Chapter 39

Hearing someone call him Brian's steps quickly came to a halt. He knew who the owner of the voice was. He admitted that if so careless, out without looking right left until he was caught by Daddy Raihan.

Maybe tonight will be the last night he becomes the son-in-law of the Baratajaya family. Or rather be Aara's husband. And will go home after explaining what he wants. Brian couldn't possibly have lied to Daddy, he had seen clearly himself coming out of Lily's room at midnight. At an unnatural time to visit, of course, his thoughts have reached there.

Brian turned his back after exhaling slowly. Prepare your heart and reason properly. As well as preparing mentally if after this he will get a fist from Daddy.

"Dad...."

"What are you doing in Lily's room? Daddy saw you get out of there? Is there something?" ask Daddy with a full glance. He was a little suspicious, as a man he understood very well that what Brian was doing was wrong. But he would not accuse me without the right evidence. Before answering Brian took a deep breath, right with what he was thinking. Daddy Raihan must have been suspicious, clearly visible from Daddy's sharpening eyes like asking him to speak truthfully.

"Before Brian apologizes Daddy, it's true that Brian just came out of Lily's room. Actually Brian and Lily...."

"Honey....Why so long? Is it really AC?" ask Aara who suddenly came and cut off Brian's words. Brian was confused by Aara's question but seeing Aara's movements made him understand if Aara covered up what he wanted to say to Daddy.

"AC?"

"Yes Daddy, Lily asked us to help her AC. It's not good Daddy's pregnant mother overheated, so Aara asked Brian to come to Lily's room to see the obstacles in the AC." Then Aara turned to look at Brian. "How's it going?"

"Oh.... It's been...." Brian nodded his head following the act that Aara was running. He was forced to go back to being patient and follow his sister who he thought had arranged his life.

"Yes, thank you Brian you've noticed Lily. Now you rest! Daddy wanted to check things out in Lily's room first."

"Sick Brian, off!" aara complained that she felt a lot of pain in her arm.

"What does it mean to come suddenly and give a nonsensical reason?"

"Gue knows you want to take everything down!"

"Yes, it is. I'm tired of Aara, I'm tired of this toxic wedding! I'm tired of being quiet when I see Lily fighting on her own! And I want to stop this, I have to be honest with Daddy. To be clear and they know who Lily's son's father is."

"And you don't think of me and Lily Brian!" Aara did not accept that, for her this was not the right time. Not yet all revealed, while Lily has not given birth and she has not been able to pet the child who will be her child.

"To be honest, I thought of you! Loe selfish Aara, our relationship is like this even no progress at all. I can't open my heart to you and in this way I hurt you, Aara. And Lily, without me giving you any explanation, you know how hurt she is!"

Brian felt fed up with the household drama that actually made him dizzy. Maybe from the beginning if he did not obey what Lily asked all would not be like this. Not more people will be disappointed. Although there must have been tears but at least not lying to many people. It does not damage the brotherhood between his family and Baratajaya's family. There just might be an inner conflict between Lily and Aara. But he was sure that sooner or later it would be fine. Because if it is like this all seems forced and live it full of burden.

Aara no longer answered, she chose to immediately go into the bathroom because she felt her body getting worse. Brian was quite surprised, Aara who was so hard suddenly silent with a pale face.

"What's wrong with Loe Ra..."
