The car William was driving now stopped right in front of the towering gate. The man did not go down directly he just silently stared straight ahead.

William's daydreams were blown away when his windshield was knocked twice by a man wearing a security guard uniform.

Tok Tok Tok

The car's glass slowly came down, "Mister William?" Said the security guard with his surprised face.

" Is your Master around?" William asked with a still straight look staring towards the gate.

" Eh that.. Big Master.beliau-"

" Open the gate." William's word is fast.

" The Great Lord does not allow any stranger to enter into the Master." The guard answered with his head bowed.

Without a doubt William immediately stepped on the accelerator to break through the gate in front of him but several bodyguards that had been outside the gate immediately blocked William forced to step on the brake.

" I'm sorry, sir, but you're not allowed in." Say one of the bodyguards.

" Well tell your master that I'm waiting here, and then see if he still insists on forbidding me to enter?" william said coldly.

The Bodyguards looked at each other then one of them immediately ran in to tell his Master that William was in front of the gate.

Soon the bodyguard came out and ordered the security guard to open the gate for William.

Without waiting again William immediately run his car until it stops right in front of the magnificent building that is there.

The handsome man then went down and opened the sunglasses that had been perched at the base of his nose and immediately walked towards the main door where there were several bodyguards who were bowing respectfully greet him.

The two feet wrapped in shiny black pantofel shoes continued to walk in to meet the owner of the house.

" Welcome to my house, prince." A man standing by greeted William with a staff in his hand.

" Thank you, Mr. Taomasa." William replied with a thin smile but his eyes were sharp.

" Let's sit down." said Taomasa.

" There's something important I want to talk about." William did not want to ramble he immediately said the purpose of his arrival.

Both of his eyes momentarily turned to look at Lily who had just been silent beside Taomasa.

" It's just you and me." William looked back into Taomasa's eyes.

" All right, let's talk in my study." Taomasa walked first followed by William.

Lily looked at the backs of the two men of different ages with anxious expectations, since hearing William's arrival from his men Lily's sudden unpleasant feelings.

The granddaughter of her late husband's best friend had long misunderstood Taomasa and decided to get in touch with her family.

But why today William himself actually came to the big house, Lily felt that it was a sign that something important happened. But he did not know exactly what was going on, which is why he felt very curious and worried now.

While in Taomasa's workspace, the two men sat facing each other on the sofa in the room.

" Ahem." William purposely cleared his throat to melt the atmosphere which to him was a little awkward.

How not awkward, the man he had always considered like his own grandfather now feels very far because of a misunderstanding that William himself did not realize.

William preferred to circulate his gaze over the Taomasa workspace to avoid eye contact with the man who was about to have his seventy-fifth birthday.

Unbeknownst to anyone, the corner of Taomasa's lips lifted into a thin smile when he saw William's misbehavior.

He chose to act as if he was unaware of William's changing attitude rather than making the man feel increasingly uncomfortable being around him.

" I'm sure you already know what just happened to your beloved grandson" William flatly said.

" Yes." Short Taomasa, he already knew if Iriana almost got hit from the report given by his men.

" You must also know that if it wasn't a coincidence, someone was deliberately after his life." William paused for a moment.

" This has nothing to do with the prince so you don't have to interfere with my grandson's problems, I'll take care of it myself." taomasa coldly replied showing his disapproval if William interfered with the affairs concerning Iriana.

Both of William's hands clenched tightly restraining the anger that was out of nowhere.

" This is certainly my business!" Decisive William.

" When is this your business and why?"

" Since your grandson took something from me, that's when he became my man, so you don't have to think about this, just think about your health and rest well." a meaningful smile rose adorning William's handsome face.

" What do you mean?! what did Adriana take from you?!" The calm attitude that always dominates Taomasa is now defeated by the growing anger when talking about Iriana's life.

The atmosphere around them instantly turned cold and gripping as an equally powerful and terrifying aura was emitted by the two men.

They clashed with sharp gazes as if they wanted to kill each other. I don't know what's going to happen between the two men who haven't had a good relationship in a long time.

Leaving Taomasa and William, in the hospital more precisely in the nursery occupied by Iriana, the woman had already regained consciousness from her stupor five minutes ago.

During that time, he just stared silently at the ceiling of the room while recalling what had just happened.

" Does Miss need anything?" Kendrick approached the side of the patient's bed.

Iriana turned her gaze towards Kendrick, "What about the person who saved me?" iriana.

" Do you mean Mr William or Mr Leonard?" Kendrick made sure, because the two men he just called his name were both saving Iriana.

" Silver." Iriana answered briefly, densely and clearly like her true character.

" He's still being treated by a doctor."

" I want to see him." Iriana got up and was about to get off the bed but Kendrick immediately prevented her.

" I'm sorry Miss, you're not allowed to go anywhere before Mr. William comes." stop Kendrick.

" Where'd he go?"

" There's something you have to take care of, as long as I'm told to look after you, so please cooperate." Kendrick said it was because he had been very familiar that Iriana would definitely be stubborn and still insist want to see Leonard.

But unexpectedly, Iriana actually nodded and returned to lay her body on the bed.

" Can this be removed? I just fainted instead of dying why go overboard like this?" Iriana raised her hand which was fitted with an infusion needle.

" Your condition is still weak Miss you need it for a while" replied Kendrick as usual with a flat face without any expression.

" It seems I have to kill you and the doctor who thinks I'm weak, I will too." Iriana nodded indistinctly and then closed her eyes again.

" How is he doing? why would he be willing to sacrifice his life just to save me?" It was in her inner self that Iriana was still wondering about Leonard's circumstances and the reason why the man was willing to save her after her bad attitude all along.

Actually not an excessive bad attitude just more into indifference and avoidance, that's all but in spite of all that Leonard was still willing to save him.

Was it because Leonard really loved Iriana or was it just humanity? I don't know nobody knows.

Seeing Iriana who had regained her composure, Kendrick immediately went out to call his men to ask where the investigation they did.

" Don't leave this place, take care of Miss Iriana as long as you and I haven't returned!, don't let anyone else in but the doctor and the nurse." kendrick told the two bodyguards who were ready to stand in front of the door of the nursery Iriana.

" Good Sir." They said in unison, then Kendrick walked away to call and see Leonard.

Victor, who had just finished his meeting, immediately drove his car at full speed to the hospital where his best friend was treated.

His phone was accidentally switched off during the meeting, which is why he only learned about Iriana after opening a short message that Barack and his Daddy sent.

" I'm sorry, I should have been by your side no matter what, even if you rejected my existence, I should have stayed with you and looked after you" Victor said regretfully.

" You should be okay Ana." He said again with great concern because neither he, Justin nor Barack knew the current state of Iriana.
