Delia momentarily glanced at Kyoto who had been staring at her since then there was a bit of a strange feeling when she saw Kyoto that was so fixed on her.
"the chef? Who's the girl? I noticed that he kept looking at me. Is he the new kid?" delia asked with a glance at Kyoto.
The chef then glanced in the direction that Delia had pointed out.
"Right Mistress! He worked here for a week. The job is pretty good. Even though I have to keep on cracking kuprak. I don't know why he's always paying attention to the environment around here!" the chef reported on Kyoto's performance to Delia, the owner of the restaurant.
Delia nodded her head and looked at Kyoto.
"Okay chef, I have to come back soon huh? I drop off the restaurant if there's anything directly contact me it's okay?" delia said to the chef who looked at her.
"Alright Mistress don't worry I will definitely pay attention to the restaurant!" after listening to that, Delia immediately left the kitchen and in front of the restaurant prepared to go back to her mansion.
Suddenly, Kyoto moved closer to Delia.
"I'm sorry Mrs Delia. I'm a new employee here. Can I have a phone number for the lady?" kyoto asked while giving her phone to Delia.
Delia frowned when she saw Kyoto who was so presumptuous to give her phone to her to ask for her phone number.
Delia noticed the phone given by Kyoto looked her face filled with wonder.
'Who is this girl? This phone cost more than 30 million. It was impossible to be bought by a line that only worked as a vegetable washer.' Delia's inner self while continuing to settle down to Kyoto who was now smiling at her.
"Wouldn't we be friends?" kyoto spoke to Delia.
Delia frowned and was astonished by Kyoto's courage to befriend him.
"Let's sit there for better!" delia said as she walked in front of Kyoto to a VVIP room inside a restaurant owned by Delia.
Now is lunch hour. It was the busiest time in the restaurant and only the VVIP room was empty. Therefore Delia brought Kyoto to speak there.
"Now, tell me! Who the hell are you? It seems impossible that poor girls can buy this phone. This phone costs over 30 million right? And not an Indonesian product, right?" delia asked while looking intently at Kyoto who was currently bowing his head
"I am not an Indonesian. I am from Japan. I came to Indonesia because I wanted to pursue my love. But baby, the person I love has a wife and a child!" kyoto said as she lowered her head and clasped her hands together.
"Sit on that chair! Why are you standing up? I'm tired of seeing you standing there!" delia said with a smile to Kyoto.
Kyoto immediately sat in front of Delia and settled her sharply.
Delia could capture the aura of hostility in Kyoto's eyes. Even if he doesn't understand why it happened. Because they met for the first time.
"I told you about it on top of Brother! Brother not listening?" kyoto said with annoyance as she looked at Delia.
Delia smiled wryly as she continued to gently stare at Kyoto which she found very attractive.
"I mean tell you about your family in Japan. Who knows I know them. My father-in-law is Japanese too!" delia said with a smile to Kyoto.
"Is it true that your in-laws are Japanese?" kyoto asked with sparkling eyes while holding Delia's hand which was currently on the table.
"Yes, do you know the Yamada family? They are my in-laws!" delia said with a smile to Kyoto who was currently looking at her in disbelief.
"Is it true that you're not lying if your brother's husband is Japanese?" tanya Kyoto tried to confirm the truth about the information that Delia had just said.
"Really! My husband's a real Japanese father. But his mother was a native Indonesian. They divorced when my husband was a kid. And his father the Emperor married his superior, and they moved to live in Japan until now never to return to Indonesia. Why why?" delia asked while looking intently at Kyoto who seemed very interested in her husband's family life.
"Yamada Family? It seems my father might know them!" kyoto said muttering to herself.
"What did you say?" delia asked curiously.
" No, my sister didn't say anything!" kyoto said with a smile to Delia but Delia did not believe what Kyoto said.
"Tell me who your father is Who knows my husband knows him because my husband has a lot of business in Japan!" Delia tried to urge Kyoto to acknowledge her identity.
"I'm sorry Brother! It's not that I don't want to be honest with Brother but my father has told me not to reveal his identity to others this is to keep me safe!" kyoto said she was lying because she was afraid that Delia would tell the Emperor about herself and her family.
Delia propped her face with her hands constantly watching Kyoto which she thought held many secrets.
"What is your goal to work at this restaurant? Quickly tell me or I'll fire you today!" delia warned Kyoto to speak truthfully to her about the purpose of working at her restaurant now.
"I'm interested in the restaurant business. I want to study and I want to have my own restaurant?" said Kyoto.
Kyoto was right because he was interested in the restaurant world. But his father never allowed him to go to school as a chef. His father always emphasized to him to study business so that later they could inherit their family business.
"If you want to pursue the world of restaurants or culinary. Why did you choose to work as a vegetable washer? What can you learn from there?" delia asked while looking intently at Kyoto.
"Don't we have to learn everything from basics huh? By starting from the bottom we will know the ins and outs of a restaurant. Is that right, brother?" kyoto asked with a smile on Delia.
"Maybe if you want to study at this restaurant. It'sit's nothing. Do you want me to move in as an assistant chef? For your learning process to be easier and you don't have to linger here!" delia said with a smile to Kyoto.
Kyoto was speechless listening to Delia's truly extraordinary offer How could a new person meet and already give such great kindness to a stranger?
