WHEN FATE DETERMINES

WHEN FATE DETERMINES
35. The Life That Almost Ended On The Street

In order to bring the comfort of the situation to this backseat, Lionel let himself and Leona pause in silence.

Nun is still in the distance there.pak Randu seems to only concentrate on the steering and the streets without intending as often as possible to look at the rearview mirror above the head, paying attention to the master behind his seat. Although in fact the 57-year-old man was quite listening to the situation in the back seat.

"So that's actually very stressful, Lionel." Leona muttered as if talking to herself. Breaking silence. "Even if you say there is a Mr. Randu just in case, I still can't imagine you might fall and then have another injury or even a fatal sprain because of you right...not really strong yet.me-raise yourself like before."

Back to silence.

Exactly what Lionel thought, it turns out that Leona is worried like what Lionel designed in the mind.

................

"It's more stressful,"

Lionel reached over and took out the HP from inside the suit pocket. Leona's gaze followed the man's movement to turn on HP to search for a video from Galery and once obtained, the man showed the video footage in front of Leona.

"What video?" Leona received and held the HP that Lionel's own hand tucked into her hand grip that the man grabbed gently. The four involved a feminine vibration in the blood murmur while the fleeting contact of both skin of their hands seemed to be past by Lionel but not for Leona...the woman felt like she was being stung by a weak current of electricity touched and held Lionel's hand in such a way. It was fortunate that Lionel's audible voice could immediately prevent him from popping further into the reaction surface from Leona's rustling feeling.

Lionel said, "Watch a minute. That's a video from CCTV footage."

"Ohh..." Leona understood, forgetting the electrifying contact earlier. Impressions in the video edit on the HP Lionel in the left hand grip now began to be observed Leona seriously until finally slowly flabbergasted the woman, look in horror at the HP screen...

The horrified expression on Leona's face persisted a few seconds later until the video ended right in the 2nd minute to 12 seconds.

For a moment, the woman had trouble taking her eyes off the HP screen. Still riveted.

"My life almost ended on that street." Lionel's whisper close to Leona's ear while retrieving the HP from Leona's grip then shuts it off and hurts it.

"Lioneeell's..." Leona pursed her lips dramatically childishly, looking at the right side of the man's face next to her without knowing what to comment now.

Smiling, Lionel retreated leaning his head against the back of the chair. Without pulling her head, she turned to Leona, trying to see what other reaction she had.

"My name was briefly hailed as a hero in quotes on local news broadcasts there. The little boy survived and the man who almost hit him in a 4-year prison sentence for negligence in driving resulting in accidents and injuries plus drunk driving. And the license plate number died 2 years."

Striking Lionel concerned, Leona asked softly, "Sorry Lionel, why thatu...should you?"

"Spontaneous"

"Yes, but at least you..."

"Spontaneous action does not result from thinking 2x, if you mean I at least think before doing that action. Thinking about the risks."
