After the incident, Ji-Hwon and Hyo-Rin are both silent. No one has opened the conversation. The awkward atmosphere encompassed these two people. Ji-Hwon herself is even at a loss on how to open the conversation with Hyo-Rin. Besides being clumsy, Ji-Hwon also doesn't know how to talk to the woman, because Ji-Hwon doesn't know Indonesian at all. Maybe Ji-Hwon will be speaking only in English.

Just about to open his mouth, the sound of commotion emanating from Hyo-Rin's outpatient room, made the two people turn their eyes towards the door.

Ji-Hwon walks to the door to see who made a fuss. Just opening the door, the people outside were barging in.

"Eomma?! Appa?! Imo?!" Hyo-Rin squeals in surprise at who is visiting her at the moment.

"Eonnieee" shouted two girls behind Hyo-Rin's mother and father.

"Ae Ri's? Yoo Ra?" Hyo-Rin is even more shocked when she realizes that her sisters are here as well.

Ae Ri and Yoo Ra just ran over and hugged their sister so tightly while crying loudly.  Ha Jun who saw the interaction of his three sisters just smiled while shaking his head.

Ji-Hwon who sees those people becomes very confused, as she still does not know who they are. His expression turned into that of a fool at a loss for words.

Amidst his confusion, suddenly both parents Hyo-Rin directly approached him. Hyo-Rin's mother holds Ji-Hwon's hands while swinging them and gives Ji-Hwon a big thank you for helping their daughter.

Ji-Hwon is shocked to hear Hyo-Rin's mother who can speak Korean. After managing to control his shock, Ji-Hwon holds Hyo-Rin's mother's hand back and apologizes for all the mess that happened to Hyo-Rin due to her actions in response to Hyo-Rin's comments.

And it was only then that Ji-Hwon realized that the one talking to her was Hyo-Rin's parents, Ji-Hwon also guesses that the two girls and the man Hyo-Rin was the sister of the woman.

After hearing the story from Hyo-Rin's father, Ji-Hwon learns that Hyo-Rin's father is a native Korean citizen. But since meeting Hyo-Rin's Indonesian mother, they decided to marry and live in Korea, until a few years later Hyo-Rin's mother conceived Hyo-Rin.

At the age of five months, Hyo-Rin's mother's condition began to decline, so Hyo-Rin's mother decided to give birth to Hyo-Rin in Korea. But because Hyo-Rin's father did not want to leave his wife and son alone in Indonesia, he eventually decided to move citizenship to Indonesia, and until now they all settled in Bali, Bali, hyo-rin, who has now moved to the capital.

That is why all members of their family can speak fluent Korean, because it has been taught since childhood. Ji-Hwon immediately condemns her stupidity that does not know how to talk to Hyo-Rin earlier. If he knew Hyo-Rin could speak Korean, he would have invited Hyo-Rin to speak earlier.

Sometime later Ji-Hwon starts walking out of the room, seeing Hyo-Rin who is currently accompanied by her family. He also wants to give time for Hyo-Rin and her family to speak specifically.

As soon as Ji-Hwon comes out of the room, Hyo-Rin's parents also come out. Ji-Hwon stares confusedly at Hyo-Rin's parents.

"Son, we want to apologize for Hyo-Rin's attitude. The boy must have been unconscious when he sent the video because he was drunk" Hyo-Rin's mother told Ji-Hwon by showing her guilty face.

"It's okay mom. I can understand him. I am also impressed by what Hyo-Rin is doing" Ji-Hwon said, smiling warmly at both of Hyo-Rin's parents.

"Thank God if you're not angry. Hyo-Rin actually never got drunk like that. She's a good woman. But since her divorce a year ago, Hyo-Rin's attitude has suddenly changed by one hundred and eighty degrees."

It was clearly Hyo-Rin's mother who could no longer hold back her tears as she recalled what her daughter had experienced this past year.

Ji-Hwon is quite surprised to learn that Hyo-Rin has been married before. It was indeed his fault that did not seek the origin of the woman before. But despite knowing Hyo-Rin is a widow, it still doesn't take away her desire to be in a relationship with the woman.

"Oh, son, we also want to thank you for helping Hyo-Rin through this." This time it was Hyo-Rin's father who opened his voice.

"Either. I feel very happy if I can accompany Hyo-Rin through her difficult time at this time. Because this also happened partly because of me." Reply Ji-Hwon.

After that, both Hyo-Rin's parents and Ji-Hwon went back into Hyo-Rin's ward.

Ae Ri and Yoo-Ra, who are chatting with Hyo-Rin, take their eyes off when they realize that someone is staring at them.

"Aaaaaa Choi Ji Hwonnnn!!!" The two girls yell when they realize that Ji-Hwon is here.

The people in the room were very surprised to hear the shrill screams of the two girls. But unfortunately the two girls did not care about the shock of the people around them. They quickly run and approach Ji-Hwon.

