The Story of Mukbang

The Story of Mukbang
03: I Ca(n)

No one is okay after a broken heart. Living like not living is the right situation to describe someone who is heartbroken, as Kaysie did today.

The girl locked herself in a room that was deliberately locked from sunrise to sunset, a call from her housemaid ignored her. Kaysie did not want to do anything but sit pensively on a white fur carpet staring blankly out of her house through a large window on the other side of her room.

The girl just stayed there, I don't know what she was thinking in her brain until she didn't care that the door of her room had been knocked hard enough.

"Miss Kay, this is Auntie's favorite meal"

"Miss hasn't eaten since morning, Miss could be sick"

"Miss Kay, please open the door"

Kaysie's housekeeper tried to persuade in a worried tone of voice. The fifth time the housekeeper tried to persuade Kaysie but the result was the same, only silence was obtained. Kaysie did not answer anything, he seemed to care about his hearing and chose to be busy with his own thoughts.

Returning unable to get a response, Kaysie's housemaid could only sigh heavily while turning around to leave Kaysie's room, but right on the stairs the waiter met Kaysie's parents who looked panicked "Bi, right Kaysie did not eat and left the room since morning ?" ask Kaysie's mother with a worried look.

The maid nodded weakly in response, she was also worried like Kaysie's parents because her young lady had never done anything like this. Kaysie is a jolly boy and he loves to eat, especially if the menu is salmon honey pangang where it is his favorite food. The young lady would definitely spend it in spirit but today Kaysie just did not touch her meal at all and it made her sad.

Both Kaysie's parents immediately approached her daughter's room, believing there must be one thing that made their child behave that way.

Knocking on Kaysie's door again sounded "Honey, it's Mama. Open the door, let's tell you what's wrong ?" said Siska - Mother of Kaysie.

Back, only silence was received in return. Both of Kaysie's parents are increasingly worried, their minds have speculated until finally Raka-Pad of Kaysie took her phone to contact someone.

"Can you come home now ? Kaysie locked herself in the room from morning" Raka talked on the phone with no one while Siska did not stop persuading Kaysie to open the door to her room.

"Well, come soon" Raka finished the conversation on her phone and then clasped his wife's hand which was getting panicked because their daughter did not respond.

Siska looked at Raka with tears held back "If Kay recklessly how Pa  ? What's really the same about the child" he said worriedly until Raka could only sigh heavily.

"Bracked ? Backup key ? do anything, I don't want our child to why-why inside" Siska has exhausted her patience, worry is now developed into a feeling of fear that fills all the niches of her soul.

Raka thought, what Siska said is true. He is also equally worried that Kaysie is the only princess.

"Bik Tutik" Raka then called one of his house servants.

The waitress named Tutik quickly approached Raka and Siska who were still loyal in front of Kaysie's room door.

"Bring Kaysie's spare room key" she asked immediately, but the maid could only bow deeply with a sad face

"Sorry sir, all the spare keys to Miss Kaysie's room aren't in place"

"We've also been looking for her before but the key isn't there, it looks like Miss Kaysie has taken it"

Bik Tutik explained honestly, the explanation made Raka directly touch his head that felt dizzy while Siska fell sitting in limp in front of Kaysie's room door.

"Kay open the door dear" Siska said softly with tears already out of place.

The heart of a mother who is not hurt sees her child behaving like that, not eating, going out of the room and choosing to lock herself up.

Raka sat down with Siska then he slowly helped his wife to get back on her feet "Kay, Mama Mu cry. Please open the door to her room. Whatever your will, Papa will follow but open the room first" he exclaimed in a soft voice while continuing to knock on his daughter's room.

Back in silence, there was no response from Kaysie.

Instead, Kaysie actually heard everything her parents said but she didn't want to respond to anything.

Kaysie needs time alone to tidy up her broken heart after a terrible storm, she must regain her strength in order to repay Adrian's treatment.

But, the other side of his heart could not lie if he hoped that what Adrian said earlier was a joke and the man was sincere with him.

