CHAPTER 18
"So he said he didn't?"
"Udah hunt the way!" Amanda was suddenly sitting on the back of her motorcycle seat.
Farrel just put his shoulder out. What can I do? He stopped his motorbike and then drove across the jammed streets leading to the school.
During the journey, only silence enveloped the two of them. No one is trying to start a conversation. Too awkward.
But Amanda looks mediocre. He's being so cute. It seems to have gotten used to this kind of atmosphere. While Farrel, from earlier even glanced at Amanda through his rearview mirror. Hurriedly averted his eyes when Amanda caught him.
'The guy's really good!' amanda said in her heart. The girl glanced at Farrel for a moment, but then returned to being indifferent.
He stared at the jammed streets and filled with air pollution. 'There are still many vehicles that are not orderly traffic.' the inner girl observes around.
"Eh, deck!" said Farrel who suddenly started a conversation. But it seems Amanda did not hear Farrel's words. He was still watching the streets. Either daydream or think of what.
"Ofy!" This time Farrel spoke in a slightly loud tone.
"A similar way to me?" ask Amanda a little unconcerned.
"Who do I think I'm talking to? hands?" farrel replied annoyed.
"Idihh..najis really dak dek deck!" Amanda said cynically.
"Why indeed? I wrong? I'm doing my class!" Farrel said by emphasizing the word adek.
"So I have to call you big brother? Amit-amit!" said Amanda sneered.
"Yes gotta! Kan lo adek class, so must respect the upperclassman! Moreover, his upperclassmen are handsome, pinter also." said Farrel while chuckling softly. It seems like the level of the great-grand is getting higher.
Amanda just shook her head, not intending to answer Farrel's words. He looked back at the streets. This time, Farrel paused for a moment because of the red light.
"Dec" said Farrel slowly.
"Dad?" call again.
Amanda's getting furious. The girl covered her ears with both hands. Trying to listen to his hearing. He was amused by Farrel's call to him.
"Whisper!" yup, Amanda still covered her ears.
"Yes, my sister is just deck!"
"Can diem, right?" snapper Amanda.
"Yes." answered Farrel briefly. After Farrel was silent, Amanda put away her hand that had been used as earplugs. Silence enveloped the two of them, but only for a moment. Because Farrel, finally spoke again.
"Sorry brother yes deck." Amanda frowned, not understanding what Farrel meant.
"I'm sorry if you're wrong. I'm tired of cleaning all schools at MOS time. Suer, brother did not mean to do it at that time." continued Farrel.
"Lo, what the hell is that talking? I'm disgusted with it." replied Amanda coldly. He did not want to talk about it anymore, because it would make him more emotional if he remembered it.
"Yes, if you don't understand. The point is, brother's sorry."
Amanda just quietly heard Farrel's rant. The girl did not respond at all to Farrel's apology. He even looks indifferent. Farrel just sighed resignedly seeing no response from Amanda.
At school, Amanda got off Farrel's bike. He intended to go straight to the field because the ceremony seemed to have been upfront.
"Dec" call Farrel again. Amanda exhaled an annoyed breath. He stopped and turned to look at Farrel with a frown as if to say. 'What?'
"Didn't want to say thank you, same brother?" Farrel lowered his eyebrows. The guy was still sitting on his bike smiling.
Amanda rolled her eyes. He turned around and immediately sauntered away leaving Farrel without saying a word. Farrel just stared at Amanda's back which was getting further away.
'Dicekin again me.' he softened in his heart.
