Anna the Poor Girl

Anna the Poor Girl
Little Child

"Little boy?" hero exclaimed while watching the small child's body that was slouched and looked disgusting with eyes widened in wonder. "What are you doing in this place, little boy?"

The little girl named Anna was just downcast in fear as she glanced at the lyrics of the Hero stock box that was still lying under the tree with an open lid.

Usually, in this park a lot of school children who stop by just to eat their late lunch. Not infrequently they leave the rest or even throw away all the supplies because they do not like the menu.

Then, after the schoolchildren left, Anna would come to pick up the rest of their inedible supplies and line the park bench or under the tree. Not infrequently he got a piece of whole bread or so.  A blessing to the poor little girl who was starving.

Anna likes it, she always took the time to stop by this place after begging for leftover food to prop up her stomach that was not filled all day.

"You hungry?" Hero said back after understanding that the girl was watching her food that was still lying under the tree.

Seeing that the little girl seemed harmless, he finally turned around to pick up his lunch box. The young man felt a little guilty as he saw Anna start crying as he pleased with a crimson face.

The hero approached the girl. This time he squatted down to align the positions of the two of them.

"Are you going to arrest and give me to the security guard?" ask the little girl, taking two steps back. His reason was to hide in the bushes because he was a beggar. Beggars are forbidden to enter the park.

"No! I don't know the officers who work here. Come with me sit down, I'll give you lunch." He shook the girl's tiny hand. "I'm Hero! What's yourname?"

"A-Anna," the little girl replied.

"All Anna! I know you're hungry." Without further ado Hero carried the skinny little boy until his uniform was dirty due to dust attached to the shabby clothes of the child. He sat under the tree again, holding Anna's small body on his thigh.

"Just a second!" He took Anna's two hands. Then describe the two small palms while reaching for the wet tissue from inside the bag. "Your hands are so dirty. Germs will easily get into your body if it's dirty like this."

After making sure his hands were clean, Hero immediately gave the little girl a piece of his favorite sandwich.

"Why not eat?" Anna was about to cut the sandwich in half. But hurriedly the Hero held back his action.

"This food is not good! I'm full, so I'll give this to you!"

Anna's reflexes looked up. Staring at Hero's chin with sparkling eyes. "really?" ask the girl enthusiastically.

After the young man smiled while nodding his head, he dared to gobble up the sandwich.

It's so adorable this little boy. Are they so innocent and stupid, thought the Hero.

Today Hero is happy to meet a small beggar named Anna. He even took Anna for a walk around the park and bought Anna ice cream.

At first the little girl was scared because there was a security guard at the park, but after Hero explained that he would be safe if he was with Hero, Anna finally agreed to his invitation.

They were at the end of the crossroad. Anna took off the Hero's arm and walked towards the lamppost. The place where he used to beg there.

"Thank you, good brother, for taking Anna here. Brother go, my mother will come and get Anna here."

"Yes already! Brother go first yes. See you, ugly girl." One gentle pat floated at the top of Anna's hair which was almost never incubated. Although she initially had to hold her breath because of Anna's stench and disgust, Hero slowly got used to it.

Anna's birth mother had intentionally made it that way. The goal is for Anna to look shabby and get a lot of compassion from people who cross the road.
