Arini immediately hugged her unconscious son.

"Rendra, you patient baby!" Arini shed her tears.

"Do I need to call you, Doctor?" ask Budi.

"No Bud, Rendra just seems to be in shock!" arini said while stroking her son's head.

The doctor must take action to save the baby in the womb Melisa.

Melisa fell into a coma because her head was bleeding due to a hard impact when she fell.

"Doctor, how? do we do it now?" ask a nurse to Dr. Rangga.

Doctor Rangga just nodded then some nurses prepare for a secar operation to take the baby in Melisa's stomach.

Melisa was taken by a nurse to the operating room. Arini and Rendra can only pray that the baby in the womb Melisa can be saved immediately.

The hospital feels very quiet because the time has shown 01.00 WIB. Only a few are still passing, maybe only those who are waiting for their relatives who are treated at the Hospital.

Rendra regained his senses and he grew more agitated as his wife's cesarean section was not yet completed.

"Ma, how long!" Rendra asked his mother.

"Dear, God willing, they are fine." replied Arini.

Though Arini himself felt the same worry, it was just that he tried to cover everything from Rendra.

Rico comes near them and he gives his son some encouragement.

"Rendra, you men must be strong and strong. Not once twice have you had a child but this is already your fourth child you shouldn't be this weak!" said Rico.

"Rendra only learned this time how hard a mother fights for her child." by shedding tears she remembered all the past events.

"Ma, that means I'm really mean when I treat Ayesha." Rendra remembered Aisyah.

While in the operating room, the Doctor races with time. He must save the life of his mother and baby.

"Suster, we just have a little more time because the mother's situation is getting critical!" said Dr. Rangga.

"Good Doctor!" The nurse who helped Rangga deftly helped lift the baby Melisa.

"Oek.uk...!" the baby girl has now been rescued.

The nurse still continued to do the curette for the cleaning inside Melisa's stomach. But when all is done and the wound is stitched back the patient experiences seizures and how surprised when the device nearby is not working.

"Doctor how is this?" ask one of the nurses beside Doctor Rangga.

Doctor Rangga just shook his head to watch the scene in front of him.

"Looks, God wants something else! We have to tell Rendra and Aunt Arini." Dr. Rangga immediately exited the operating room.

The light above the door is green and that means the operation has been completed. Doctor Rangga opened the door and called Rangga to come closer.

"Rangga, how's my wife and son doing?" ask Rendra

Doctor Rangga said, "Thank God your son was born healthy and safe but_!"

"No, don't mess with me, but what say!" With a little panic Rendra shook Dr. Rangga to ask for an explanation.

Doctor Rangga just shook his head and he apologized to his best friend.

"Yet....!" Rendra immediately ran inside and found Melisa's body was stiffened.

Rendra cried hugging his wife who now stopped breathing.

"Relieve, don't leave me and the kids!" Rendra hugged his wife while crying.

Arini who looked at her son was so unbearable because he was so devastated to find his wife who was no longer breathing.

Three nurses approached to remove the medical device that was still attached to Melisa's body but Rendra forbade because she had faith if Melisa was still alive.

"Sorry Mr. Rendra, we have to remove the tools from Miss Melisa's body!" the nurse asked Rendra for permission.

"No sister, let this thing stick first because I'm sure my wife will wake up!" Rendra hugged Melisa.

Arini and Rico approach Rendra to give him strength.

"Honey, please love Melisa because she will be happier if you don't cry!"

"Ma, Melisa's alive!" Rendra looked at Arini and Rico alternately.

Rico just shook his head seeing his son so devastated when he lost the wife he loved so much.

"Sisa, I love you so much! Why do you have to take care of me? Why would you leave me? you even left our two children. They need you so much. They're gonna ask where my mama is? hiks...hiks...!" Rendra.

Rendra Langung got up and headed to the bathroom. He took the wudlu then performed Ashar prayers near Melisa's bed. Then he taught and prayed for Melisa to wake up quickly.

Rendra was still convinced that his wife would wake up again even though everyone just shook their heads there was no way the dead would come back to life.

(O Allah, give me a chance to make my wife and children happy. Wake my wife up so she can accompany me to old age. Forgive all my sins and I promise not to hurt him.) Rendra prayed in his heart.

Arini looked at Rendra and said, "Rendra, you're patient! please release Melisa so that she may calm down on the way back to her Robb."

"Ma, Melisa's alive! he won't leave Rendra and the kids!" said Rendra with tears that wet both cheeks.

Rico approaches and hugs his unacquainted son if Melisa is gone.

"Rendra, papa is sure you're a strong and tough guy! please wife! don't block his path because he will be sad if you continue like this!" Rico strengthens Rendra.

Rendra was really fragile and she did not expect that God would take Melisa like this.

"I want to see my son, I want him near his mother!' Rendra looked at meu towards Arini.

Rico immediately ran to Doctor Rangga's room and he asked permission to bring Baby A in front of Rendra.

"Doctor Rangga, please bring Baby A before my son who knows he'll be stronger to face the reality of his wife."

Doctor Rangga just nodded then told the nurse to bring Baby A in front of Rendra.

"Mr Rendra, this is Baby A hopefully can be a cure for your sadness!" nurse gives Baby A on Lace.

Rendra immediately stood up and brought Baby A to the front of Melisa who was still lying stiff in the hospital bed.

Rendra put Baby A next to Melisa. Rendra said, "Melisa, don't you want a beautiful baby girl? don't you want to see it first!"

There was no reaction from Melisa. Everyone who saw Rendra could only shed his tears.

Baby A cries very loudly to make everyone panic and want to take it but Rendra does not allow it because she thinks Melisa will wake up to hear the cry of her tiny baby.

"Rendra, your son is crying!" Arini yells at Rendra to make him realize that his actions are wrong.

All eyes were on Rendra. They all cried hysterically.
