The noises outside as well as the knocking of the door finally made her want to get out of bed. He put the picture back in its original place. His hand finally opened the door. All those waiting outside revealed a relieved expression as Selena exited the room.
There Selena stared one by one who had been waiting. There's Mother, Father, and two older cousins who came all the way from Los Angeles for her, Jennie and Sandra.
“Sorry, but can the show be cancelled?” It was precisely such a question that was thrown from Selena's lips to them. Everyone was worried again, because how could the wedding be postponed while everything was being prepared.
“Selena, she's no stranger to you.” Saying Father. “So, I think everything will be easy for you. Dia...”
“What kind of friend has the feeling of love for his best friend? Yeah, you love him, Sel. You love Space !” Now Jennie's been speaking out to make Selena feel like this.
“You don't understand.” Answer Selena.
Sandra tries to hold Jennie back so she can hold back, because sometimes Jennie's way of persuading her sisters is a little harsh. And Sandra doesn't want Selena to be angry in the middle of her condition right now. “Already, Jen. Selena, the show is no longer possible to cancel. You don't want to see both your parents sad?”
Selena was unable to stare at the two of her parents who were standing next to Sandra. Mother even grabbed her son's hand in the hope that Selena would accept the marriage.
“Good.”
Just with that word, the atmosphere that had once heated up a little now became calm. Selena eventually gave up on defending her stance. He just wants to realize the wishes of his family, even though he himself does not want it, no matter if Jennie's words are true if he really loves Angkasa.
Tomorrow is their wedding day that Selena and Angkasa's parents have prepared long before this day arrives. Everything looks perfect.
