For almost a month, Bella did not want to return to her parents' house and chose to occupy Elma's house which was only her servant.

Bella's behavior is very disappointing to both parents to their daughter what else Mr. Kamal did not stop forcing his parents Bella to persuade Bella to marry him.

"Son Kamal, we didn't know until now where Bella was staying. He's only been in the hospital it's just so hard for us to meet because it's always busy." To Mr. Raihan.

"Did Bella reject my proposal, Mr Raihan?"

Bella comes out of the operating room that Mr. Kamal has been waiting for, while he assigns other doctors to deliver the results of their surgery to the patient's family.

The two sat in the cafeteria waiting for their order.

"Doctor Bella...! Aren't you interested in me one bit?"

Mr. Kamal just saw the firm attitude of Bella who rejected him raw without feeling.

"Damn...! How arrogant he is." Said Mr. Kamal.

Doctor Bella again receives a call to immediately go to the IGD room. Upon arriving there, he saw the patient was his own biological mother who had a heart attack.

"Mommy....!" Bella screeched as she saw her mother lying helplessly with an oxygen cup covering her nose and mouth.

The gaze of Madam Anggi looks sad to see her daughter who just disappeared from her home. Mrs Anggi opened her oxygen cup to talk to her daughter.

"This is what you want Bella? You want us to die so that your life is free and think of us again?" Syndicated his mother without seeing the condition of Bella's fatigue.

"Mommy ..! I just want to think the man I married really loved me and instead I loved him."

"Think on until you age."

Umpat madam Anggi does not know the place even though there are colleagues of his daughter who is checking the state of Anggi mistress in the IGD room.

"Do you care, whether I die or not." Spray mistress Anggi.

"Doctor Bella. Patient saturation is low and blood pressure is elevated. The patient has a heart attack again. Should I be ready for surgery?" Ask Dr. Meilan.

"Bring a book into the operating room!" Tell doctor Bella.

"You better rest Doctor Bella. Let us have your mother's surgery, Doctor Bella." Said Dr. Reynal.

"Good doctor Reynal. Thanks!" Doctor Bella said and waited in a special room for the doctor to rest.

Bella was crying in the room. His heart was really sad because his stubborn nature had made his mother fall ill from thinking too much about him.

On that day, KIA went to the hospital again. Doctor Bella who could not sleep out of her room was about to see her father, but KIA was already standing in front of a special room for the guard doctor.

"Darling...!" Greet KIA with a face that is harboring a deep longing for her lover.

"AI ...! Why are you here?"

"I proposed to your father. I confessed all my sins to your father. Please accept me to be your husband."

Pinta KIA immediately knelt down in front of Bella making Bella very embarrassed to her friends who noticed them.

"KIA wake! Don't be like that. I'm so ashamed of my friends." Bella.

"I won't wake up until you accept my proposal." KIA half forced.

"But my mother is currently ill and I don't yet know how she is. How can I answer your proposal." Bella.

Not long Elma entered the room that made Bella more defected.

"Don't fool yourself anymore, Bella. I told KIA that you love her very much. He's just as tortured as you are.

"Do you want to be my wife, Bella?" KIA asked while showing her a diamond ring to her lover.

Bella finally nodded and accepted the KIA proposal. Elma is so happy to convince Bella to accept the KIA that she already considers like her own brother.

Kia pinned the diamond ring on Bella's ring finger. Some of the doctors in the room applauded and greeted the couple.

"We're waiting for Doctor Bella's wedding invitation. Congratuations. Your girlfriend is so handsome."

Said one of the doctors and the other followed to greet the couple.

Elma left the doctor's office and looked for her husband who was waiting for her.

"How dear? Has Bella's doctor received any KIA support?"

Darren asked with an anxious face as Elma's face looked sad.

"Please take me to find a proposal to Bella's house." Elma's words made Darren immediately embrace his wife.

"Alhamdulillah. Eventually the two were married too." Darren then landed his kiss on the wife's lips.
