7. Hotel opening party

Arika was prepared in the room to be helped by the makeup artist who was ordered by her mother-in-law, while Farid had already gone to the event venue which was held below.

Arika got out of the elevator and walked towards the event, many people turned to her. Arika was very beautiful that night with thin makeup and a long gold color dress.Farid who saw his wife walking towards her did not blink her eyes.

"Sorry I'm late" Arika stood beside Farid.

"It's okay" replied Farid.

"Well, Mr. Farid is really good at choosing a wife" said one of Farid's business colleagues. She looks amazed by Arika's beauty.

Arika seemed uncomfortable because many eyes were looking at her, and she felt awkward because no one was familiar with her on the show while Farid was busy chatting with his friends.

Arika wanted to quickly leave from there, she walked towards the hotel garden. As he was about to sit himself in the garden chair, someone called out to him.

"Arika?" greet that man. She was Doni Arika's upperclassman during her High School.

"Sir Doni?" replied Arika

"Yes, we haven't seen each other in a long time" said Doni.

"Yes, since the breakup, by the way, what's the big brother doing here?" ask Arika again.

"I attended the opening ceremony of this hotel. But I kind of saw you, so I followed you."

"I didn't feel right for a party like that so I went out."

"Oh, what are you doing at this hotel? and yes, your appearance is also very beautiful." Doni asked while praising Arika. Doni has liked Arika since Smu, but she doesn't dare to express her feelings.

After she finished recording her number on Arika's phone and called her number." That's my number, you can call me anytime" said Doni.

Arika just nodded.

After Doni left, Farid immediately pulled Arika's hand towards the room, arriving at her room at her hands Arika.

Arika was shocked by Farid's rather harsh treatment.

"What's your relationship with Doni?" ask her a little hard.
