With a slightly long stride Iriana walked hand in hand with William entering the hospital where Leonard was treated.

Actually William refused to come, but Iriana was very stubborn to meet Leonard so William had to accompany the woman to the hospital.

He also has an appointment with Dr. Sean, his personal doctor who he now assigns directly to monitor Leonard's progress.

So if you can accompany your wife and see doctor Sean at the same time why not? he thought.

" We're just going to see the sick, why do we have to be followed by a bodyguard?" iriana whispered while looking back where there was Kendrick and two bodyguards following her.

" Security is more important, now go in with Kendrick." William said as they reached Leonard's ward.

" You're not in?" ask Iriana.

" I have to see a doctor to talk about something so you come in first" William replied.

" Okey." Iriana nodded then walked in.

" Kend I don't want what happened a few days ago to happen again! take good care of my wife." William's word is firm on Kendrick.

" And both of you, if my wife were to break my legs and hands." William's Silver Eyes turned to look at both of his Bodyguards with an intimidating look.

" Good sir." Follow both with a little bit.

After seeing his Master leave Kendrick immediately entered to catch up with Iriana and saw the woman just standing in front of the door with a view that leads to Leonard.

" Mrs." call Kendrick.

" Why wasn't I told it was this bad?" iriana asked in a cold voice.

" I'm sorry Madam, sir doesn't want to worry you that's why he forbade me to tell you." Kendrick answered honestly because that's the truth.

Both of Adriana's hands clenched tightly she felt William should not do that because after all Leonard had saved her life so Iriana felt that she also had to know Leonard's circumstances.

Slowly, Iriana's legs began to step closer to Leonard, who was lying on the patient's bed with bandages on his head and various medical devices attached to the man's body.

" Sorry for coming today." Iriana said softly.

Honestly, his heart felt very guilty about Leonard either because he had just come to visit or because he realized that what Leonard was experiencing at this time was because of it.

" Tell me the truth." Iriana's words were directed at Kendrick.

Sighing at his long breath Kendrick felt hesitant to tell the state of the man who was now lying weakly in front of him.

" The impact on his head makes Mr. Leonard must be operated on and has been confirmed to be in a coma" explained Kendrick who did not say about kidney disease that Leonard had.

" You mean he's in a coma because of surgery?" Iriana looked at Kendrick.

" No, he'll remain in a coma despite being inoperable but if the surgery isn't performed then the chances of survival are very small."

Iriana fell silent and turned her eyes back to look at Leonard's pale face.

" Aren't people in a coma still able to hear the sounds around them?" iriana Gumam.

" Then you can hear my voice, right? I want to apologize as well as thank you, sorry for my previous attitude.I do not hate you just that I am like that to everyone so do not misunderstand, and after all my bad attitude why are you still willing to help me until it ends like this? even though I don't know what your reason is, I still want to thank you." Iriana paused her speech.

" Thank you Leonard, I hope that you will come to your senses and heal so that I can express my gratitude to you directly." continued Iriana, unknowingly a drop of her tears fell right on the back of Leonard's hand.

" Is Madam okay?" Kendrick.

" Hmm." IRiana's head nodded, "What's wrong with me why I'm crying." she seemed surprised at herself.

Meanwhile, in Sean's doctor's office.

" This is the report of the results of the Madam's medical examination that you asked Mr.." Sean's doctor handed over the chocolate map containing the health report of Iriana to William.

" Hmm explain to me later, now tell me how did the man who saved my wife develop?"

" Mister Leonard's condition is still unstable Sir, until now he is still in a coma and there are no signs of being aware in the near future."

" The operation on his head was successful but there are other factors that caused him to coma Sir, in addition to the injury on his head which is quite severe kidney disease also affects the condition of his body."

" It can be but until now there has been no suitable and healthy kidney donor, besides the hospital also needs approval from the patient's family" said Dr. Sean.

The most important thing for him now was to settle all the matters concerning Leonard first so that in the future Iriana would no longer need to deal with the man.

" But sir, as I said" said Doctor Sean cut off.

" I'll take responsibility myself." William sidelines full of seriousness.

The two of them also returned to talk about the future plan for Leonard's recovery and the procedure that must be done.

Long enough, Iriana waited for William's arrival in Leonard's room but the handsome man never came so that Iriana decided to go out and follow her husband.

On the way to Doctor Sean's room, Iriana remembers that she hasn't called Jack to ask him how she is, Alysa and Clara, and wants to apologize for leaving them last night.

Iriana immediately looked for the whereabouts of her phone in a small bag that she carried but did not meet then switched to reach into the pocket of pants and jackets that she was wearing but the flat object was also not there.

" What's wrong, Madam?" Kendrick asked as Iriana's steps came to a halt.

" My phone seems to be left in Leonard's ward." said Iriana.

" Then let the bodyguard take it."

" You!" Pekik Iriana who was also surprised when she saw the existence of a person she knew, Axe.

" Miss.." said Axe, his face had returned as usual flat with no expression.

" Why are you here?" Iriana raised a full gaze in Axe's direction.

" I followed because there was important information that I wanted to talk about, but after I got to Miss it turned out to be gone" Axe replied.

" Don't I tell you to call me first! If what you want to talk about is important information then we can't talk in the hospital either."

" I'm sorry Miss, but this information is very important and I have to convey it immediately."

" You go before anyone else sees you here, at four o'clock in the afternoon come to the place where we used to talk." said Iriana.

Axe nodded and immediately left, just one minute after his departure, Kendrick came and told Iriana that William was waiting in the car.

After getting back the item he was looking for, Iriana immediately went out and headed to the parking lot before William was angry for waiting too long.

Along the way Iriana kept silent, she recalled the conversation with Axe who said that the man had important information that definitely concerned Robert and Rabecca.

" I wonder what information Axe has actually obtained?" Monologue Iriana in heart.

Not only was Iriana busy with her own thoughts even William was the same, the man was also silent with an aura that looked different from usual, no matter what the handsome man was thinking.

And the strange behavior of the couple did not escape the attention of Kendrick who was driving.
