Chapter 57. The Twins Love Trap

Maura managed to paralyze the two men until the two men ran away.

"Master?" Maura called out to Zaky gently.

He approached Zaky who was leaning against the body of the car.

"Thank you, Maura. If you don't come then I don't know what will happen to me." said Zaky slowly because he felt pain in his face and stomach area.

Maura only smiled faintly while nodding.

"Did you bring a medicine box?"

"I always take it wherever I go."

"Show me that I can help treat your wounds."

"Below the back seat." Zaky told while grimacing because of the cramping at the corner of his lips.

Maura immediately took the medicine box and a few moments later she returned with the box.

"Here, let me help. If not treated immediately fear of infection."

Maura opened the medicine box then she looked for alcohol and cotton.

Slowly Maura's hand stretched out to touch the eye of Zaky who was hit by a bogeman.

"God, ssh! Slow down, Maura."

"Sorry." Maura is not good.

He went back to treating Zaky's wounds while occasionally blowing them away so Zaky wouldn't be in pain.

Fragrant of a very refreshing mint scent coming out of Maura's mouth, Zaky just held his breath to keep his sanity awake.

"If you go on a night trip you should bring the driver, sir" Maura said.

Zaky was only able to stay still.

Maura treated the corner of Zaky's lips and accidentally had their eyes stuck together, Maura quickly decided her gaze.

"Done."

Maura again tidied up Zaky's medicine box.

"Maura, there's something you haven't treated."

The two Maura eyebrows intertwined together in astonishment at Zaky's words.

"My stomach hurts, don't you want to treat it all?"

Bugh!

Maura hit Zaky's stomach and it made Zaky grimace.

"Eh, Sir! Hurt huh? I slow down to hit it." Maura could only stroke the air because she did not dare to touch Zaky's body.

"Argh, why did you hit me?"

"Because Master teased me."

"I can be ruined if I keep teasing you." Zaky held onto her stomach which felt tight.

Maura forgot to ask Zaky where she wanted to go.

"Mr Zaky actually wants to go where?"

"Councry?"

"Yes, Amman's wife has given birth and I want to see her. Where are you going yourself? Nights like this are swampy." Zaky looked at Maura at a glance.

"Custom, Sir. I'm on duty to stalk and tackle the big robbers who always break into banks."

"Well, go now or you'll be late. Thanks again for helping me."

"Together, Sir. It just so happened that I also passed by, if not you who was in the corner of the man, I would have helped him too." said Maura because she did not want Zaky to be too confident.

Zaky just put his shoulder around and Maura rushed to leave. Just stepped up Maura had stopped her steps and came back closer to Zaky.

"Sir, I'm thinking about something. What if I become your bodyguard? You don't have to pay me, I'm sincerely helping you because we know each other too. But if I've managed to catch that nimble robber."

Zaky paused for a moment to think. 'By Maura's offer, the two men said they wanted to finish me off and it was a sign that my life was in danger. There might be one business partner who wants to eliminate me. Zaky thought about his decision.

"Alright, I'll make you my bodyguard. Looks like my life is also in danger, proof that he's the guy from earlier saying that they want to kill me."

Zaky doesn't know if it's all just Mona's plan.

"It's good if you accept my proposal, then excuse me.'' Maura lowered her head for a moment and left before Zaky.

Zaky immediately got into the car when Maura's car drove away.

Flashback.

Mona called someone across the street.

"Hello, tonight I have a plan and you have to do your job very carefully."

📲"Ready, Boss. Just tell me what you have to do."

Maura explained the plan.

"You two have to beat up the guy I'm going to show you later, you just have to threaten him and don't make a real stab at him."

The guy across there says okay.

"One more time, I'll come when you've defeated him and I'll be a hero in the eyes of that man. Then, slowly my original plan will definitely run smoothly" Mona said arrogantly and confidently.

After being understood, Mona immediately turned off the phone.

He smiled happily as he imagined what would happen tonight.

"I made sure Zaky would accept me as Alina's replacement" she said, throwing her body on the bed.

All of Mona's delusions are just enough to be memorable as her plans fail miserably.
