CHAPTER 21

Now only Arion and Light are in the room. A lot of things Arion wanted to say, but he didn't know where to start.

Arion finally opened his laptop again. His gaze was fixed on the laptop but his brain was thinking about many things.

"I've seen the production part and there are some machines that are lacking, later I add to the shortage. Later after the break I will briefing the manager of production and marketing. There are problems with the financial manager, the audit team will check all the finances and I will replace the financial manager as well" Arion said.

"Yes, the finances in this company are indeed very problematic, sir. I've..."

"If it's just the two don't call, sir" said Arion cutting off their conversation.

The light just nodded its head. Honestly speaking, he was still very nervous to be near Arion.

"Aren't you having lunch?" ask Arion.

"Yes, in a minute."

Arion closed his laptop then he stared at the Light who had taken his eyes off of him. "Yes, sorry I didn't know that this is your company and I'm sorry for your Papa's passing."

"Where do you know?"

"From Nindi's story."

"I want to apologize for what Papa did to you first" Light said as he looked at Arion.

"All has passed. No need to talk about it anymore. I also forgive both of your parents. May your papa calm down there."

The light only nodded small, then there was no talk between them. So much they want to talk about but only stored in their hearts.

A few moments later, the Light phone rang. He immediately raised the call. He was very surprised to hear from the hospital.

"Mama, fell in the bathroom? Yes, I'll be there soon." Light stood up and came out of the meeting room. He went into his room to get his bag.

"Come on, I'll drop you off" said Arion as he followed the Light.

"Isn't your car being carried along with your assistant?"

"No, they're riding grab car. It's okay, to get there fast."

Light finally confirms Arion's offer. They immediately got out of the office and headed for the parking lot.

Arion opens the door for Light in the front seat. After Light got into the car, Arion now sits in the driver's seat and immediately drives forward his car.

"What hospital?" ask Arion.

"In the RSJ that is on the border of the city."

"Lumayan is far away. By the way why did your mom get into RSJ?" ask Arion.

The light fell silent for a moment, he simply lowered his gaze.

"Eh, sorry. I didn't mean to make you sad."

"Mama is very sad to lose Papa. His emotions are out of control. Mama felt that she had been deceived by Bayu's family and Mama rampaged in Bayu's house, which made Mama put in a mental hospital by Bayu's parents." A single tear fell on Light's cheek then hurriedly she wiped it off. "I'm sure Mama's not crazy. Mama's just venting her anger, they won't let me calm Mama down, but I should've taken care of Mama."

Arion focuses on the streets while hearing the story of Light. "What is your house?"

"My house was seized by the bank. I really don't have anything anymore. Only 20% of the shares are now in the company It is fortunate that you bought all of those shares, until the company fell into your hands, if not you, then it is not you, maybe I've been thrown out of the company and I can't be a director anymore."

"That's why I'm going to change the finance manager. Your financial manager is not right. Looks like he's still working with the Bayu family."

"Yes, sorry Mama." Then Weni hugged Light while crying. "If Mama hadn't forced you to marry Bayu, surely your life wouldn't have suffered like this. They've been deceiving us. You must part with Bayu, you must get out of that house."

"The wood can't possibly let Aya get away from the house, Ma." The light took off his embrace and wiped away his mother's tears. "Mama don't be sad and don't think about Aya. Bayu is good with Aya. Anyway someday if Aya managed to redeem our house, Aya promised to take Mama home."

Weni just smiled a little. "Mama can live here. Now Mama helps people cook kitchen. You also don't have to think about Mama here, the most important thing is you believe that Mama is not crazy."

"Yes, Ma. Mom for a minute, I'm going to the toilet." Then the Light stood up and half ran towards the toilet.

Weni read the business card. "Main director of AL Electronics? You're now Alex's son?"

Arion just nodded his head. After Light came, Weni hurriedly hid Arion's business card.

"Have you met Rion?"

Weni nodded her head. "Mama's gonna take a break. You guys just go home yeah, be careful on the road."

The light hugged her mother. "Yes healthy quickly." Then the Light led her back to the room.

Arion just looked at the two of them. That is the wheel of life that keeps turning.
