Melissa, The Lost Memory

Melissa, The Lost Memory
Chapter Twenty Nine

If on yesterday Brad had been shocked by Melissa's change of attitude, then today Brad can make sure his heart will be safe while receiving sincerity from Melissa's ministry.

Tonight he took the time to go home earlier than usual with the wishful thinking of seeing more big changes in Melissa.

The ice had melted, the cold and the high walls in the castle of this house were gradually eroded by the warmth of Melissa's attitude that turned one hundred and eighty degrees.

"Miss just had dinner, sir! if you haven't eaten, I'll heat your food." A waiter put a few pieces of fried chicken thighs in the microwave to make it warmer.

"Mom doesn't do weird things everyday, does she?"

The waiter was a little jolted when Brad put Melissa's status as the mother he felt was appropriate to have owned by Melissa.

"No, Sir. I do a lot of activities at home after his activities."

Brad was satisfied to hear the answer to one of his home ministries. At least he didn't hear about Melissa doing anything stupid anymore. "It's also fortunate that I sabotaged his memory, he's calmer than ever."

After eating his dinner, Brad intends to go up to the top floor of his house which is his privacy area. The adult man hopes that Melissa will be memorable after seeing the results of the renovation of his room.

However ... Blank. Brad didn't find Melissa in his room like the night before. Though the nuances of the room and bed have been replaced with premium quality materials so that Melissa feels comfortable in the room after previously Melissa complained not to sleep well.

Brad then went to the bathroom located in his room and assumed that Melissa was there. However, Brad's assumption was wrong. Melissa wasn't really in her room.

Even the signs of Melissa's presence were not sniffed by Brad at all. So that makes Melissa's husband come back out to see Melissa.

Brad found the woman struggling with a notebook of his. His fingers punched skilfully even shifting the cursor in lieu of the mouse.

"Egem ... " Bad surprised the woman with glasses until Melissa turned to the voice of the deheman.

"Oh you've come home, Om!"

The husband now approached Melissa and took the initiative to sit on the edge of the bedroom bed Melissa saw what activities were done by the woman three years old.

"Busy what?"

"I started writing blogs and articles that I would send to my father's online media, you know now I'm jobless right?"

"That's a lot of money, huh?"

"It's not like that, it's just that I'm not having activities."

Brad didn't blame everything on Melissa. He knew what kind of woman he had been married to for over a year. Melissa was not the type of home-based woman who stood up easily.

"Anyway, you changed perfume, huh?"

"Damn! I forgot to change my clothes."

Before returning home, Brad had met with one of the women who worked as a singer in this city. Jenifer, the woman has been so steadfast and has been chasing Brad ever since he served the politician.

"Yes, honey."

"I don't think that perfume suits you, Om. Impressed by femininity."

Of course it's feminine as Melissa said, because the smell of the perfume belonged to Jenifer one of the night women who once served Brad.

Melissa then got up from her seat, before Brad could question her because he felt Melissa was ignoring him. "Where are you going, honey?"

"I think my snack is coming soon, I ordered Baklava."

"Why not ask me to buy it after work, Mel?" Brad followed Melissa from behind.

"This is free, Om!" Melissa looked back where Brad followed her and walked in a backward-facing position with a full smile on Brad.

"The cup hasn't, has it? Your heart is still frozen."

That Baklava came with a handsome deliveryman. The typical middle east snack was brought by Glenn on the will of Melissa. Because he knew that Glenn would definitely buy his favorite like Ari said.

"Message brother, eat while it's warm, brother!"

Melissa had suspected that Ari was still participating in Melissa's life. The woman was even confused on how to get Ari to forget her immediately. Because if Ari suffers, Melissa's heart will also hurt to see her close friend hurt.

"We ate together, honey. And thank you, son!" Brad took out a hundred thousand pieces in his wallet and took the cake from Glenn's hand and let Melissa into the house.

"You doyan?" asked Melissa who was walking with her hands held together behind Brad.

"Whatever you eat, I crave."

"If the cake had arsenic?"

"Then we'll both die."
