Chapter 8 Paloma

Arriving in the parking lot of Paloma's apartment, Jacob immediately parked his car in a hurry and then turned off his car. Jacob opened the car door and got out quickly. He immediately ran towards the entrance to the apartment. Arriving at the entrance, two security people were already waiting in front of the entrance of the apartment. Jacob immediately asked the two security.

"Where's Paloma?" jacob asked in a worried tone.

"He's in the gym, we.".", unfinished security tells of the incident that happened with Paloma, Jacob immediately ran towards the sports room.

Jacob entered the sports room in the Paloma apartment area. He looked around the room. The glass broke and scattered here and there, the decoration of the pot was messy, the room was completely destroyed.

In the corner of the room, he saw Paloma sitting speechless while crying as he pleased.

Jacob then walked up to Paloma slowly. Without saying a word, Jacob immediately grabbed Paloma's body, hugging and kissing Paloma's forehead. He felt sorry for Paloma. He continued to hug Paloma and did not let go.

Paloma continued to cry. His heart is very sad. He then returned Jacob's embrace and it felt like he didn't want to let go of Jacob for now.

Jacob stroked Paloma's hair gently. His love in his heart is no longer undeniable.

"Crying the paloma, overflow all the resentment and distress that is in your heart. I will continue to be here to keep you company" Jacob said as he continued to hug Paloma.

After a long time, Paloma finally felt calmer. Jacob then took Paloma out of the gym and led him into his room.

Then Jacob took Paloma to the couch and Jacob picked up Paloma water in the fridge.

"Drink Paloma, so you feel calmer" said Jacob as he thrust the bottle.

Paloma then took the bottle from Jacob's hand and drank it while looking at Jacob.his mind was erratic, his whole heart was sick and sad.

After being silent for a while, Paloma finally spoke.

"I want to take a shower, clean up, wait here" Paloma said as he stood up from his seat. Leaving Jacob alone sat on the sofa.

Jacob then waited for Paloma while trying to call Christina. He took the phone out of his pants pocket and then pressed Christina's name on his phone.

"Hi, Christina." Sapa Jacob's.

"Hi Jacob." Reply Christina.

"What about Paloma, is he okay??" christina asked with a worried tone.

"He's fine, I'm with him right now" Jacob said.

"I was waiting for your call. I'm very worried about Paloma." continued Christina.

"You don't have to worry, now he's taking a shower. I'll keep her company until she's calm" Jacob said, trying to calm Christina down as well.

"Oh Godness, Thank God." Christina was relieved.

"Alright, I trust you" Christina said as she hung up.

Paloma wetted his entire body. Her hair was left in the shower. Long enough Paloma let his head massaged the water coming out of his bathroom shower. After the shower, she changed clothes. Then he approached Jacob and sat down in front of Jacob.

Jacob saw Paloma look fresher now.

"Do you feel better?" jacob asked as Paloma sat in front of him.

Paloma looked at Jacob then he nodded.

"Thank you Jacob, but why are you here?" paloma asked in astonishment as he rubbed his hand that was scratched by broken glass.

Jacob did not answer Paloma's question. Then he saw Paloma's injured hand.

"Do you feel pain? Do you have a cure for that wound?" jacob asked, grabbing Paloma's hand.

"There's a room, a drawer no 2." Paloma said.

Then Jacob went into Paloma's room. He walked over to the table near Paloma's bed and opened the drawer. He searched and took medicine and bandages, then returned to Paloma's seat to treat Paloma's hands affected by the broken glass.

"Before you do something, you better think first, don't hurt yourself" Jacob said as he cleaned the wound on Paloma's hand.

Paloma just kept quiet while watching Jacob who was trying to treat his wound. Paloma was impressed by Jacob's attitude towards him. He did not expect it to turn out to be a good and caring man.

Then suddenly Paloma hugged Jacob. She was crying again. Unable to hold back his tears to wet Jacob's shoulders, while Jacob immediately stopped his activities. He was shocked and did not expect Paloma to directly hug him. He put down the medicine and then returned Paloma's embrace. Paloma felt Jacob's embrace very warm. He felt comfortable in Jacob's arms. Jacob felt the same way. He never felt the warmth of this hug with another woman. He felt that Paloma was a different woman, a woman he might have been looking for, he thought to himself.

"Why are you coming again, Jacob?" paloma whispered in Jacob's ear as he continued to hug Jacob.

"Don't make my heart grow more worried and broken, Jacob" she continued, crying.

Jacob was silent at Paloma's words. He was sad to hear Paloma's words. Finally Jacob rubbed Paloma's back while saying :

"I can't help my feelings, Paloma. I can't deny that I love you, Paloma. I love you so much."

"I know I shouldn't have come back to see you. Because you will definitely obey the wishes of your father and grandmother. I know you will definitely choose the man who has been betrothed to you." Continue Jacob.

"But my heart does not want to compromise." Jacob added in a raucous tone. He felt pain running all over his heart.

He sighed to endure all the pain that was in his heart.

Paloma fell silent at Jacob's words. He felt very comfortable in Jacob's arms. He felt very calm with all of Jacob's words. And of course he felt very happy that Jacob was by his side. Is this what you call love? Has love come near her? Has love entered his heart now? Ahhhhh, he should have refused to be a model in Jacob's video clip at that time, of course the problem will not be this silent, Paloma thought. But what power, rice has become porridge. Now inevitably he has to face what is in front of him now.

Paloma closed his eyes. He sighed many times, tried to enjoy Jacob's warm embrace and reassured himself that everything would be fine later.
