Several Soul Core Hours were fully charged, and Shenli stopped his actions.
"it's fully loaded, I'll instantly make the Humanoid Shell".
Shenli quickly formed an energy that started from the core, he formed a sketch of the head, then the neck, shoulders, hands, back, chest, abdomen, buttocks, genitals, thighs, calves, soles of the feet.
Clearly, he was building from top to bottom.
Within 1 day Shenli managed to build the Shell. Shenli opened his eyes.
His face looked extremely exhausted, he lay down, then breathed heavily.
Shenli closed his eyes, and frowned. He seems really exhausted.
And 12 hours later shenli opened his eyes, he didn't realize he was asleep for that long.
Shenli's face returned to normal.

2 Hours later, Shenli opened his eyes.

another 1 day passed, shenli was able to move his body, yet it was very heavy for him to do. His body trembled violently, as he tried to move.
Shenli then went back to sleep. He needs 2 hours just trying to go back to sleep.
2 Days later Shenli fully recovered. This time he sat cross-legged.
He was cultivating then able to feel the flesh and muscles that were being built had some damage.
Within 2 hours Shenli managed to fix it.
"Fifth step, building organs". With the existing form, all Shenli needed to do was imitate it. Within 5 hours Shenli managed to do so.
"step Six, perfecting the Relationship".
This step aims to improve the relationship between Shells, Vein, Bone, Meat And Musle, and Organs, which has been built from Soulcore.
This process is the same as building Meat and Muscle, requiring full concentration, without the slightest interruption.
1 Day passed, Shenli managed to perfect it. He then rested for an hour.
"Performing a relationship, this should start with Vein, and should be called, Vein Linked".
"okay" with a shout of vigor, shenli began the final step.
"Human Forming, or it could be called Humanoid Soul refinement" that was the final step.
Shenli concentrated again, it's the same process as before.
20 Hours later, Shenli looked happy.
This time he was not exhausted. Shenli was not aware, it turned out that he was used to full concentration, so it did not cause an impact, like the first time he did it.

Restlessly he tried to calm himself.
30 Minutes, he finally looked calm.

But he recovered faster.
