After arriving at the hospital, the team of doctors who had been contacted by Elden first had been waiting for their arrival in the hospital lobby.

The nurses took Billy to a room for intensive examination by Smith's doctor.

Elden moved from his seat as he watched Doctor Smith walk out of the room.

"How's the doctor ?" asked Elden to wait for Doctor Smith to explain clearly the development of Billy's disease.

"Ma'af Mr. Elden, Mr. Billy's condition is very concerning "doctor Smith replied as he was.

"Please explain to me the doctor ". pinta Elden wishes everything that Doctor Smith said was a mere prank.

Doctor Smith invited Elden to explain in detail the disease that was being suffered by Billy.

" Mister Billy had glioblastoma Multiforme type brain cancer" Smith's doctor said.

Elden frowned not understanding what Dr. Smith had just said.

"Glioblastoma is a type of brain cancer in the most malignant glial cells" Smith said

Elden swallowed his saliva after hearing the words of the doctor smith.who was in his mind when he heard the dangerous disease was death.he was not ready to be abandoned by Billy the personal assistant who is very potential and most understand how he is.

" This type of brain cancer usually affects the age group of fifty to seventy years .but it turns out that thirty-two years old can experience it" said Dr. Smith.

" Please help my friend to heal doc, however much I will pay".Said Elden pleaded.

" We'll do everything possible, for now we'll have craniotomy surgery" Smith's doctor stood up and had the nurses prepare for Billy's surgery.

Now Elden has moved from the check room to the operating room, but he is waiting outside because of course he is not allowed into the operating room.

"Billy is being operated on by the hospital's best doctor "said Elden not excited.

"You take care of our child and continue to provide support for Meta" Elden continued, and the call was interrupted.

It had been three more hours Elden waited in front of the operating room, but the red light above the operating room door was still on signifying the operation was still ongoing .

"You must heal Bil ". murmured Elden looked up at the sky - the sky of the hospital.at this time not only his body was tired, but his mind was more tired of imagining Billy's fate .moreover, Meta and his baby son, Elden could not imagine the bad thing if it happened.

Five hours more time the doctor and his team used to operate billy.after Billy was allowed to move to the treatment room, Elden followed suit.

Elden chose to sit in the seat next to the billy gurney.he looked at the pale face that lay weak.I guess he did not believe that the person lying down at this time was his personal assistant.Handsome man ,stocky and always diligent exercise when the activity is not solid.

"Bil, wake up" whispered Elden.

Elden breathed a rough sigh as his call was not echoed by Billy.

Back his mind wandered everywhere imagining things that scared him.until finally he fell asleep on the edge of the gurney with both hands folded in lieu of a pillow.

When Elden was in the sea of dreams ,suddenly he woke up when he felt someone touch him.he rubbed his eyes when he saw the person who was lying weak now open his eyes.Silent eyes like never before where Billy stared with sharp eyes.

"Bil, are you awake ?" said Elden pleased to see Billy who could smile at him.

But Billy just nodded, and did not answer Elden's question addressed to him.

"O Lord, is this really you Bil ? " ask Elden again to make sure that Billy who was admitted to his country never woke up.but now he was surprised by the return of Billy from his sleep.

"You must be healed, your wife and child are waiting at home" said Elden smilingly imagining the cute face of the baby from Billy's factory with Meta.

Again Billy just smiled without making a sound so that made Elden feel suspicious about Billy's condition even though his personal assistant was familiar.he quickly contacted the doctor to re-examine Billy.

Doctor Smith came in with two nurses and began examining Billy, who was lying in a gurney.

Smith's doctor exhaled a rough breath after examining Billy post-surgery.

" Dok.." call Elden to see that Doctor Smith's face is not excited.

" Mister Billy's disease has spread to several tissues.and difficulty speaking is one of the symptoms of the disease suffered by him " . doctor Smith explained to Elden a little away from Billy, because he did not want Billy to hear and it will make his patient's mental drop.
