as the sound of objects being thrown blindly.
Reina was still running, getting further and further away.
Rain spots drenched his body, his legs still shaking but he had to keep running to find shelter. Reina stops at a bus stop where the roof is weathered and the stool is damaged because it seems to have been unused for a long time. He saw blood dripping between the raindrops that fell on his feet, it turned out that the blood droplets came from his injured hand caused by the throwing of an object that hit his arm, at that moment his fear was so great that he did not realize his arm was injured.
A few moments later, a black car stopped right in front of him. Someone got out of the car carrying an umbrella. The middle-aged man then asked what happened to him, he was Mr. Tomo.
“ Are you okay? Your hand is injured” Ask Mr. Tomo look at the blood dripping from the scratch on Reina's hand.
Those innocent but frightened eyes looked at Mr. Tomo, Reina said nothing, she who was still in shock suddenly shed tears. The tears that were dripping with the rain that soaked his face.
In Mr. Tomo's car, Reina takes him to a small, tenement house that has only one room. The house, when viewed from his belongings, is inhabited only by men.
“Drink, and calm yourself here” Mr. Tomo thrusting a glass of hot tea.
Reina nodded and drank it slowly. His cold hand hit by the rain was still trembling.
“This is my home, I live with my son. But since I got divorced with my wife last year my son has been with my wife and she's been in high school there. Because I live in a house that my employer provides this house so uninhabited. Stay here , until you get a new place” said Mr. Tomo took a change of clothes from a brown wooden cabinet containing clothes belonging to his son.
Since that day Reina lived in a modest house owned by Mr. Tomo, he occasionally visited to fill the refrigerator with ready-to-eat food or fill the kitchen cabinet with other instant food. Because when he left Reina only wearing school uniforms, Reina did not have a change of clothes, therefore Mr. Tomo allowed her to wear clothes belonging to Dito who was only one year old above Reina.
A month later, Reina decides to find work because she wants to continue her schooling. When Reina tidied up her bag, she accidentally found a savings book tucked in the back of her bag. And it turns out savings in her name, apparently all this time the foster mother always set aside some of her income for Reina's savings. Not so much but enough to apply for school and living expenses in the next few months.
While saying goodbye to Mr. Tomo, Reina expressed her gratitude for indirectly Mr. Tomo who saved his life, and also for Dito who had lent all his clothes and goods during his stay in the house.
In addition to lending her a place to live, Mr. Tomo also recommended Reina to work part-time at the Traditional Cake Shop. Last month when Mr. Tomo took the order he read vacancies for part-time workers.
That's how Reina started her day as a high school student and part-time worker at the Cake Shop.

It turns out that during these 3 years Reina also always set aside some wages from work to visit her father, and leave money to her father's neighbors without ever telling her that it was money from him. Reina knew since the departure of her mother, her father no longer opened a store and to connect life only rely on the mercy of the surrounding residents. With the unstable psychic condition he suffers from, no one is willing to hire him because one day it can turn brutal uncontrollably.
The hardships of life that Reina faced, made her forget what He had promised, the promise to reach her goal when one day she was reunited with the person He admired, Reino.
Outside the rain like yesterday, but Reina's mood is not so good because she has to remember the difficult times she has been through. The rhythm of the rain that dabbled as if bringing him dissolved in sadness. It was raining today as if singing a song of pain for her.
