Chapter 7 Paloma

When Jacob stepped into Paloma's room, the phone in his pants pocket rang. Jacob picks up his phone and sees Jacob's manager calling him.

"What's wrong? I have important business now." Jacob said briefly.

"Jacob, where are you now? Did you forget there was a recording today?" said manager Jacob.

"I forgot, just cancel today's recording, I have some business to do. I asked to rearrange the recording" Jacob said quickly.

"You're not what you used to be, Jacob. Have you forgotten that you are a professional singer? What's going on, Jacob??" ask the manager suspiciously.

"It's okay - what. I want to be alone today. I asked not to come see me." Jacob said, hanging up the phone.

Jacob then arrived at Paloma's doorstep. He sighed and dared himself to squeeze the doorbell.

No answer at all. Jacob then tries to open the door of Paloma's apartment and turns out to be unlocked. Then Jacob walked into Paloma's apartment and stepped through several rooms before reaching Paloma's bedroom.

As Jacob walked into Paloma's room, he saw Paloma sleeping in his pajamas. The room was very messy, but seeing Paloma with a state of sleep was so true - a sight that made Jacob's heart beat fast.

Jacob could not bear to see the beautiful Paloma. He then approached wanting to kiss Paloma. While about to kiss Paloma's cheek, suddenly Bruaaakkkkk..!!! paloma's feet quickly floated kicking Jacob.

Jacob fell and fell on the floor. He was so shocked to get a kick like that. He felt his spirit drift.

"What do you want to do to me?? How dare you enter my room!!" paloma shouted with eyes glaring at Jacob.

Jacob quickly got up and tried to explain to Paloma.

"Calm down, Paloma. I'll explain it." said Jacob trying to calm Paloma down while directing his two palms.

Paloma walked out of the room leaving Jacob. Then he opened the fridge and took some water. After drinking a few sips, he placed it on the table.

Then Paloma brought the bottle drink in his hand and then went back inside his room.

"Drink first. After that, you just explained why you arrived - you were in my room" Paloma said, offering drinks to Jacob.

Jacob was silent, he was still in shock with the incident earlier.

"I'm sorry, I kicked you till you fell. But you deserve that. It's very rude of you to go quietly into my room." Paloma continued with a cynical smile.

"I came because I was worried about you. I've rang the bell but there's no answer. When I tried to open your door, it turned out that your door wasn't locked. So I went in without thinking. I'm afraid nothing will happen to you" Jacob explained, drinking the water in the bottle.

"I'm also sorry for the press conference I had. It was all set up by management, so I didn't have time to contact you" Jacob continued.

Paloma fell silent, while Jacob looked at Paloma's face. He waited for Paloma to let out a word so that he would not get emotional anymore. Jacob then carefully moved to sit on the chair beside Paloma.

"I've never faced a woman like this. I'm a top singer, a lot of women idolize me, but in front of this 20th-year-old woman my heart is broken." - Jacob.

"What do you mean at the press conference that I love you too?" paloma asked curtly, her blue eyes staring intently at Jacob.

"I said we love each other, am I wrong?" asked Jacob in a low tone.

"Obviously wrong, I don't mind a statement if you love me. k

Because anyone can love me, but I strongly object to the statement that I love you too" Paloma said.

"You already know I have a soul mate in Bali, with your statement, you will hurt my family's feelings. Try to think of it." said Paloma with a face that wanted to cry.

"I'm sorry Paloma, if my words hurt your heart" jacob said sadly.

Jacob looked down, not feeling his tears flowing. This is the second time she has cried after she grew up. First when his father selfishly kicked his mother out and divorced her. And the second one today where Paloma looks really hate him.

Paloma actually covered her feelings. He is eager to hug Jacob, but he also has to keep his promise to his grandmother. Finally, with a heavy heart, Paloma held himself back from doing so.

Paloma who saw Jacob was crying, then stood up from his seat. Eventually, he hugged Jacob.

"I'm sorry if my words hurt your feelings. But as a child and granddaughter of my grandmother, I had to keep my promise to them" Paloma said as she continued to hug Jacob.

"Are u okay?" asked Paloma while thrusting tissue and drinking to Jacob.

Jacob was silent and did not answer. Paloma who saw that then hugged Jacob back.

Jacob then stood up from his seat.

"Well, I'm going home" Jacob said briefly.

"Are you home now?" paloma asked as she let go of her embrace.

"Not mind me anymore. Whatever I do is none of your business." Jacob left without looking at Paloma.

Paloma hasn't spoken yet, Jacob's out of his apartment.

She did not expect Paloma to play out her feelings. Jacob loved Paloma very much. He's really obsessed with wanting to own Paloma.

Jacob drove his sports car very fast, disappointed, angry, all so one in him.

He wished to disappear from this world. His age had never been rejected by a woman. The reason Paloma was always his grandmother, made Jacob sick.

In Paloma's room melamum. Was he too mean to Jacob? But this event often occurs in men who approach Paloma. After Paloma rejected the men who liked him, they were heartbroken for a while, after which they would be fine, Paloma thought trying to calm himself down.

Shortly after, Paloma went to the gym. The gym is still in the Paloma apartment neighborhood. His grandmother made a special gym in Paloma.

At the gym, Paloma cried. He threw everything there. A small pot that adorns the room is thrown into the glass. Hearing the noise, Security came and entered Paloma's apartment. Then security approached and tried to calm Paloma.

"Miss Paloma, how can we help you?" ask security.

"Nothing, get you out, I want to be alone" Paloma said.

"But missaa." said security trying to persuade Paloma.

"Keluarrr...! Do you not hear my words." cried Paloma.

Security then went and called Christina. Security tells the state of Paloma. But it turns out that Christina again has a family event so she can not come there.

Christina then called Jacob.

Jacob saw a call coming in from Christina. Jacob was still driving, he was on his way to his residence.

Time and time again the phone rang but Jacob still did not lift it. He was already determined not to deal with Paloma anymore. He tried to move on.

A short message went to Jacob's phone.

"Where are you, Jacob? sorry to bother you. What can I ask for help, Paloma raging in his apartment, I can't go there because there's still business. Can you take your time to look at it." Christina wrote in her message.

After reading a message from Christina, Jacob immediately turned his car around and drove at high speed. It turned out that he could not be indifferent to Paloma because Jacob loved Paloma very much.
