Dinner plan together

The night was so cold, a heavy rain had drenched the earth, lightning bolts struck back and forth making someone who was curled up on a mattress with the warmth of a blanket wrapped around his body wake up. He saw a clock on the wall showing at 11pm, the house felt quiet, because all the residents of the house were asleep. A thirst that required him to get off the bed and step into the kitchen.

" Has Hendra gone home? , why did I fall asleep.. " After putting the glass on the kitchen table she looked up, curious Salma brought her footsteps up the stairs leading to Hendra's room . He saw Hendra's room open and ventured to go inside.

" In no room, did Hendra not come home yet? " he thought after he looked for Hendra in the corner of the room there was nothing. He stepped into Hendra's study to see the door closed .

Hendra turned his gaze towards the door when he heard the sound of the door opening which he had just focused on his laptop screen.

" What's up? " Hendra was still staring at her in the doorway.

" Emm.. I'm sorry.I'm just making sure that you're home yet Salma gets nervous when she gets a look from Hendra as if she's been bothering her.

" yes I came home an hour ago "Hendra looked back at her laptop screen.

" Have you eaten ? " Salma saw Hendra who was still wearing his work shirt which was bent to the elbow, look tired face has not been bathing .

"It's "Salma nodded.

" Hemm.Make me a coffee "She said that was still focused on her laptop screen. Salma went down to the kitchen to make coffee.

Hendra was deliberately overtime to work on his new project that was outside the city to be quickly completed. Before long Salma came to bring a cup of coffee and put it on Hendra's desk.

" Do you need anything else ?" Hendra looked at Salma's face.

" No more. You go back to sleep "The command of Hendra .

"alright.. " Salma said then she rushed out .

Hendra was still staring at the back of Salma who stepped out of his room and then he focused on his laptop again.

The next morning at the dinner table there all the family had gathered to do breakfast activities.

" Did your meeting yesterday go well, son ?" ask Mr. Herman on the sidelines for breakfast.

" Alhamdulillah smoothly bi. I've been working on assignments for my new project that is outside the city "he replied.

" Alhamdulillah son.may your company more smoothly "he said encouraging his son.

Salma and mother lidya were also very happy to hear it.

" Pa can't be tonight we have dinner together outside, it's been a long time we don't eat together outside, especially after papa gets married.. " Nadia's words made everyone turn their eyes towards her.

" a very good idea it's "mam lidya replied.

Hendra was silent for a moment before he spoke .

" But papa is still busy dear "Nadia frowns disappointed because her papa is still concerned about her work.

" Come on, Hen. You have never asked your wife and children to eat together outside after you get married" said Ms. Lidya.

Hendra saw Salma enjoying breakfast pensively as if there was no hope for him to go with her.

" When we have dinner outside "Salma turns to her husband who also looks at her with a difficult view.

"Yeaahh" Nadia was excited to make them smile happily.

" Thank you papa. I love you so much "Nadia hugged Hendra and kissed Hendra's cheek from behind. Then turned to look at Salma sitting next to her papa kissing her cheek as well .

" Nadia also really loves mother "he said lovingly.

Salma stretched out her hand rubbing Nadia's cheek in a fit of anxiety.

"Beloved together.. " Hendra saw the scene straight down raising the corner of his lips up to form a smile he hid his happiness that saw his son happy with his new wife.
