Najwan sees the girl sucking the rice and puts the fish sauce on her plate. (Like the wife's service to her husband also the Shaz serve me this ! Now my exaggerated skits or her skits are coming out of the script?) Najwan said inwardly as he sipped some coffee.
After finishing breakfast, Najwan followed Ammir for a walk around the village. He was happy and delighted when he saw most of the villagers greeting him kindly even though this was the first time he had set foot into the foreign village. Sometimes he was ashamed of himself when Ammir introduced himself as a future brother-in-law.

Occasionally Syaza stirred boiling catfish clams on the pan while pounding grated coconut mix cayenne pepper and dried shrimp to make a potato sprout grouper without realizing Najwan was approaching it.
"Hi ! Can I help you ?" Sapa Najwan when he saw Syaza was surprised by his presence in the kitchen.
"No why... It's done too. You go sit in front. It's not good later when people see us alone in the kitchen. It just so happens that Umi's not home right now."
"I'm tired of sitting in front alone. If here you can while watching a tomboy girl show her skills in the field of cooking for 'prospective husband'."
Later that day he, Najwan and his younger brother, Ammir, ate together. His eyes occasionally glanced towards Najwan who was bribing rice. It was also funny that he saw the man who was shy of cats when he asked him to add rice for the second time. (Let's know how creepy I cook. Thought a tomboy like me is not good at cooking huh?) Heart's satisfied.
Najwan did not think that Syaza is good at cooking. Therefore, he was forced to endure the embarrassment to ask Syaza to add his nasi for the third time. He felt Syaza smiling cynically after he finished his rice.
After lunch, Najwan rested himself on the living room sofa. He began to recall all the attitudes of Shaza that he showed when they were in this village. Calling the potter Jaja. Soft and spoiled when with his family. Good at cooking. Served it so well. And for the first time he saw the girl was so ayu and sweet with Kedah's brackets in batik. But, who made his heart begetar when he saw the polite and gentle Shaza with his face this morning. The cold eyes looked.
"Ah ! If I stay here a little longer, my heart will be captivated" Najwan whispered to himself.
It feels like time is passing when pleasure is always around. Najwan glanced at Syaza sitting next to him. (Had him when he was in brackets like this). His fizz of heart while concentrating on his steering wheel.
It seems that if there is no tahlilan event that took place at the home of the teacher's grandmother Syaza earlier, he certainly will not be able to see the girl dressed in brackets with scarves that cover her short hair. Najwan smiled to himself when he remembered the words of Syaza's step-grandmother as they chatted for a while before he and the parting Syaza returned to Kuala Lumpur.
