After finishing teaching Setya did not go straight home he took the time to stop by to see Ayu's condition, when he arrived at the hospital he went straight to Ayu's room in front of Ayu's room, Ica was sitting

"Hi, Ca"so Setya

"Hao, Ta just got home?"ask Ica

"Yeah Ca, what is the condition of Ayu Ca? has there been a change?"ask Setya

"There is still no Ta, but there was a doctor who went in to check he said his pulse and blood pressure were normal"

"Thank God, thank goodness then, who is Ayu in the same Ca?"ask again

"In there's Bu Lastri and I continue to have a tantenya Ayu also Ta"

"Ooh, you've had lunch yet Ca?"

"Not yet Ta"

"Okay, I went out to buy food first"

Setya then went out to buy food, a little while later Setya returned to the hospital with two packs of food for himself and Ayu's assistant, a few moments later Bu Lastri came out of the room he who saw Setya outside immediately reprimanded Setya.

"Why are you here again?"said Bu Lastri

"Sorry Mom, I want to see how Ayu is doing right now" he replied

Hearing the words of Miss Lastri, Setya just fell silent and bowed.

"Sorry Mom, can I see Ayu I just got home?"said Setya

"Don't you go home just Ayu can't be bothered" replied Bu Lastri

"Okay ma'am then I'll go home"Setya then passed with a slightly disappointed face

Ica who saw Setya could only be silent he could not bear to see Bu Lastri's treatment with Setya.

Setya felt very sad throughout the journey he only thought about Ayu.

Setya then woke up his wall clock showing that he had entered the Ashar prayer hours he then rushed to pray, he always requested that Ayu be given a cure.

Dring,, dring, Setya's phone reads he then checks his HP turns out there is a message from Ayu

"Assalamualaikum Ta,, Ayu is currently in need of blood transfusion she is lacking blood due to a lot of blood loss due to an accident" the message from Ica said

"Waalaikumsalam Ca, so how did Ca find a donor?"

"But Ta, Ayu's blood type is the same as Bu Lastri's blood type but Bu Lastri is afraid of needles, my blood type is the same" Ica said

"Then you help Ayu yah Ca, the reward of donating blood to people in need is great"Setya explained

"Well, I'll give my blood to Ayu for a minute"

"I'm done donor Ta, and now Ayu is still receiving blood transfers Ta, said the doctor has started to improve" Ica said

"Alhamdulillah good Ca, you take care of Ayu yah"

"Yesaa, Ta"Message from Ica

The next day as usual Setya was getting ready to go to school he had breakfast and then left on his old motorbike, after school he returned to the hospital where Ica was treated, at that time he was allowed to enter by his father Ayu because Bu Lastri happened to be not in the hospital.

Setya then sat down beside Ayu and he took out the Qur'an from his bag and started reciting the verses of the Qur'an beside Ayu as he read the Qur'an suddenly Ayu's finger moved.

"Ca,, Ayu's finger moved Ca" Setya asked Ayu who was behind him

"Serius Ta,,,"after Ica saw Ayu's finger move in motion he rushed out to call the doctor, not long after the doctor then entered to examine Ayu.

"Bu Ayu does not move his finger because his nerve reflex is now still in a coma" explained the doctor to Setya and Ica there also his father Ayu

Hearing the explanation of their doctors who really hope Ayu can be aware as soon as possible looks sad because Ayu is still in a coma, tears appear to flow from Ayu's eyes.

"Bu quickly realized Ma here there is a teacher sir Ma he always asks news of mother, mother who is passionate well must quickly get out of this condition"whispered Ica in Ayu's ear while wiping away the tears that were flowing in Ayu's temple.

A week later Ayu did not wake up from her coma even though doctors said her condition was stable, her family seemed to be very sad.

On the other hand Setya who just finished performing the morning prayer he continued to pray for Ayu's recovery

"Yaa Rob give healing to Ayu with all the good she ever made heal her, if she is not destined to be with the servant, sincere servant but do not take him from his family from those who love him" Setya said in his prayer.

Setya recalls the memories of his past with Ayu when he first met Ayu, remembering all of Ayu's kindness to him.

"Yu I will do good to people exactly as you help me when I'm in trouble" Setya said in his heart.

He then inserted a portion of his salary to help people in need on behalf of Ayu hoping that Ayu will soon be given a cure.

It has been more than a week Ayu is still in a coma Setya every day come to visit Ayu he always took the time to see Ayu even though Bu Lastri did not like it but all he had in mind was Ayu's recovery.

Meanwhile, the family of Bu Dewi and Roy never again visit Ayu it makes Bu Lastri feel his friendship with Bu Dewi is only limited to ordinary friends who are there when he is happy and somewhere when he was in trouble.

Seeing the persistence of Setya, Bu Lastri's heart gradually stirred with the sincerity of Setya who every day was not tired to visit Ayu even though he still had feelings of dislike with Setya because of the status of the Setya family came from from a simple family.

Setya's mother is also very concerned with Ayu because Ayu is credited when Setya's father entered the Ayu hospital which helped him pay the hospital fees.

Bu Lastri then allowed Mother Fatimah and Setya to see Ayu's current condition.
