That morning at about 09:00, James was on his way to call his sister.

'' Mikes... Please go to the hospital where Papa Julia is being treated. I have urgent business. please take care of your sister-in-law...''

James doesn't want anything to happen to Julia even though he can tell her every move through the cctv camera wiretaps there, but it would be safer if anyone was there to accompany his wife. Until he decided to ask Mikes to go to the hospital.

Mikes who had no activities even agreed to his brother's orders. He immediately prepared and went there. Although James often scolded him but he was still his brother. Mikes also knows for sure if his brother loves him very much. It's just that he used to act and make James ride black.

Mikes immediately took Julia and took her to the emergency room not far from where Julia had fallen. Mikes sped up his path while calling the nurse.

Some nurses rushed to the ER room and another called a doctor.

'' I'm sorry sir, you better wait outside, the doctor will immediately check on this lady, said one of the nurses.

Mikes who intended to get out of the room accidentally nudged the hand of Julia who was looking for something. Mikes took it slowly then got out of there.

Because of the great curiosity about what his brother-in-law was holding so tightly, Mikes decided to open the crumpled, shabby roll of paper. James read it while leaning against the wall by the door.

'' What?'' Some of the people who were sitting in the waiting chair turned to Mikes because they were surprised by his voice.

'' It turns out that there is something much crazier than me, this cannot be allowed to leave, he murmured inwardly.

Mikes reached into the phone in his pocket. She plans to contact her sister and tell her what happened. For a moment Mikes thought, then he paused his intention and put the phone back in his pocket.

Mikes sat in a chair near the ER room. One of the nurses came out of the room and called her.

'' Miss Julia's family..''

'' Yes sister, I am her sister, '' said Mikes.

'' The doctor called you.''

Mikes rushed into the ER room and was immediately greeted by the doctor who examined his brother-in-law.

'' Sir it seems like your brother is under pressure, he may be under a lot of stress because he thinks of something so he does not care about his condition, we have given some vitamins and I have made a prescription for a drug that must be taken Miss Julia, said the middle-aged woman doctor gave a piece of paper with writing like a hot worm.

'' Does my sister need a doctor's care?''

'' If his condition improves quickly, your brother does not need treatment, just by improving diet, getting enough rest and taking vitamins and drugs that I give, '' explained the doctor.

'' Thank goodness, thank you doctor, '' said Mikes smiled at the doctor and the doctor came out of the room.

Mikes was sitting on the chair next to where Julia was lying. He looked at the face of his sister-in-law who looked beautiful. Her lips also look so pale.

In John's room.

'' Have you done your job?''

'' Good to finish and let me know, ''' John decided on his call. John smiled but no one knew for sure the meaning of his smile.

John opens a cctv eavesdropping app that connects to his phone. His eyes arrived - suddenly aghast at the sight of something there. In fact he almost opened the door of his room but he sat back down.

John sat on the edge of the bed. His hands clenched, several times he clapped his fist on the spot where he was lying earlier.

'' Basic snot child... dare he touch my future wife, I will teach him a lesson, he said furious.

The ER

Julia held her forehead which still felt dizzy. His eyes were too heavy to open. But he kept trying to open his eyes and get up. It's been 30 minutes since Julia was unconscious. Simultaneously, Mikes entered the room. Seeing his brother-in-law coming to his senses, Mikes immediately approached him.

'' Sister Julia, you better not move too much first.'' Mikes said helping Julia lean.

'' Mikes since when are you here, and why am I in this room?'' Julia had not fully realized that she had fainted.

'' Ever since Julia passed out in the lobby.''

'' Where is James?''

'' Brother is still in the office.''

'' Does he know about this?''

'' I told her to come here immediately but didn't tell her about Julia's condition?''

'' Does my mom know?''
