Nathan was driving his car at the speed he was heading for the company.

"Why do I feel pain, huh?" Nathan muttered in the car. Somehow he felt that there was a strange feeling, like something bad was going on, and strangely, it had appeared since the message his secretary had sent. Since then he kept thinking of his father Leo, his feelings were not good.

"Gue hope my second father is all right" murmured Nathan, who continued to recite prayers, hoping that what he feared would not happen.

Nathan increased the speed of his car to get to his company soon, because he had to find Leo soon, he was afraid that the man was in trouble now.

Soon, the car finally entered the company page of N'D Group, the company he will give to Dara on the woman's birthday later. But now he has to think twice more, because if he gives the company to his wife, then his wife will automatically be busy, and he could see his wife tired of taking care of two companies.

Nathan immediately entered the company. The employees who saw him bowed respectfully, and not a few of them actually greeted him, but only replied to a mutter.

Gavin, who is Nathan's secretary, comes out of his room to greet his boss, who rarely stops by the company. Gavin is one of Nathan's men. He was his friend when he was in London at the time.

"Good day, sir," said Gavin formally, bowing his head.

"Morning," Nathan replied in a flat voice. "Tell that Office Boy to come to my room right now!" nathan ordered without wanting to mince words first to his friend.

"Good, Sir!" Gavin nodded obediently. After seeing Nathan leave, he immediately informs one of the OBs who happened to be passing by to call the man who wanted to borrow the money earlier.

Leo sat pensively staring at the company kitchen. Now his mind is running, keep thinking where else he will borrow money if the company he works for does not want to lend him money. The bank? That's not possible! His family name has entered the list as a person who can not borrow anymore, because it was once problematic. A fella? He doesn't even have friends whose lives are rich. Yes, you could say all his friends are just like him, equally in need of money. Even if he borrowed money, it would definitely not be enough.

Leo is only able to make a prayer now. Unknowingly as a crystal fell down on his cheeks when he recalled his father's condition which was now getting weaker. His father is currently being treated, but if within a week he cannot pay the administration, the hospital is forced to return his father.

"Hiks ...." Leo cried when he imagined his father would be sent home. Nah! He doesn't want his father to suffer, he wants his father to live longer, even he wants his father to live forever with him. He did not intend to be selfish to the point of not letting God take his father, only, who else accompanied him to live in this world if not his father? He has no one now. Mammy? "Lo was called to the Boss' room!" Rudi said enthusiastically, because he knew that his friend needed a lot of money, but unfortunately he could not help, because there was his family that he had to live. Leo did have to tell him he was going to borrow money from the company.

"Se–seriously? Is the boss in the company now?" Leo was a little surprised to hear the words of his friend.

"Yes! It just so happens that he is in town. So, now you are called before him" said Rudi.

A smile appeared on Leo's face. There was at least a glimmer of hope for him, although not necessarily if the boss called him out for wanting to lend him money.

Without further ado Leo immediately ran out. He excitedly ran towards the CEO's room. Along the way he continued to make prayers, hoping that the owner of the company would kindly lend him money for his father's treatment.

'I hope this is the way out!' leo murmured in the heart.

Nathan landed his bok*ng on his seat of pride. He smiled faintly at the pile of paper on his desk, but he had no intention of touching it at all, as Gavin had always given him his files by email.

"What is this feeling?" Nathan is confused by his feelings. Now he was made deg-deg'an, but nothing happened.

Dizzy with his own feelings, Nathan chose to play his phone only, record how many hospitals there are in the city, to make sure if he will not be missed later.

Nathan turned his chair back to his desk, because seeing the stack of paper on his desk made him dizzy.

"Piang. Why would you want to borrow the company's money?" nathan asked pretending not to know, because he actually knew that the man needed money for his father's medical expenses. Leo took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly. "I wanted to borrow the company money because I needed it so much. My father is sick now and needs money to pay for administration, because if he can't pay, then my father might be discharged by the hospital." Leo explained without reducing or exceeding the facts.

"Sa–I beg you, sir. Sa–I really need money. Sa–I can't afford to lose my father. Now he's all I have in this world." Leo begged, even now slowly he was crying.

Nathan, who heard the sobs, was touched. Slowly he turned his chair around, wanting to see what kind of man who loved his father so much.

But when he turned his chair around and saw who the crying figure was, his body froze looking at the man he had longed for, the man he wanted to look for. Is he not dreaming? So, all this time his best friend worked in his own company? And don't know about it?

"Le–Leo?" With great difficulty Nathan let out his voice, because at this time his chest felt tight to see the condition of his best friend who was not like before. How not, now Leo looks thinner, even eye bags that look black, maybe because of fatigue and lack of sleep.

Leo who happened to be looking down was certainly astonished. How could the owner of the company know himself who only works as an OB?

Slowly he loosened his head, wondering what the face of the owner of the company he worked for was like.

Not much different from Nathan, Leo was no less surprised to see the figure he had longed for. Instantly his body stiffened. He never guessed if the owner of the company was his best friend. Ah, maybe Nathan still thinks of him as a friend?
