Steven was still kind to Boni for he admitted his own wrongdoing to the police. Because honestly Steven himself does not want to dirty his hands to kill someone. He could have told his men to finish Boni off, but Steven didn't.

"What did he do, sir??? Did he do anything bad??", asked the worried Dina
