"Not the siblings Doc. . . My mother adopted Yolita from Orphanage" said Kian who understood Doctor Hasan's suspicions.

"Then, please call your mother, I'll talk to her"

Kian suddenly hugged Mommy's waist while crying like a child who whines asking for something. "Why are you, baby? Yoli's okay, right?" Renata asked increasingly unsettled at the behavior of his eldest son.

"Sorry Kian Mom, Kian can't be a good brother to Yoli, Ian's been saying Ian's been looking after Yolita for you, but Yoli's sick Ian doesn't know" he said, blaming himself in his heart.

Renata stroked her son's head, trying to calm Kian down, Renata was already able to control herself to stay calm.