But his sane brain, as if to explain bring it all real and Adrian right only use it based on the facts he got.

The dispute between her brain and heart was quite fierce, Kaysie felt in her mind that there was now a great fight and she was confused as to which one to side with.

The pain in his heart was too difficult to explain in words, He loved Adrian very much but the man in fact only considered himself as a tool for the benefit of the man himself.

Kaysie's inner debate made the girl close both her ears while closing her eyes, it felt like there were two people arguing and felt her opinion was the most correct.

Kaysie 1, as if he was a side defender who kept saying that Adrian was innocent. "I told you Adrian wasn't like that" he said.

But on the other side there is Kaysie 2 where he is the opposite side that explains the truth which is very much about by Kaysie 1. "But Adrian's a bad guy" he replied.

To be honest Kaysie is not delusional, it's just that at this time his brain and heart continue to argue because he can not accept the fact that Adrian has hurt him.

Kaysie eventually cried out hysterically and hoped in this way she could stop the debate inside her head. Simultaneously his body instantly shook violently and his tears flowed profusely from his two closed eyes.

Kaysie's loud screams rang out of her room. Raka, Siska and Bik Tutik were immediately shocked by the view that led to Kaysie's locked bedroom door.

The three people simultaneously directly knocked loudly on Kaysie's room door while continuing to shout calling the girl's name with worry.

"Pa broke Pa" Siska exclaimed impatiently while pulling Raka.

"Stop everything"

The three men immediately turned his body, right there stood Adrian with a sweat that soaked his face and also the chest that rose and fell with a breath of sting because it seemed he had run away.

"Quickly Adrian" Siska grew impatient.

The three men provide a way for Adrian to break through Kaysie's room door.

Duk! Duk! Duk!

It was not easy for Adrian until finally Raka helped him.

Duk!

Brak!

Kaysie's bedroom door opens with Adrian and Raka being pushed inside, Siska also Bik Tutik immediately went inside with a quick step to approach Kaysie who was still in his sitting position which was close to the window.

"Kaysie" called Siska hard and hugged her worried daughter tightly while Raka, Adrian and Bik Tutik who saw her also worried about Kaysie's current situation.

Kaysie did not respond, the girl only kept quiet as Siska hugged her. It felt like her soul was leaving but the girl was still conscious.

Kaysie's face looked lethargic, both eyes reddened and swollen as she cried. But even more worrying was that the girl's eyes were completely blank.

"Kay" Adrian carefully approached while watching Kaysie seriously.

Realizing Adrian's presence, Kaysie reacted immediately. He looked straight at Adrian then unconsciously his tears came down and he started sobbing.

Siska detached herself from Kaysie then stared fiercely at Adrian followed by Raka and Bik Tutik who immediately looked suspiciously at Adrian, they felt like there was a problem between Kaysie and Adrian to the point that Kaysie's attitude became like this.

Adrian who realized the situation was cornered could only shake his head while gesturing his hand that what the three people had thought of him was wrong.

"We both have no problem whatsoever" explained Adrian briefly with a serious face.

Kaysie suddenly reached out to Adrian without a word, Adrian saw him and grabbed him and he took Kaysie into his arms.

"What's wrong with you ?" adrian asked carefully as he rubbed the girl's back gently.

There was no answer Adrian received, Kaysie just sobbing in his arms even the girl to grip her coat.

This is my last hug

Kaysie is determined in her heart, this moment she will try to bury her feelings and slowly reunite her broken heart because of this man she loves so much.

This warm embrace will be remembered as a good memory on the other side of his heart, this is the last thing Kaysie can do.

Good bye Adrian.

I'll leave you before you do.

It hurt so much that my heart seemed to explode and I had trouble breathing.

Now I hate you.

Kaysie detached herself from Adrian, she stared coldly at the man then.

Plaque!!!

A hard slap was directed right on Adrian's cheek until everyone there looked very surprised at what Kaysie had just done.

"I hate you" Kaysie said in a cold tone of voice until Adrian could only be glued to his place.
