Elvaro Evans tried to be patient when the butler at his house said that the nurse who had only worked 3 days to care for his mother had resigned.

The 31-year-old rubbed his face rough because this was the 7th nurse, who chose to step down to take care of his mother.

"Why?" ask Arby. His close friend and assistant.

"Carewell surrendered. I'm just gonna go find a nurse somewhere else."

Arby nodded. "It's not easy to be in your mama's position. When she found out that the accident had caused her husband's death, she was in a coma for 2 months and when she recovered, she had to accept the fact that her eyes were blind and her legs could not walk perfectly."

"But the doctor said that your eyes will definitely heal over time. So is my mom's leg."

Arby smiling. "Your mom is the kind of person who can't wait."

"Where else do I need to find a nurse?" Elvaro looked so desperate.

"I asked my wife? Who knows if there's a nurse in the hospital who's willing to work at your house." Ardy tried to offer help. His wife is a doctor who works in one of the famous private hospitals in Bali.

1 Hour later, Ardy reported that there was a nurse who was willing to take care of his mother and Elvaro asked Arby to immediately give his home address because now also the British-Indonesian stucco man was going home soon.

At half-four in the afternoon, his butler Ned told Elvaro that the nurse had arrived.

Rushed Elvaro out of his study and immediately into the living room. He intends to offer a high salary so that the nurse can withstand the attitude of her mother who sometimes cross the line.

As soon as Elvaro arrived in the living room, he saw a woman in a nurse's uniform, with her bare hair, wearing a nurse's hat, standing behind him. It seemed like he was staring at the image of Tower Bridge on the wall.

Elvaro cleared his throat making the nurse slowly turn her body.

Elvaro's heart stopped beating. His eyes were perfectly round looking at the nurse girl. Is this a dream? Elvaro once sought the whereabouts of this girl to treat the wounds caused by Elvaro's own deeds. Until finally Elvaro gave up thinking maybe this girl had managed to heal his heart wound by finding another love.

"You......!" Elvaro's voice shook. The longing was finally overcome.

The girl in front of Elvaro looked ordinary. No expression of surprise. Just like with a new person, the girl smiled as she extended her hand.

"Good afternoon sir. I'm Eilani. The nurse that Doctor Seren sent."

Elvaro's chest was claustrophobic with a million flavors that he himself did not understand what they were. "Eilane? How are you doing? Oh my God I....." There was an urge inside of Elvaro to hug the girl. But seeing Eilani's gaze, Elvaro then undoes his intentions. He shook the girl's hand. As their hands touched each other, Elvaro felt his heart beating extremely fast and there were strange whirring all over his skin.

"You don't know me?" elvaro asked while holding Eilani's hand in his grasp.

"Sorry, sir." Eilani pulled his hand from Elvaro's grasp. "I just met you this time. Maybe you know someone whose face looks like mine."

"Your name is Eilani Ningrum right?"

Eilani. "Yes." Yeah."

"Eilani, we used to be....."

"Sir, we didn't know each other before. If you force me to recognize you, sorry. I can't. So I better not work here." Eilani turned his body around and meant to leave.

"Eh..wait!" The still confused Elvaro tried to restrain the girl. "I'm sorry."

Eilani turned his body back. "alright. So who should I take care of in this house?" ask Eilani to the point.

Although actually Elvaro is still very curious, but he tried to restrain himself. With a movement of his hand he invited Eilani to sit on the sofa and he sat in front of the girl.

"My mom had an accident with my dad. My mom was carrying a car at the time. Papi died on the spot while Mami was in a coma for several months. When mami woke up, she was devastated when she found out that her eyes were blind and her legs were limping. Doctors have said that my eyes can see again through surgery and her legs will walk again through therapy. But the state of the mother's soul that was shaken after the papi left made him not want to do all that. He just sat in the room, yelling at everyone while throwing away all the medicine he was supposed to be drinking."

"I've read Ms. Tiara's profile from her social account. It is only natural that this situation stress him. She's a former model, a businesswoman's wife, a socialite who has it all. I'll try to take care of him."

Elvaro smiled happily. Moreover, hearing Eilani's voice so soft. Recall how he fell in love with Eilani for the first time.

