Chapter Five

Melissa .. women are born with abilities that are not owned by women in general. Having a stubborn attitude and not easily subdued makes it difficult to reach by the people of Adam. If it wasn't for the father's wishes that had left her stranded in Brad's reach, she would not have stepped foot in this magnificent house.

Melissa immediately drives Dona's car away from the shopping center. The plan is Melissa will consult with Ari Dinata her friend and subscription attorney. In addition to consulting, Melissa will also submit evidence to her legal counsel that will be used as evidence documents to incriminate Brad later.

The divorce suit is filed by the wife or her attorney in the Religious Court whose jurisdiction covers the territory where the claimant lives unless the wife leaves the common residence without the permission of the husband.

As for some reasons that can be used as an excuse for a wife who wants to file a divorce lawsuit with her husband is as follows :

1. Husbands commit adultery or become drunkards, junkies, gamblers, etc., that are difficult to cure.

2. The husband leaves the wife for 2 (two) consecutive years without the wife's permission and for no valid reason or for anything else beyond his means

3. The husband gets a prison sentence of 5 (five) years or a heavier sentence after the marriage takes place.

4. Husband commits cruelty or severe persecution that endangers his Wife;

5. The husband gets a disability or illness with the result of not being able to carry out his obligations as a husband.

6. Between husband and wife there are constantly disputes and quarrels and there is no hope of living together again in the household.

It is clear that it is not the point that Melissa will raise as a target for her divorce.
