Ji Hwon and the rest of her family who were there suddenly breathed a sigh of relief. At least, Hyo Rin had already passed her critical period.

So relieved, Ji Hwon's body collapsed to the floor, fortunately his sister managed to hold his body, so he did not fall.

Not long after, his family came and brought food for Ji Hwon, but none of them were touched by Ji Hwon. Her crying broke again in her mother's arms.

Seeing that, Ji Hwon immediately pressed a button on top of Hyo Rin's bed to call the doctor. Ji Hwon's family who saw that, also immediately approached Hyo Rin with worry.

"The patient has already made it through his critical period. He only needs to be treated for a few more days, to recover his condition" the doctor said, as he finished examining Hyo Rin.

Hyo Rin opened her eyes slowly, coinciding after the doctor came out of her room. Ji Hwon who saw Hyo Rin was already aware of feeling both happy and relieved. She tried to hold back her cries so that Hyo Rin would not hear her, and also turned her face away from seeing Hyo Rin's face.

Ji Hwon was just about to walk out of Hyo Rin's room, but her hand was immediately held back by Hyo Rin. Ji Hwon was surprised, but he had not yet looked at Hyo Rin, still upset with her, as he recalled how Hyo Rin had blocked the car that hit him.

"Can you just accompany me here?" Ask Hyo Rin slowly.

Hyo Rin then closed her eyes again. Hyo Rin clearly realized that her husband looks very messed up right now.

Ji Hwon who heard his wife's request, only took a deep breath and exhaled it violently, but remained motionless from where he stood.

"Can you wipe my hand? My body still hurts, but I still want to rest for a while" asked Hyo Rin again, turning her body towards Ji Hwon, then back to sleep.

A few hours after he fell asleep, Hyo Rin woke up again, this time he was a little stronger than before. His family who saw that, immediately approached Hyo Rin.

"How are you doing now, son? Is it better?" Asked her mother-in-law, and was only replied with a small nod from Hyo Rin.

His mother then helped Hyo Rin to sit on her bed. Hyo Rin looked back at Ji Hwon, who was still wiping her hands, but not looking at her at all.

"Are you still mad at me? Why haven't you seen me at all?" Ask Hyo Rin slowly.

"I came out for a while" Ji Hwon said, then immediately stood up and removed his hand from Hyo Rin.

"AAAKHHH" Suddenly Hyo Rin cried out in pain while holding her hand, making Ji Hwon's steps stop, and immediately turned to look at Hyo Rin.

"Are you okay? What's that hurting?" Ask brother Ji Hwon worried.

Hyo Rin then looked at her sister-in-law, winking her eyes, as if to code her brother, just like Ji Hwon used to do. Her brother who understood Hyo Rin's code, clucked bitterly while chuckling.

"Hey Ji Hwon, don't you feel sorry for leaving your wife? He's sick now. Didn't you cry yesterday, begging mom and the doctor to save Hyo Rin? Why are you leaving now?" Ji Hwon's older brother said, while acting upset.

"Are you okay? Sorry I accidentally took your hand off. Do I need to call the doctor again?" Said Ji Hwon who felt guilty.

"No need, as long as you are not angry anymore, and accompany me here, I think I will be much better" Hyo Rin said with a smile.

"All right then. You also can't have much thought, because you just had surgery. I will accompany you here" Ji Hwon said gently.

Hyo Rin smiled happily because Ji Hwon was no longer angry with her. While Ji Hwon also felt happy because Hyo Rin was able to smile again.
