After receiving a phone call from Julian, James immediately headed to the hospital. Once there, James parked his vehicle in front of the hospital. James accidentally drives his own car because he asks Victor to finish his work at the office.

When he was about to open the door of his car, James seemed to see someone very familiar. But he tried to shake his mind because there was no way someone who was hostile could walk together....

'' Julia...?... ah but that is impossible, '' James murmured.

James walked through the room where the door was slightly open. James passed his foot but he stopped his step and walked backwards. He watched carefully the woman who was sitting waiting for someone who was being examined by a doctor. Curious James called his name.

'' Julia....''

Julia turned towards the door where James was standing looking at her with an indescribable look.

'' Jameess....'' Julia was surprised.

'' Julia what are you doing here?'' James asked a glance at John who was being treated by a doctor.

'' Shuuuttt....'' Julia held her husband's hand out of the room. James followed Julia as he turned to John, who was smiling at him.

'' Julia... Julia... '' James stopped Julia's steps.

'' Alright Julia ... tell me what you're doing here ha?'' James holding onto Julia's shoulder with both of his hands also stared at her sharply.

'' James ... This is not what you imagined, I was crossing and...'' Julia told James the truth.

Though hesitant about what Julia says, James tries to accept and trust his wife. He hoped it was the real event. James then grabbed Julia by the arm and took her away.

'' James... Where are we going?'' Julia wondered why the direction James was heading was not the direction of Papa Julia's room.

'' Shut up.. Just come with me...''

James takes Julia into the room where John is being treated. Julia was really afraid that James would fight or get angry at John.

'' John...thank you for saving my wife.and if you need anything in nominal I will give it....'' Said James who soon passed away by pulling his wife's hand.

While John who was sleeping now tried to sit even though his head was a little dizzy. John who from earlier noticed the clutch of James' hand on Julia's arm just smiled.

'' I'll take it from you...'' John's mind is lying down.

Suddenly someone's voice startled him.

'' Sir.... Are you not papa? Do I need to notify non....''

The man's words stopped as John placed his index finger in front of his two lips. The man nodded because he knew his parents didn't want him to know this.

'' Do we need to move to a better hospital sir?''

'' I want to be here, '' said John briefly.

The man immediately went to take care of everything his master needed. And before long John was moved to the VVIP room just before Papa Julia's room was taken care of.

While in the front room of the room papa Julia, James, Julia, Julian and mistress Parta appear to be discussing something. However there was panic implied from their faces.

Apparently Ms. Parta had told him about the results of the lab tests and what the doctor had told her. They have tried to contact some of their colleagues and are looking for good doctors and the best hospitals but have not received any news.

'' He will be asleep for 3 days, '' said John.

'' What's your max John?'' Julia was curious about what John said.

'' Your papa's fate depends on me Julia?''

'' What is...'' Julia's sentence came to a halt as her mother called her name.

'' Julia...'' Said the mother with a large brown envelope in her hand.

Julia awakens from her daydreams as James holds her hand. James gave me something to eat.

'' Julia... Eat. I can't see you sick, how can you be sick while your papa needs all of us.'' James' words seemed to be a whip for Julia, reminding her to always keep her health.

James opened the sandwich he bought for his wife and gave it back. Julia looked at James intently as if thanking the husband who was so attentive to him. James nodded his head and asked his wife to eat the sandwich she had given him.

Julia smiled and opened her mouth to eat the sandwich. But just one bite Julia stopped and put the sandwich on the table. Then he opened another pack.

Obviously James was surprised by his wife's behavior, but he soon realized when Julia gave him another sandwich package that had been opened for him.

'' James ... You should eat too. I know you are very busy.'' Julia reached out her hand giving the sandwich to her husband.

Eventually both James and Julia ate the sandwich together. Julia asked her mother to eat the sandwich that James had bought for them all. Julian chose to leave to settle some matters.

In the middle of this, James tells Julia to go to the office.

'' Julia... You accompany mama .. I'll finish my file a little more at the office okay...''

Julia just smiled and nodded slowly. James rubbed Julia's hair and kissed her forehead and left after saying goodbye to her mother-in-law.

While from the corner of the room someone was feeling furious, clenching his hands saw the intimacy displayed by Julia and James. But it stopped as his phone shook.

'' James....?'' Feeling curious John immediately walked into his treatment room and received a call from James.

'' Hello...''

'' Don't you dare - dare to disturb my wife!''

'' Ha..ha..ha... you should thank me James. because I saved your wife.. otherwise you would never see her smile again...'' John said in a haughty laugh.

'' I didn't do it. And I remind you once again .. don't ever bother Julia, she's my wife...''

'' Tuuut..tuuut...'' James unilaterally disconnects his call and drives his vehicle out of the hospital area.

While John just smiled at the words of his rival. A smile that cannot be expressed with words while sometimes holding his forehead which sometimes still feels pain. As John prepared to lay down his body came the sound of knocking on the door of his ward.

With his leisure John said, Enter, the door is not in the lock.''

John smiled as he saw who opened the door and entered the room.
