Chapter 39: The Time We Have

Min Joon approaches the objects that Jin Hee stored right under their love tree, a desperate Min Joon just tries to smile in the middle of the pain. Perhaps for Jin Hee these were just painful items, but to her all these were objects filled with memories and a sense of their love.

He approached the boulder by the side of the tree and sat on it looking at the day that was starting the afternoon with deep despair. Min Joon lost, he can't win the girl's heart anymore. The little girl he likes so much. Min Joon's solace and happiness. What would his life be like if Jin Hee really left him?

Jin Hee arrives home first, finding Yoon who is packing to pay a visit to her parents' house. Jin Hee's gaze looked tired, Yoon left work and began to annoy Jin Hee with strange questions.

Jin Hee stopped him with checkmate questions. “Have my Father and Brother not arrived yet?”

“Not yet, they said they'd be home tonight,” short Yoon. “So, you already threw it away no?” yoon continued to look at Jin Hee who came home empty-handed.

“I want a break!” limp to the bedroom.

“Good. Have a good rest..,” said Yoon bowed down.

“Yoon ...,” call it stopped in front of room door. “Can you accompany me for a while, until they come home,” pinta Jin Hee glanced at Yoon. Yoon smiled willingly following Jin Hee to the room. 

Jin Hee and Yoon sat together on the bed, both of them silent.

“You think I was wrong?” jin Hee asked suddenly, while opening her old closet.

“What? What do you mean?” shocked Yoon.

“I've already rejected it!” jin Hee looked at Yoon with a strange smile.

“Who? Refuse what? Park Min Joon's? Did you meet him? The lake? Then what happened?” attack Yoon bertubi.

“Entaih! I don't want to remember it ...,” Jin Hee replied limply.

“Come brother, tell me?” force Yoon.

“No need!” refuse smiling.

“Kak Jin Hee ...,” call Yoon sounds spoiled.

“Aish .. You're disgusting!” cynical Jin Hee sees Yoon's attitude trying to be cute in order to persuade her.

Jin Hee told me everything. Even how Min Joon chased after her when Jin Hee decided to leave the lake.

Without a second thought, Min Joon rushed after Jin Hee and held back his steps. Jin Hee's hand stopped to open the car door. Min Joon's palm pulled Jin Hee's head. Both are friendly. Min Joon's breathing deepened, his gaze narrowing towards Jin Hee's tiny lips.

This feeling must be ensured, the landing of a kiss in a place that should not be. When Jin Hee's beautiful lips came into contact with hers, Min Joon could only hold his breath while closing his eyes. Both of his hands ambushed Jin Hee's head tightly.

Jin Hee is shocked and pushes Min Joon away. His gaze tapered, questioning Min Joon's rude attitude. Kissing, no. The kiss that occurred in less than ten seconds, made the fire on Jin Hee's head slowly subside. Replaced with random flavors that are hard to express.

“Listen to me!” min Joon said gently while holding onto Jin Hee's shoulder which was still in shock with Min Joon's treatment earlier. “Please forgive me, let's start all over again. I still pound when I kiss you.”

“What? Hah, no!” Jin Hee shook her head as her consciousness returned. “I'm too sick to be with you! Just find another woman and get married! Eung ..” said Jin Hee let go of Min Joon's hand.

“Lim Jin Hee, isn't Kim Jin Hee? Listen to me!” force Min Joon.

"I told you, no!"

"Jin Hee - yes ...."

Jin Hee fell silent, taking in that irregular breath.

“All right say? I'll listen to you!” Jin Hee leaned back in the car, trying to seem okay. Though his feet were trembling holding something churning in his head.

“What does it change something? Huh!” jin Hee exclaimed coldly at Min Joon.

“Jin Hee!” call Min Joon who has changed like a beggar of love.

“Where have you been, when I was pressured by people I didn't know? Where have you been while I'm not around? Are you really looking for me or are you enjoying your life? Where have you been, when I thought your mother deliberately did it to my Brother and I instead stood by your side?” jin Hee asked suddenly.

"You never told me that!" Min Joon's voice is high.

"Look, you'll never change. You and that childish nature of not wanting to budge, that sucks."

“I'm sorry!” regrettable.

“Did you follow my advice for two years? Are you still friends with alcohol? What's the reason you came back to that house really to look for me? Who is Hyu Ri? Didn't you stay at his house for a few weeks, did you? Do you even stay there often? You think you can fully keep that love? You think I don't know any of that!!!” jin Hee says emotion.

“Jin Hee!” called weak.

“Where were you when I needed your honesty? Do you think it's love, it's a lie!” yell Jin Hee. “Our relationship ... starts with a lie!”

“But, I love you so much!” he said that even made Jin Hee even more upset.

“It would be inappropriate for me to tell you this, but be an adult! You think love can forgive everything?”

“You think I was wrong all this time?” ask Min Joon with dim eyes.

“No, nothing is wrong! The fault is that I chose to love you.”

“You know, love is never wrong!” repelled.

“Park Min Joon, love could be wrong. If it starts with the wrong start.”

“Please forgive me!” he said he shed his tears.

“I've forgiven you! What else do I need to tell you! I, I just, just can't, can't remember the memories of you hurting me with all those lies! You approached me out of guilt, your confession of love just for wanting to atone for the guilt of both my parents. You have no right to the love I give you. You are not entitled to all the love marks you get!!!”

“Jin Hee,” her moans sounding crying. Jin Hee was surprised to see the burly man before her crying.

“Yes? You crying?” Jin Hee is weakened. Min Joon shook his head and seemed to prevent his eyes from letting out the grain. “Hey! You're a man, don't cry! Old man! Don't be like this.” Hit Jin Hee softly on Min Joon's shoulder which starts to sob.

"Sorry!” he tried hard.

Jin Hee dried her tears without looking at Min Joon. Breathing deeply, exhaled regularly.

It's exhausting, but it has to be passed.