"His name is Eilani Ningrum. He's 25 years old. She graduated from the nursing academy from Liverpool, then took a nursing license in Jakarta, having worked in one of the hospitals in Liverpool. The address in Bali is clear. He lived in a simple apartment near the hospital." Ardy said while reading Eilani's data sent by his wife.

"His birthday?"

"9 September."

Elvaro nodded confidently. "I can't be wrong, right?"

"Yes. I was shocked to see his picture."

"You told Seren about my relationship with Eilani in his past?"

Ardy shakes. "My wife won't like you. You know, he's an anti-man who likes to cheat, kdrt, hurt women. Maybe he told me to stop being your assistant."

"You think Eilani really doesn't know me? Or is he pretending to forget?"

Ardy shrugged both of his shoulders. "I don't know, El. You were once very close to her."

"She looked at me like a first-time acquaintance. There's no way he's forgotten about me. I know that I've hurt her so much in the past."

"You still love him?"

"Seren said, Eilani is a very pleasant nurse, easy to get along with anyone and liked by many people. He is also smart and skilled. That's why he recommended the girl."

Elvaro looks agitated. He can't wait for tomorrow to see how Eilani behaves to him. He also asked Ardy to come to his house so that he could meet directly with Eilani.

Tomorrow morning, as he promised, Eilani came at half-seven in the morning. He immediately escorted Elvaro to his mama's room.

"Eilani, if you get acquainted with my mother, just call your name Ani huh?" elvaro said before they entered the room.

"Why?" eilani asked looking confused.

"Mommy never likes someone whose name is the same as yours." Elvaro said while looking at how Eilani reacted.

"Oh.., okay. No problem." Eilani smiled sweetly making Elvaro's heart tremble.

When the door opened, Tiara was awake and leaning on the head of the bed.

"El..., is that you?" ask Tiara.

"Yes mami." Elvaro approached and sat down on the bedside. "I brought a new nurse to my mom. Her name is Sister Ani."

"Mommy told you, you don't need a nurse." Tiara looked annoyed.

"Mami knows that she is still recovering. You need people to help you take medicine, eat and therapy." Elvaro tries to be patient every time he talks to his mom.

"Let's just mami like this."

"Mommy....." Elvaro's sentence came to a halt as he felt that his shoulder was touched by someone. Elvaro. Eilani was standing behind him. With a hand gesture, he asked permission to approach Tiara.

Elvaro stood up.

"Master just come out." whispered Eilani very close to Elvaro's ear making the strange hissing come back. Elvaro closed his eyes for a moment. A glimpse of those beautiful memories flashed through his head.

Eilani waited until Elvaro came out. He then stood near the bed.

"Good morning, Miss Tiara. Introduce my name Ani."

Tiara was silent for a moment. I think he's heard this voice. But where is it?

"I know, madam doesn't like to have a nurse next to Madam because she suffers so much from the state of the mistress."

"Sokay know you!"

Eilani. "Does the madam want to be forever in this darkness and helplessness?"

"Hey..., don't be so kind as to advise me, stupid sister! You know what's with my condition now? Have you ever been blind? Ever been paralyzed?"

"I have never been. And I know how hard it is to accept this reality. Now, it's best that the lady get off this bed and we walk out the room."

Elvaro's face looked sad. "And I was something that hurt him?"

"You know how hurt Eilani was. According to Eilani's story to my wife, she lost her memory of her life story in the 2 or 3 years before she had an accident. And I thought, that's when she met you. That's why he doesn't remember you and your story and I'm pretty sure he doesn't remember me."

"But said his uncle and aunt, Eilani went to America."

Mrs Tiara's bedroom door was open. Eilani pushes Tiara's wheelchair out of the room.

"Good morning, Mr. Ardy!" eilani's greeting surprised Ardy.

"One hospital knows you as the husband of Doctor Seren. Your picture is in the doctor Seren's room with a very big name written there. One hospital knows how bucin you chased after doctor Seren by sending him flowers every day." Eilani then pushed the wheelchair out.

"It turns out, she knew me as Seren's doctor's husband and not as Laura's boyfriend her best friend."

Elvaro looked at Eilani who was already in his courtyard. First he was confused how Eilani could persuade mami out of the room and second, he was pretentious when he knew that Eilani had amnesia.

"I will make him fall in love with me again" Elvaro said as he felt his heart race as he looked at the girl from his past.

"You're crazy, aren't you? Have you forgotten the image?"
