The Lina House

The clock shows at 11:00 in the morning. Lina came to her house.

"Darling, you're home. Tumben's coming home fast." said the middle-aged woman

"Yes ma. At school, the teacher was busy taking care of the class division problem for the students." reply Lina to her mother

"Yes, you took a shower there."

Lina walked into her room and immediately prepared to take a shower. After nearly 20 minutes of bathing, she came out of the bathroom and put on her clothes.

After she finished getting dressed, she came out of her room and saw her mother watching TV. She approached her mother and sat on the sofa near her mother.

"Lina.." said Hani Mama Lina while holding her one-on-one child's hand.

"You're about to graduate High School. Where do you plan to go to college?"

"Lina hasn't thought about it yet, Ma."

"Say your father, you better go to the same university where Uncle Romi teaches."

"But I don't want to go there ma. Sean wants to stay. My friends are all here. Alvin, Kevin, and other friends prefer to study here not in England. If Sean is there, who will be Sean's friend." said Sean sad because he had to part with his friends.

"You'll know for yourself, if papa's decision can't be disputed. Mama just can't do anything" said Liliana who also felt sad to see her only child.

"Why Papa should maksa anyway ma. How Sean wants to be happy if Sean's life must be regular papa. Sean's tired of being set-up to keep going with Papa."

"Mama can't do anything Sean. Mama is sorry if you can't refuse your papa's decision" Liliana said in tears

"Ma, mama don't cry dong. Sean is sorry Sean snapped at his mom. Sean didn't mean to be rich." said Sean, holding his mama's hand

"Udah ma, mama don't cry anymore."

"Yes." said Liliana while wiping away her tears

"Sean promises never to make mama cry again. So mama don't cry anymore." said Sean hugged his mama.