"Oppaa, why do you want to take care of our little crazy sister? It's better for us to be clearly sane" Yoo-Ra asks Ji-Hwon.

"Ehh?" That's all that came out of Ji-Hwon's mouth because she didn't know what to answer.

Both parents Hyo-Rin who saw the behavior of their two daughters, hit hard on the backs of the two daughters.

"What do you mean to say your brother is crazy huh?!" Omel's mother is Hyo-Rin and is only avenged by a plain grin by Ae-Ri and Yoo-Ra.

Ji-Hwon who sees Hyo-Rin's family interaction smiles. It was little things like this that made him happy.

The atmosphere that had felt awkward had slowly begun to melt because of that.

"Oppa, can we take a picture together?" Yoo-Ra asks Ji-Hwon.

"No need for Yoo-Ra" Hyo-Rin cuts off before Ji-Hwon can answer.

Instead of not wanting Yoo-Ra to take pictures, just that the woman still feels traumatized by Ji-Hwon, Hyo-Rin also doesn't want to bother Ji-Hwon too much. While Yoo-Ra who heard the words of her brother immediately lowered her head sadly.

"Of course I can. Let's take a picture together" Ji-Hwon immediately said upon seeing the sad expression on Yoo-Ra's face.

Yoo-Ra immediately smiles happily when Ji-Hwon wants to take a picture with her. They all immediately take a photo position, with Yoo-Ra in Ji-Hwon's arms. Ae-Ri who saw that felt a little envious of Yoo-Ra. Ji-Hwon even calls one of the guards in front of Hyo-Rin's room to take a picture of them.

The time has now been shown at nine o'clock. Ji Hwon requests that Hyo-Rin's parents and everyone return home and rest at home. Initially, Hyo Rin's parents disagreed with Ji Hwon's request because they felt responsible for their daughter. 

But Ji Hwon tries to give them understanding that he will take care of Hyo-Rin. Ji-Hwon says that she won't leave Hyo Rin alone because she can't stay at the hotel either, because surely everyone will continue to surround her everywhere. After hearing Ji-Hwon's explanation, they finally decided to go home and promised to come back tomorrow morning.

Now all that remains in the room are Ji-Hwon and Hyo-Rin. The atmosphere again turned awkward. But because now Ji Hwon is not confused anymore how he should communicate with Hyo Rin in the language that Hyo Rin understands, he finally ventured to greet Hyo Rin first,

“do you want to eat something?” ask Ji Hwon.

“ah please if you want to eat first, I am still not hungry. “ Hyorin replied nervously.

Hyo-Rin's stomach suddenly went off. Shamed Hyo-Rin immediately threw her face aside. He was sure his face was already red like a boiled crab now. Ji-Hwon who sees that tries to hold back her laughter.

“Alright then I go out for a bit.” Ji-Hwon said and went out.

"Ahh you are so embarrassing to Kim Hyo Rin" Hyo-Rin said as she covered her own face, as Ji-Hwon had walked out of her ward.

A few minutes later Ji Hwon returned with some food for them to eat together.  He immediately put all the food in front of Hyo-Rin and gave Hyo Rin a spoon.

"Eat first. You must be very hungry right now" Ji-Hwon said.

Shamefully Hyo Rin tries to take the rice that is in front of her and leaves the porridge for Ji-Hwon. She was really feeling hungry at this moment, because for these past two days Hyo-Rin had only eaten a small amount of food. Slowly he began to eat his food. But apparently because of the bruises on the corners of his lips make it difficult for him to chew his food.

Ji-Hwon who sees Hyo-Rin struggling to eat takes the initiative to feed Hyo-Rin. Ji-Hwon takes a spoon in Hyo-Rin's hand and exchanges the rice in Hyo-Rin's lap for her porridge so that Hyo-Rin has no trouble chewing.

Hyo-Rin is shocked to see what Ji-Hwon is doing right now.

"E-eh it's okay. I can eat by myself" Hyo-Rin said nervously.

"Let me bribe" Ji-Hwon said with a smile, thus making Hyo-Rin involuntarily nod her head.

Seeing the expression of Hyo Rin eating her food with a face of pain, Ji Hwon involuntarily moved hand holding Hyo Rin's cheek and rubbed it slowly hoping that Hyo Rin's pain could be slightly reduced. 

"Is it really that sick?" Ji-Hwon asks worried.

"It's better" Hyo Rin even replied with stammering nervousness.

The two's views suddenly collided with each other. No one spoke at all, the atmosphere became so silent. The heart of both of them was beating very fast as if they were running a marathon

Hyo-Rin who had regained her consciousness immediately turned her face towards the side. Ji-Hwon who also feels misbehavior immediately tidied up her eating place.

"I'm going to throw away the rest of the food first" Ji-Hwon said and quickly walked out of Hyo-Rin's ward.
