Jonathan stood at the end of the spacious meeting room. The room is equipped with a large screen on the front wall and a round table surrounded by soft leather seats for the executive team members. "Good morning, everybody. Thank you for attending today's meeting. First of all, I would like to congratulate the sales team on our incredible achievement last month. Such strong performance has helped the company achieve our annual revenue targets earlier than expected."

"Thank you, Mr. Jonathan. We're trying to keep improving and deliver even better results going forward."

"That's great. Let's keep this spirit. Now, I would like to discuss a new project that is in the works. Does anyone want to share the latest developments?"

"certain, Sir. We're done with the market research phase and are now focusing on marketing planning" said a person whose name was not named

"Sound if any challenge or help is needed. We're here to support each other."

"Sir Jonathan, I have a question about the budget for this project. Is it possible to allocate more funds so that we can expand our marketing strategy?" ask the man again.

"That's a good question. Let's learn more and consider possible options. Budgets remain crucial, but we will look for ways to support marketing efforts wisely."

Jonathan: "We are always open to new ideas that can improve efficiency and save costs. Please submit your idea further and let's discuss it together."

Meetings continue with presentations, discussions, and exchange of ideas among team members. Jonathan leads wisely, listens to input from all parties, and provides clear direction to achieve company goals. The elegant and vibrant meeting room started to look empty when the meeting had ended. The members of the executive team left the room with smiles on their faces, showing satisfaction with the results achieved. Jonathan remained at the end of the table, taking a deep breath while staring at the large screen that displayed a summary of the meeting results.

"Thank you for your contribution and hard work. I am very proud of the progress we have made today. This new project is increasingly targeted and we have identified solutions to the various challenges faced.

" If you have any further questions or additional feedback, please do not hesitate to contact me or the management team. We want to make sure that we all move forward in the right direction."Said Jhonatan again.

"Sir Jonathan, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to share my ideas. I feel heard and appreciated."

Soon everyone dispersed and the meeting room began to feel quiet as all the team members had left the room, except for Sari who was waiting at the door. Jonathan noticed his presence and turned his body towards him.

"Thank you for waiting, Sari. We can continue the conversation in my office."

"Of course, Mr. Jonathan. I'm happy to see the satisfactory results of the meeting."Sari said, his personal assistant who is about to retire.

Jonathan walks out of the meeting room with Sari following him. They walked together through a quiet corridor, their discussion covering the follow-up plan after the meeting.

"Is there anything else I can help you with, Mr Jonathan?"

Jonathan raised his head, he sometimes felt the sari was already worth retiring but wanted Bahau again right.

"Ah, thank you, Sari. It only took me a few minutes to complete some of the pending tasks. But actually, there's something I want to discuss with you."

"Of course, Mr. Jonathan. I'm ready to listen."

Jonathan notices Sari's professional attitude, which is hard to find for young talent.

"Sari, I want to talk about the long-term strategic plan of this company. We need to formulate the next steps and I want to involve you in the process. You've shown tremendous dedication and expertise in your work."

Sari: (smiling) "Thank you, Mr. Jonathan. I am honored to contribute to formulating the strategic plan of this company. I will take the time and energy to ensure maximum results."

Jonathan: "Very good, Sari. I am sure your contribution will have a positive impact on this company. We will arrange a time for a follow-up meeting in the next few days to discuss further details."

Sari: "Okay, Mr. Jonathan. I will adjust my schedule and be ready for the meeting. Is there anything else you want to discuss?"

Jonathan: (brief smile) "Hmm, nothing urgent at the moment. Thank you for your work and dedication, Sari. I really appreciate it."

Sari: "Together, Mr. Jonathan. I've always been committed to giving the best to this company."

Jonathan: (silent for a moment) "Come on, if I may ask, why did you ask me about when I would get married again?"

Sari: (surprised by the question) "Sorry, Mr. Jonathan. That's a question I don't deserve to ask. I don't mean to touch your personal thing."

Jonathan: (smiling softly) "It's okay, Sari. I appreciate your honesty. To be honest, I haven't thought about getting married again. Right now my main focus is to manage this company well. But who knows what the future brings, right?"

Sari nodded "I understand, Mr. Jonathan. Everyone has their own problems as I am today. My age is almost five heads but look at my son just finished High School, he said, hahaha only now regrets not obeying the parents' orders to get married early right"

"We all have different personal lives, don't we?" Jhonatan.

within this company there was only a day that understood him and what was happening with his personal affairs. He spends more than 12 hours a day together how a day may not know himself personally and of course the same goes for Jonathan.
