I smiled in response to Septia's words, but it still hurt. Marriage once in a lifetime as my dream once was, extinct already.
Septia kept leading me to her cousin's travel car that used to drive us on the go. Septia seems to have contacted her because we both just took an angkot.
"Let's go in!." Septia got in her car first, I finally caught up with her.
"Where are we going?" asked the teary-eyed man staring back at our seats.
"Ris, let's go for a walk! where are you looking for entertainment? where do you want to go?." Instead of answering, Septia asked me.
Actually I was lazy everywhere, especially with the incident I just experienced. Divorced even in public. But this is exactly what I want, I don't want to linger to be the wife of a selfless man like Mas Danang.
"We should go home, Tya, I'm not in the mood to go anywhere" I replied lethargic.
"Okay we go home now Za!." Septia said in a nod by the man in front of us.
Not too far away the car left the park, suddenly my phone rang. My name appears on the phone screen.
"Assalamualaikum, Mah how are you?." as much as possible I hold back tears that suddenly want to go down. Damnit damnit! I'm crying instead.
"Good mom, son, how are you?. I don't know why suddenly Mama wants to call you. You should?." Mama's worries made me unable to control my tears, I was moved and sad.
I'm keeping the phone out of this ear. I don't want Mama to hear my stuffing. Septia stroked my shoulders, trying to calm me down and give me strength.
"Riska, you can hear Mama's voice right?. Why just shut up?." Mama was suspicious after a few minutes of silence.
"Mahs.... Riska." I cannot continue the words. My voice is stuck in my throat.
"Riska you why, son? What the hell's going on? why is your voice so sad?." Mama's barrage of questions added to the list of pain, I felt pain because as an only child I wasn't able to make Mama happy. But it was precisely at dusk that I even burdened his mind with this matter of my household. Really, I'm sick thinking about that.
"Riska what's wrong, son? don't make Mama curious." jolted Mama because she was very worried because I never answered.
"Well, Riska just got divorced from Mas Danang. Your son now bears the status of widow, Ma. Forgive Riska who failed to build a household." I was so moved that I felt a shudder on this shoulder. My chest feels more and more claustrophobic. No longer ignoring the existence of the travel driver, Septia could only embrace me. Without making me stop crying. He also tried to give strength from the embrace.
Over there I heard the page of Mama's long breath, from which a clear sigh filled her chest cavity.
"You who are patient, son, Mama sure there must be great wisdom that God has prepared behind your separation. You just have to rely on living your life, because God has outlined your life line. To be widowed at a young age all of it is written in laulmahfuz. Is there not a fallen leaf except because it has been appointed by Allah. So is your widow's current status, mama is sure God will provide the best mate replacement more than Danang. Let your life be quiet, leave Danang with his own choices. Let it be quiet to live. You are a widow, son! Mama knows it's not your wish but it's a destiny you have to live." at length.
I could only frown even though I realized Mama would not be able to see my head nodding.
Mama's long distance was not able to dampen what is in here. I need time to reflect on all this.

"No, no more taste." I shook strongly, to be honest. The stomach does not want to eat anything at all. My heart is broken, lying if I am not sad about this divorce, however I and Mas Danang have loved each other before.
"Still lamenting the talaq?." I'm in Septia's arms. But I'm still quiet.
"You don't have to stay down too long. Remember your Mama's woo. Danang is a man who does not deserve to be defended. So what's in lament?." Septia raised my chin which had since lowered its head towards the tile floor. Now our eyes are staring at each other.
"Why is it this plan? You are insistent on wanting a divorce, but after falling talaq you seem to regret it? It's so strange!." Septia's own scolding.
I'm still out of words.
True what Septia said, why am I so weak? Is this not what I want?
"You still expect to be back with that traitor?." I shake strongly.
"I don't want to live with him anymore" the friend smiled with satisfaction at my answer.
"Then show me, do not lament the farewell earlier.this is when he parted with a mortal like Danang." I nodded and accepted the offer to burn the fish. Incidentally behind the Septia house, there is a tilapia fish pond although not too big but enough to meet his own needs.
"Okay I call the brothers husband first yes," Septia got up from the bed and walked towards the door. However, it stopped immediately when I called his name.
"Yes, are you doing this to comfort me?." I feel bad on my own. He's been too good with me. The woman nodded brokenly.
"But you shouldn't bother doing this. I really don't want to bother you!." I shuffled out of bed to catch up with him.
"Nothing troublesome. I'm doing this all with pleasure." Septia walked towards me back.
"We are brothers so there is no need to hesitate. I'm not here to help you, but I'm actually helping myself. Here I have no brothers, Riska. I'm just going with my husband. Who knows something when I'm in trouble hoping someone helps because they've helped someone else in distress. The point is I'm trying to bring and help myself in this place." I stood up and stretched out my hands towards the angel-hearted woman.
Indeed, there is so much in real life that you can become an enemy. And others can be brothers even without blood ties.
"Then what about your husband?." I'm afraid Septia did this without her husband's knowledge.
