Melissa, The Lost Memory

Melissa, The Lost Memory
Chapter Twenty Seventy

Melissa has really started to execute her plans. If he can't openly avenge Brad, he'll start doing it with little things that will make him feel tormented.

Don't call her Melissa if you can't turn things around. Then why would Melissa plot her revenge on Brad?

Everything Melissa had planned was unlikely to happen if she did not get support.

Before leaving her study at Woman's Daily, Melissa had secured some important items in the drawer that her password only knew.

Melissa managed to open her security system, "I didn't expect that if it was too easy to guess my password, next time I had to be more careful." she said as soon as the storage place she had known the password.

The woman has secured some of her work, such as some interviews from several sources she has questioned. Not only that, Melissa also got a bitter reality if all this time she had planned to sue Brad Owen.

On the way to Brad's residence, Melissa began to cradle and estimate the risk of the road she would choose later.

A copy of the lawsuit was in her hands, and Melissa had studied her divorce plans.

"That means he's been lying to me all along? Our relationship isn't okay,"

Resti does not suspect his boss' wife because Melissa does not show any strange or suspicious attitude.

"Go home, I don't have any schedule. I just want to rest!" tell Melissa to the assistant Brad assigned to keep an eye on her.

"If you need help, you can call me. Because I'll standby in front of the house as you want."

Melissa looked at Resti nanar with her disciplined attitude. How much this young woman suffered in her work.

"As for you, anyway I want to say rich whatever the result will definitely remain the same" said Melissa and out of the car to the luxury house in the number Menteng Central Jakarta.

Melissa's feet began to step inside the house. However, he was disgusted by this house. I don't know why that feeling is now eating away at his heart.

For a moment, Melissa took a deep breath and tried her hardest to pull this off so as not to disturb her plan.

He will do his job as Brad has accused him. Don't call him Melissa if you can't beat the old man.

At half-eleven p.m., Brad returned to his luxurious residence. His eyes found a pair of home sandals neatly arranged like he was waiting for his master to be worn immediately. Right next to the footwear stacking closet, a pair of sandals with the size of his feet were neatly placed.

Whether there was any wind that possessed the man, Brad suddenly replaced his footwear with home sandals that had been provided.

A waiter came to help bring her work. Brad began to prosecute the waiter, "Everything is safe?"

"Very safe, and conditioned. Miss is very enthusiastic about preparing the need."

True as reported by the waiter, other than a small thing like a home sandal. Melissa also prepares dinner for Brad even though the man rejects her on the grounds of having eaten outside.

Brad's surprise also grew when he saw a sleeping woman curled up inside his room.

Brad's eyes widened and could hardly believe the sighting of Melissa sleeping in her bed. "Is this real?"

The young politician walked over to confirm his eyes. It's true, Melissa fell asleep curled up like a sleeping child.

"Why is he sleeping in this room? Melissa, you misidentified the room!" brad said slowly after confirming what his sense of sight had just caught.

Melissa's body moved, writhing. Perhaps the woman was troubled by Brad's presence in the room.

"Have you come home?" melissa asked with a second swab of her manic.

"L-yes, am I bothering you?" Brad's words were slightly stammered as he was unfamiliar with this kind of atmosphere.

"Did Melissa really say this?" As long as he was in the household with Melissa, Brad had never heard of such a conversation. Never be willing to turn on the water heater smile with him at all never.

"Yes," he replied as he left Melissa who was still in her position.

Melissa really carries out her obligations as a wife as Brad and her butler have said if all this time the household relationship is fine.

Brad began to wet his head so that he could distinguish between illusion and reality. The fresh and warm taste of the water that came out as Melissa said made her realize that it was all real. It's true that Melissa has done the right thing.

However, all of that made Brad feel awkward. I don't know what's on the adult's mind. Brad felt sorry for lying to her, Melissa. Brad is grateful for this, too. At least this way, Melissa could continue to be by his side.

Half an hour later, Brad came out of the bathroom because it was a little longer than his usual shower time. Brad was stunned when he saw Melissa who did not get out of bed.

"Why? Do you have a problem?" ask the woman in her pajamas and still waiting for Brad in her bed.

"No, Mel. You haven't slept?"

"Maybe in a moment" Melissa replied and moved out of the king-size bed.

Melissa walked over to a desk with a drawer. His hand lightning picked up a hair dryer and helped Brad dry his hair.

Brad was in shock and his heart barely beat. The man really couldn't believe that Melissa was doing this to him.

"Mel, I can do it myself! you go to sleep,"

To reduce his awkwardness, Brad immediately put on a loose t-shirt and walked out of the room to avoid Melissa who continued to do things like a wife.

Members of the DPR RI PBKB faction entered the workspace located next to his room to avoid Melissa. After closing the door, Brad stroked his barely beating heart.

He walked down a chair facing the window and immediately poured his whiskey into his glass. The man needed an alcoholic drink to calm his mind.

"It's wrong, he's not what he used to be."

**

An hour had Brad alone in his study. He intends to go back to the room to make sure if Melissa has fallen asleep or not, if Brad has not intended to tell the real Melissa so that her heart does not worry like this.

However, Brad did not find the woman who had become the new occupant of his room.

"Melissa?" Brad called his name.

The man did not find his wife in his room. Brad's footsteps led the young politician into the bathroom. Still, Melissa's whereabouts she couldn't find.

Brad returned to the large bed that Melissa had slept with empty hands. Then he went out of the room and down the stairs to the floor below.

"Where is Melissa?" brad asked one of the servants who happened to pass in front of him.

"Sorry, Sir. I haven't seen the lady since she went up to the third floor." The third floor is Brad's room, and one of the waiters says he hasn't seen Melissa.

Where is Melissa?
