The exhausting meeting was finally over. Elvaro walked out of the meeting room while moving his body. He grabbed his phone and turned the flat object back on after 2 hours more deliberately turned it off.

There were several missed calls from an unknown number. Also that same number sends the same message.

Elvaro, it's Jeinden. We were in Bali and had an accident. We're at the Xxx hospital.

Jeiden was one of Elvaro's co-workers while he was still actively working in England. Elvaro did not save his number anymore because his old phone was damaged and he was lazy to copy all phone numbers stored in his account.

"Ardy, I'm going to the hospital. Jeiden had an accident."

Ardy who was organizing the files on his desk was shocked to hear the name. "Jeiden from England? How could he be here?"

"Maybe vacation. Let's go to the hospital."

"No way, El. I have a dinner appointment with Seren. You know we've just been better."

"alright. I'll just go by myself."

"Just use the driver, El. You look so tired."

"OK." Elvaro indeed felt that his entire body was feeling very tired. Tired of birth and mind over all the problems that occur between him and Eilani.

As soon as he arrived at the hospital, Elvaro immediately asked in the information section.

"The patient named Jeiden was not treated because the wound was not so severe. But some are still here. Maybe you can ask their friend who is still being treated here. One of them was in room 304" said the nurse, pointing with her hand at the hallway where the room was.

Elvaro rushed there. As he slowly opened the door of the room, he was shocked to see who the patient was lying there.

"Stella?"

Stella appears to be still asleep due to the effects of the drugs given to her. Elvaro looked at Stella with a sad heart as there were many wounds on the woman's body.

Elvaro then slowly exits the room and contacts Jeiden. Apparently Jeiden was at the police station to testify about the accident.

"El, will you take care of Stella, please? He was the worst injured among the others. Stella is sad because her sister in Australia just died in an accident. Stella's father died a year ago. Stella came with us to Bali because she wanted to calm her heart."

"OK." That's all Elvaro can say. He went downstairs concerned to hear what Stella was going through. But this time, Elvaro did not want to do it alone. He immediately contacted Ardy and asked his assistant to prepare a nurse who would specifically take care of Stella. This time Elvaro acted only as a friend. No more special feelings stored on his ex-lover.

An hour later, Ardy came. His wife contacted a nurse who worked at the hospital.

"E.L....?" Stella who began to realize was very happy to see Elvaro in her treatment room. He also saw a nurse and Ardy.

"Your other friends are fine. They were in the other treatment room and some had gone home. A little Jeiden is coming. There is a nurse who will accompany you while you are in care here. Don't worry about the medical expenses. I've covered everything including the rent for this nurse." Elvaro then looked at Ardy. "We're leaving now?"

Ardy nodded.

"Hopefully get well soon, Stella" Ardy said before leaving with Elvaro.

Stella's face was so sad. He who was so excited when he saw Elvaro in this room immediately turned sad. The way Elvaro spoke and looked at him felt so cold and unfriendly. It was as if they had never had a bond in the past. Stella did hope when coming to Bali can knit love with Elvaro again. But it feels like all can no longer.

Elvaro and Ardy walk out of Stella's room. It was then that Ardy saw his wife coming out of the ER room.

"Darling, he said your work hours are over? Why is it here?" ask Ardy.

"Eilani fainted" Keren said as he glanced at Elvaro.

"Eilani fainted? How's he going?" elvaro asked with worry.

"He's fine, El. Maybe just exhausted because it was indeed a few days Eilani overtime." Seren tries to convince Elvaro that everything is fine.

"Eye.....!" Elvaro held Eilani's hand. There was a sense of worry when he saw the pale face of the woman he loved.

Eilani moved her head but could not open her eyes.

"I feel nauseous. Want to vomit." said Eilani while rubbing his stomach.

"I'll call the nurse immediately." Elvaro rushes to call a nurse and says that Eilani wants to vomit.

A nurse came and brought Eilani a place to vomit. He helped Eilani wake up and the woman pulled out all her stomach.

"Suster, what kind of pain does Eilani have?" elvaro looked very worried.

"Oh, Sister Eilani is pregnant. So it's only natural that he's like this. Who are you?"

"I'm his brother."

"Sister Eilani will soon be married. His fiancee was a pilot." said the nurse then immediately went to dispose of what Eilani had just taken out.

Elvaro is shocked to hear Eilani is pregnant. Somehow his heart felt happy and his heart immediately beat very fast.

"Ei, are you pregnant?" Elvaro immediately kissed the woman's forehead.

Eilani had not had time to speak, the bed curtain was revealed. Hanny came in. He looked at Elvaro with a hostile look. Behind him are Ardy and Seren. The man immediately hugged Eilani and kissed her cheek repeatedly.

"Darling, are you really pregnant? Well, I canceled my departure when Aunt Nova called me. Good thing there's a pilot friend of mine willing to replace me."

"Darling .....!" Eilani opened his eyes slowly. He smiled when he found Hanny at his side. "I'm still dizzy. It's okay to close my eyes again, isn't it?"

"Yes dear. No problem. Sleep again. I will ask them to move you to another room so that you are comfortable and not disturbed by others" Hanny said as she glanced at Elvaro.

Getting such a gaze from Hanny, Elvaro immediately reacted to talk but Ardy pulled his hand. Seren also followed them.

"You're crazy, aren't you? Don't bother them." said Ardy.

"Eilani's pregnant, Ar. That must be my son."

Ardy smiled a little mockingly. "Are you sure you're the only one who slept with Eilani? Don't you know how Eilani and Hanny are related? If Hanny comes home, Eilani will sleep in the man's apartment. The unit is on the same floor. Hanny's a widower, Eilani's a widow, you think you can resist that kind of passion if you're alone?"

"I'm pretty sure, when I first touched Eilani, she had been out of touch with a man for a long time. He even grimaced a little in pain during our first union."

"At that time Eilani had not accepted Hanny's proposal, right? After he accepted Hanny's proposal, they could've been together a lot."

"I want a DNA test."

"Can. But wait for the fetus to be 4 months old. Although it is actually very risky for it." said Seren.

Elvaro clenched his hand. "I'm pretty sure that's my son."

"So sure you're that it's your son? Did Eilani never tell you, if every time you guys finish a relationship, Eilani always takes a drug that serves to turn off the spe*ma cells that have just entered? So, there's no way it's your son!" Hanny was suddenly among them.

"You ....!" jealous mixed emotions make Elvaro want to attack Hanny. But Ardy held back the body of his best friend. He dragged Elvaro out of the hospital before a fight that would embarrass them all.

Elvaro kicked whatever was in front of him when they were already outside. "Ah......!" his screams let out a sense of tightness in his heart.
